DD, MOMO, and observations
Maybe the trade is really with HLBC and not BPAC.
Mr. Pond is not going to respond with any information pre filings.
Get over that.
Observations: BPAC is not merging with Rockland Group LLC or the insurance agency......misread.
BPAC is not merging with Intercore Energy....misread.
Mr. Pond is not the CEO of Intercore....misstated.
SO, what is the reason Mr.Pond acquired BPAC.....when he already owns 70% of the shares of Intercore? I don't really know.
If one will study, carefully, the acquisitions and transactions of Heartland Bridge Capital after its R/M with IWeb media over the last couple years, one will see that HLBC has wound up with some non performing assets in the medical fields.
Could the much hyped anticipated announcements blogged here be the "unloading" of the "junk" on HLBC's books to BPAC ?.....and the pure, revenue producing assets involving energy and new acquisitions in energy left on the books at HLBC? I don't know.
Is Mr Pond "really" the money behind both companies.?
I'm not contending any impropriety what so ever. I am very impressed with management....and the folks you all don't know. I'm questioning the business purpose of creating BPAC ...as opposed to all the hype. I did get a 300+% trade in BPAC yesterday though......so I've been in.
I know just enough to know HLBC is the solid, steady, mission directed company.
As an ol washed up day trader I've been momo'd by the best of them.......and I've been a bag holder hundreds of times.
Just sayin.
Ol whats-his-name
New Intercore ID next week.
IMO more film at 11.
New ID when?
Anyone know when we get the new Intercore Energy stock ID?
It should be soon.
The End game--Revenue
Epec does look promising.
IMO......more PRs to come.......especially after the ID/symbol change.
It will be nice when these companies turn accretive.......
It takes patience.......but that's when InterCore will really catch on in stock price.
I think we are in nice and early at this stage.
Increasing.......as it should be.
I have a feeling we may not get the PRs until the final name change is in place......just to help the pump.......and follow up exposure........jmho.
I say ITCR? ITRC? Others? eom
10Q for 1Qtr is filed
The 10Q for the 1st quarter is now current and the company is getting things cleaned up.
One forward looking statement reveals at least one energy company negotiation for acquisition but no details.
PRs soon we hope.
We really need some volume.
Stock ID dance
This will be fun.
The company filed an 8k today stating the HLBCD ID will be temporary for 20 days.
Then it reverts back to HLBC for 10 business days and then a new ID reflecting the new mission of the company will be established.
It will be tough for newbees to find this one for a couple weeks.
The company also filed the dreaded NT10 for the first quarter because with all that's been going on they couldn't get the accounting accurate, etc, etc.
It would be nice if they could release a nugget or two of PRs in the mean time...........just to get this little penny stock moving.
They did do 9500 shrs late in the day and closed at .25 which equates to $2.25 on the old scale.
Tomorrow's another day.
PRs coming?
Hopefully, the company can now release the news they have not been able to devulge..............and hopefully it's strong.
Name has changed & split
Notice the name of the Board.....Intercore Energy
Notice also the Bid & Ask
Back to HLBC soon.
Yeh, the old dreaded E should be removed today or tomorrow and we're back to fully "compliant" status.
I don't know all the details but there are several transactions in the wind that caused the accountants to want to reassess some older assets........for future divesting, spin-off, whatever.
I think one of the big issues might have been the accounting Reserve for the My Horizon revenue stream that presently is being classified as a "liability" or "reserve" for losses of 2.9MM....
a big hit accounting wise.....but the revenue stream was scheduled to start from Jardin sales the first of 2012 and IMO there is some negotiating going on with that schedule.......but the revenue stream will still be forthcoming.
The split is still several days away as FINRA is still examining future "energy" transactions that haven't been announced , but that I think will be very positive for the company.
The recent selling has not been related to the fundementals of the company but related to shareholders who acquired cheap shares way back and were recently eligible to cash out. That selling should really ease up if these new PRs are strong and the stock will respond.
I think some of these cheap sellers will be sadly chagrined.
So, did we buy the dips? Ha. I hope so.
There has been a recent transaction and filing with SEC that may really affect HLBC in the future.......but I'm not sure.....just connecting the dots.....AND TRYING TO BUY SOME SHARES THERE CHEAP.
I'll let you all find it..........and then we'll share.
That's it for a few more hours.
Buy the dips!
Traders were up and down today.
Well, we had em selling low and buying high today. Interesting.
I think most of our sellers were still that old group I've mentioned that goes back before Heartland Capital name.
Some folks were selling at a buck .65 & .75 and then for a minute or two the Bid/Ask went to $1.20/$1.60.
Someone who wants this stock could have had a bid in the middle there and gotten some cheap shares.
Then a short time later it looks like some new demand showed up and someone was paying the $2.00 Ask to the tune of 3300 shrs in the last 5 minutes.
That didn't look like tape painting. Somebody wanted some shares going into the close. News early next week.? I don't know.
