The more that know the better.
Apparently "pressreleases@franklyinc.com supplied CBS, & ABC news affiliates here in the U.S. with the latest PR about Niocorp being featured on a live Investor Webcast.
you can google "niocorp news" & see some of the stations.
What if the *250K owed Northcott was used for an immediate need, ie. hiring an engineering firm from Texas, or something that would indicate its a "GO". -- SP would theoretically CLIMB!.
*10 mil. needed - *2 mil from last PP = *8 mil. thru EFY 2018.
Dilution would be significantly less than at today price.
I can't make $$ fast enough even with a 40% increase in salary!
PM, my guess would be that they are Restricted Stock Units (RSU's).
Northcott is a consultant under contract till the end of year. They have to hold for 4 months + 1day.
Preserves cash for Niocorp.
See what you think.

Wexworth, a GREAT BIG AMEN! to your closing opinion.
Stark12, along with RPM's (32 transactions), Nothcott's ($15 bn. & 55 closed transactions worldwide), acceptance of the shares was HUGE news!, IMO.
http://www.northcottcapital.com/
Unfortunately it was quickly covered up by the continued bickering over scandium on this board.
per my phone conversation with Jim... the actual pricing & who the offtake agreement(s) are with, may or may be non-disclosable. I have no doubt they will let us know what they can, when they can!
I will be buying more niocorp shares with no reservations.
As for all the ill-intended posters, as far as I'm concerned, they can quietly argue between one another who gets to hold the door open as I go in & out of the bank! Then they can go check commodity pricing at Wal-mart if they so choose.
I know somewhere Valmont Industries & American Industrial Partners could put some of their $$ if the deal goes thru!

Yes, Check 28733 link. I believe that's the final vote. Originally on pgs. 287 & 88.
Not only the Governors support, but it looks like the U.S. Gov't too!

Even within aviation, whether it be commercial, defense, or other aerospace applications, there will be an array of "recipes" for spec chem alloys containing scandium.
Certain parts will REQUIRE higher / more difficult specs, & therefore bring a premium to the pricing.
With HR2810 being brought up to final vote today, I would expect the demand for the "more costly recipes" just went UP!
100% in agreement with your last paragraph!
I talked with Jim last week to confirm that Traxys kept the 25% Nb offtake agreement from CMC. -- Yes.
He also agreed that 285 kg/plane of Sc was a good # to use. $1 mil. div by $3,500/kg = 285 kg
As Mark mentioned Boeing at the town hall meeting, I came across this link from Boeing ( at bottom ).
37,000 planes in 19 yrs. ( 3 passenger types ).
37,000 x 285 kg ea. = 10,545,000 kg.ttl = 10,545 metric tons.
10,545 div 19 yrs = 555 metric tons/yr.
I posted this ONLY AS A REFERENCE to supply vs. demand. There are A LOT of other factors that will determine the final $/kg of Sc2O3 @ 99.9%

AO. Were you still standing there when I asked about Traxys & Carlyle? Your take?
Yes, his attempt to compare a junior without revenue streams to a major seemed to be pointless.
Even so, he still seems to feel MS is worth the money! --We knew that!
Mark Smith & company are performing their tasks, -- SP isn't , YET!!

LM, The author put this up the next day.
https://intherightvein.com/2017/06/21/traxys-and-the-growing-consolidation-of-the-merchant-market/
In a recent post, said the deal was for approx. $179 million.

LM, THANKS for the additional reading on this long weekend!
I did find this also on the Carlyle website. It was under the illuminate section at the top. It is a current podcast about infrastructure. Information from those "in the know" always a welcome read, or listen.
Money needed in the next 10 yrs = 2 trillion!, private equity vs. privatization , long term contracts, & #1 at the end.
All we are waiting for is congress to get the ball rolling on Tuesday!

Have a Great day Monday all!!
Check post 28043. Its a pdf.
Yes.
Hopefully between now & the end of the shareholders meeting we will be looking at a completely different picture than yesterday!
See you all there!
If they kept the Nb offtake in tact, would surely give them a foot in the door for Sc.
As the CMC deal wasn't finalized til yesterday, any connection with Niocorp may have been NDA
Watching my inbox for PR from Niocorp!
That's the one that caught my eye! Coincidence? Right in the middle of the CMC deal. Could be a "one stop shop" for both for both Nio & Trax.
LM, interesting flow of events in the latest news (at bottom of page) from your link. They may be looking to keep the NB offtake & get one for Sc.

Hoping to hear some GOOD news soon.
Sept. 8th seems to be a popular date.

Congress is back in session on Tuesday!
Do the news alerts at the top clear out periodically? The only thing I see is the 3a from 8-23.
Is the POTUS is telling them to hurry up on MS,s behalf. :)

Let the rebels take over the dynasty, you & LM stay here. The rebels can tell China to grab their ankles!!
Thoughts & Prayers to you and your family!
Niocorp is not the only one looking to invest +$1 billion.

Also on this site today US DOD budget assessment 2018-2022 + Global military helicopter 2017-2026
a lot more questions should be answered Sept. 8th, or sooner.
Wouldn't we have to go back, erase time, money spent, etc & have a whole new FS for a Nb only mine?
Like what I see pgs. 433-434 scandium.
CONGRATS to the WHOLE Niocorp Team for reaching this milestone!!
I fully trust Mark's, Jim's & board of directors abilities & connections to get it going.
I think we are only waiting for 800 pages., & some permits.
DEFINITELY letting prospectives on retail side know.
and sometimes companies get it done without the gov't loan guarantee.

John Henderson (SD) look up his background. I would guess he knows about the Elk Creek project.
Would be fine with US EU joint venture if it will get it up & running!
Hope the morning brings more good news!
"Rosie the riveter" back in Nebraska! She might have to take night classes at MCC soon to learn how to WELD aluminum.

The mig wasn't the first, if you haven't already read this.(link)
As far as deleting previous post, was only a comical addition to other replies to post 27140. Topic within the last 24hrs. People who start fires should learn how to handle the heat THEY created.
My first deleted post -- SAAAWWEEEEEEET!

"Everybody has their selling point." Granted.
I for one will skip the poached egg breakfast, work my "rear" off til 4 p.m. & have one of those delicious Midwest chicken fried steaks topped with lots of mashed potatoes & gravy!! :)
It won't be me whining bout 7 , I'm hungry!
To each their own.
I would guess that this is a lot deeper (no pun intended) than just $$ in their portfolios. Too much PASSIONATE WORK done to get it out in 3 years.
Correct, the US Govt' may also have a say in a buyout.
I don't recall hearing "capable", thought the goal was to DO IT.
Not much satisfaction for someone else to prove them correct.
Exactly, The only one that might buy prior to const would be a LARGE end user.
Prove your #'s for at least a couple of years, let the scandium market bloom, then talk to me 2 places to the left of the decimal.
See you all on Sept 8th.,only 10 days (max) till the Full report is out :)
& p.s. at $2.50 USD you would be at the same point of up listing to a larger exchange. Just getting rolling. -- I'll hold
I think a buyout is out of the question for a while.--- UNLESS it is HUGE Money.
At the end of the most recent video, M.S. says "goal is to BUILD & OPERATE the mine" (link below)
If you had as much time & money invested, hold as many shares as the Niocorp team does currently, & have the inside knowledge of what you hold, would you sell out cheap? ($2.50)(US?).
