What if the *250K owed Northcott was used for an immediate need, ie. hiring an engineering firm from Texas, or something that would indicate its a "GO". -- SP would theoretically CLIMB!.

*10 mil. needed - *2 mil from last PP = *8 mil. thru EFY 2018.

Dilution would be significantly less than at today price.

I can't make $$ fast enough even with a 40% increase in salary!