But it's comming.
We finally did 11,000 shares for the first time in weeks.....which is still too weak.
Maybe with the stock split we'll get so momo going on ol staid HLBC and wind up with a great trader...........for awhile.
We need the news and increased volume
IMO the good stuff PRs will not be released until after the split.
We are still so thinly traded that any selling can move the stock around a lot.
I believe those sellers we've had in the last couple weeks go back to a transaction during the IWebMedia days and they are now eligible to sell some shares............so they really aren't buyers of HLBC to begin with.........a few of them just want to cash out.
Once this little period of selling is over and we have the split and name change accomplished along with new news, hopefully we'll get more sustained interest and upward movement.
However, the Buy/Sell ratio shows 5 to 55 this last hour. That means we have some sellers still out there.
GLTA
Mailing date.....then 20days for split
I think I just erased my previous msg..........ugh.
IMO, the PR's announcing what is really happening will not be presented until the actual split occurs.........but I may be wrong.
The "mailing date" as described in the 14C may have been triggered late last week..............so, 20 days from then.......and the split will occur.........another couple of weeks.
Then, news and the reasons for the name change?
Hopefully, it's strong.
Yeh, brand new name.......
So google can't find anything close but InterCorse.........and gives one a "heads" up on that. Ha. Couldn't help it.
Actually, there must be a very sound reason the directors want this new name.
I think we've got some new partnership or merger that dictates we start designating the company in the energy arena.
I'm not sure about the stock split........except it may have been required to facilitate acquisitions and benefit present shareholders if the news is strong and demand lifts the stock prices.......pre split and post split.
Let us pray. Ha.
jmho
Wow. 9 for 1 stock split. Name change
Read all about it on Edgar.
Very interesting.
Something is up.
News at 11.................
Re: Morning action. News soon?
HLBC opened pretty strong on light volume.
However, the Buys kept climbing; so someone knows something......or someone is just having fun pumping the stock.......Not.
The rumor is.....our anticipated news........soon.
This week? Next week? I truly don't know...........just "soon".
Bid came up to 2.10- Ratio now 5/8
Getting bidders to come up to 2.10 washed out the number of buyers at 1.70............but shows that HLBC finally has more and more folks wanting to buy.......on the cheap......but at least willing to buy.
These Bid/Ask ratio numbers increasing on either side also shows we generally have more and more investors aware of the stock and willing to buy and sell at various levels............which is good for building volume and increasing liquidity.
All I know is what I read on the Internet. Ha.
Bid to Ask ratio 46/8 this morning
The other morning when we got sold down to 1.10 on just a couple thousand shares the ration of Bid to Ask was 5/65.......so there appeared to be a lot of sellers on the Ask column.
Normally HLBC balances around 5/5 on Schwab's StreetSmart trading software I use.
THIS MORNING we presently have 46/8....at 1.70/2.10........so it looks like we finally have a lot of bidders-buyers compared to the balance of sellers.
So......let's hope that continues to build and brings up the Bid.
Oh......I think they're working on it.
" They could announce a new acquisition any time and send this thing flying. "
Agreed; a few more productive pieces to the invesment portfolio and we could start drawing the volume investors.
I don't know much about the participants at the Hepatochem conference.
They do seem to have a somewhat niche service for sure.
Hopefully the presentations will gain the attention of others who have the means to build an investment project with HLBC or some other collaboration.
Save some powder
As I've said earlier, we could go lower again.......several times in the next month or so.
We may have some selling coming..........but not too much...imo.
Yes, buy these dips.
In another month or so there should be mainly buying and accumulation.
GLTA
Again, keep your powder dry.
IMO.....we're going to see quite a few more days like the last few for a while.
We've got some potential future sellers in the wings..........but maybe not.......they may stay strong and hold.
For those that do sell over the next month or two (yes, we could have some light to moderate selling) we could see some strong rebounds on solid news and growing fundamentals.
IMO...., from what we're seeing today, I can see HLBC dropping below a dollar and bouncing back up above $2-$3 in a WEEK!.....
depending on sellers and PRs coming and going in a short amount of time.
Sorry you missed. I bought the dip.
Yeh, ol HLBC is really moving around.
Actually, it could become a really great trader for a while.....if the float stays thin........and the 144 shares sales get strung out.
So............buy the dips. Ha.
Schwab does NOT know the MMs. (edit)EOM
Way overdone.
Yesterday the majority of transactions were at the Ask and we still saw the Bid get hammered..........not to mention this morning.
Those sellers that sold at a buck 10 must have "free" shares......or they are desperate for a few bucks.
The volume was light so they didn't reap much......but the Bid took a real crap so someone is able to really move the Bid/Ask around.
Do you know who the few Market Makers are? Schwab does know.
They mentioned WDCO was a "participant" but, any broker who acquires shares for a buyer client becomes a "participant" and would show up on Level II (which I don't have) when their clients "reoffer" those shares for sale.........correct?
