Yeh, brand new name.......
So google can't find anything close but InterCorse.........and gives one a "heads" up on that. Ha. Couldn't help it.

Actually, there must be a very sound reason the directors want this new name.
I think we've got some new partnership or merger that dictates we start designating the company in the energy arena.

I'm not sure about the stock split........except it may have been required to facilitate acquisitions and benefit present shareholders if the news is strong and demand lifts the stock prices.......pre split and post split.