I don't like the fact our last 10Q for the third quarter show minus 12 cents per share loss.
It takes a lot of great PRs to support a stock price with a negative P/E.
We need these upcoming PRs to be good ones.............there's more 144 to come..........now that you mention it........but maybe not if the price stays down this low.
The strong hands will just hold...........which may be the ploy all along here lately.........keep the potential sellers at bay.
JMHO.
I think market maker's jackin with the tape
With this low of volume and the only transaction technically being a Buy, I don't see the reason for the big drops in the Bid and Ask......over the last couple days.......unless the MM knows about some dilution or heavy selling in the future.
Maybe some of the upcoming PRs have some heavy share issuance to finance acquisitions..........but most of those type of shares are restricted from trading for certain periods into the future.
For now.....I still say.....Buy the dips.
HepatoChem presentation
It will be interesting to see how Hepatochem's participation in this April conference benefits HLBC.
HLBC may announce an increase in it's "stake" in the company before then......and we're looking to partner with other investment companies for an eventual IPO?...........or some type of profitable future collaboration that benefits all parties.
The management of Hepatochem seems very strong.
It would be nice to see an independant analysis of it's revenue and earning potential. I think HLBC may already have been presented with that type of study/analysis.............therefore..........we are "in".
Re: Exposure is the key
IMO I think there is big money watching the progress of HLBC.
Even though the company is young......management and principals are old........Ha.
These guys go way back........with LOTS of old Wall Street type "classmate" contacts and connections.
They've also had plenty of hard knocks from previous ventures so they know what to look out for.
When HLBC proves it knows how to really do the DD and complete "diamonds-in-the-rough" acquisitions.......which won't take long....
I think the big boys will do all the "word spreading" we'll need and the stock will benefit......dramatically.
Exposure is the key.
The stock price is actually pretty strong for the actual revenue/loss per share at this point.......but that is going to change over the next couple quarters and then the potential of the company.....with even more future acquisitions will be known and the fence-sitters and new investors should come piling in.
Acquisitions are being partially funded with company shares which adds dilution.........but the new company's future revenue potential/actual will more than make up for temporary price weakness.
So.........buy the dips.
Keep some powder dry.
Yes, we've got a good entry price level today........but we could go lower in the next few weeks........due to a possible increase in the float.
However, there are some hopefully strong PRs coming on deals that are being done that should build future revenue. We'll have to see what these deals add........to be announced in the next month..IMO.
Flaherty PR effect
I think the mention of generating $10 million in new funds to acquire attractive companies in the energy arena throughout 2012 created an assumption by some that new stock would be issued; thereby effecting dilution. That may or may not happen.
I don't know.
However, the bid dropped a little this morning.
I bought the dip.
Skineez will be accretive soon.
IMO Skineez will be EBITDA positive well before the 3rd quarter as I mentioned in an earlier post.
That will be great for HLBC and it would be a further boon to the company if we could acquire an increased stake in Skineez soon.....
......before it gets too expensive.
A large demand on Skineez has been financing the meteoric demand for clothing production and inventory.
In the past year or so that has been facilitated by private placement investors.......eh hmm........and very soon self sustaining sales revenue will cover that expense and therefore the prediction for positive EBITDA in a few months.
This management has the capability of finding and funding other niche companies ........until bringing them "into the fold".......
which they are presently doing.
Film at 11. Ha.
Buy the dips.
Skineez is just one HLBC holding.
There may be a couple more acquisitions/partnerships anounced in the next few weeks which should bolster HLBC......just strong rumors
I don't know any details................
I wouldn't be surprised to see the company take a larger stake in Skineez also in the near future..........which actually might be one of the "good news" rumors.
There may be some former "restricted" shares that come to market in the next few months.......but a large percentage may simply be retained and held on to by the holders......looking forward to more appreciation.
IMO the next couple PRs will overshadow any minor dilution.
Buy the dips................
I couldn't tell who put the PR out.
It does favor an HLBC PR firm release.
However.......most PRs are part advertisement any way.......
Most savy investors realize this.........don't we?
At any rate...........
imo.........like I said....."I'd be buying the dips folks"
I like that PR.....but wait.....
There's more...............
I'd be buying the dips folks.
Volume is creating some volatility......but.....
There's more news than just Skineez .........coming to a theater near you! Ha.
Volume is definitely going to build over the next couple months....
........with some stronger prices
OK. Looks like you're referencing Skineez promo. More
There are some new deals coming down the road.
No details yet. PR in 60 days or so.
News? Gotta link? Thanks
Solutions can be reapplied
My perception is, as noted on the skineez website....but not really well explained, is there are pressurized canisters of the various lotions and vitamins that are sprayed onto the garments after turning inside out......let dry.....then tumble dry.
So the clothing is worn over and over again.......THAT's the appeal.
