It's difficult not to get discouraged. We are days away (supposedly) from news that according to some will change the face of medicine, propel the stock to multiple dollars, cause us to be bought out in months, etc. And yet there's no buying interest? And I don't agree with those who think it's just bashers or sellers playing games so that they can buy cheaper. 4 cents is pretty cheap. If you thought that the stock was on the verge of something big, would you sit on the sidelines trying to buy at 3 cents instead of 4 cents and risk missing out entirely? It doesn't add up. Maybe I'm just paranoid after just watching the Madoff movie. C'mon $ENDV, give us some good news!
Rip or R.I.P.?
Alan Collier's linkedin page shows him as Chief Executive Officer of IP Resources International, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of $ENDV. I don't see any reference to this subsidiary in any of the filings. Anyone have a clue about this?

In my mind "anticipating" the results will be released in Q2 is the same as saying they will be released then, so I think if there's a delay it should be communicated to shareholders. Hopefully it's a moot point.
I would hope that if they're NOT going to make the June 30 deadline to release pre-trial results, they would issue a short press release explaining why and giving a new time frame. Their credibility is really their only bankable asset at this point. I'm taking it as a positive that since haven't heard otherwise that we WILL get the results in the next two weeks.
Unfortunately belief in this company is like religion, people either have faith or they don't. I've been criticized in the past for what I believe were balanced posts, so I don't really post any more.
So if they release good results tomorrow and get a favorable loan from someone, they can't buy back the rest of the notes?
I said IF the trials went well. I'm sure you saw the "going concern" mention from the auditors in the last filing, so I know they have no money (again which is why mgmt is taking salary in stock rather than cash). I don't have blinders on. Again, IF the trial results are good they should be able to get money from someone on decent terms and then retire the notes.
Didn't management retain the right to buy the notes back? They too are being hurt by the dilution, so assuming the trial results are good I would assume they can obtain financing on more favorable terms and retire the notes.
If you do a broker check on Mr. Collier on Finra dot org, and see the history of his past companies, it won't make you feel any better about things.
Seaheck stated yesterday that he knew things about $ENDV that no one else knew. Maybe he should share those facts with the world and get the buying party started!
I watch the price fluctuations. Any day now we're hoping for a press release with news that can propel the stock upwards. Yet other than the posters here, no one else is excited about our prospects. No scuttlebutt from the testing lab, no potential money guys that management may have reached out to, not Big Pharma, or the Apples and Googles of the world that may want to get into the space, or retail investors we're trying to reach via Twitter. Nothing to do but wait at this point, but I'd have more confidence about a positive outcome if the price action was better.
It's kind of like "Look at the shiny object over there"! We need the results from the current study, on time and as good as hoped for.
Well said, on all counts.
Some of us are long, and are investors not flippers, but have more modest short term goals for where the stock is headed. Some of the wild projections for triple digit dollar prices, etc. are not helpful IMO. What if the pre-clinical trial results are kind of ambiguous? There's going to be a lot of selling from holders who have been hyped to expect that those trial results are going to send the stock "to the moon". It's not a bad thing to have the expectations tamped down a bit by posters with other points of view.
I'm not known to be the most bullish poster (LOL), but I don't really think a buy of 1,000 is going to support the stock price, even if there are 100 such buys a day. I think there could possibly be another reason for his buying all the time, that I haven't seen discussed here. Is it possible that the secret investor, demanded as a condition for his investment, that Mann have more skin in the game? Most of his shares were acquired a long time ago, and I don't know if they were purchased, or were an option exercise, or were granted outright. Does anyone know? If he hadn't committed much personal money before these last couple of months, maybe he agreed to in order to get the investment. Doesn't mean he isn't optimistic about ENDV's prospects, just might explain what he's doing.
I own 1.4 million shares right now, but my plan is to hold 1MM longer term and try to trade around the rest. Double digit dollars at the end of next year? I'm down wit dat! Not sure I believe it, but nice to consider. I think the one issue most overlooked is money is the downfall of a lot of these plays, regardless of the great technology. It looks like they have a plan to deal with it, and to me that's more important than even the pre-clinical trial data. Remember, all the big money players would rather steal the IP from ENDV if possible, by any means possible, rather than strike a deal with them. There's some great DD being done by posters here, it's been quite informative. I'll try to be more positive in the future. $100/share by the end of this week! LOL
Good question. I joined in late March, because I had taken a position and wanted to learn more. I don't see my posts as negative, just balanced. I love the enthusiasm of some of the posters, but IMO some posts are over the top, and it doesn't hurt to point out possible inconsistencies. I only post here because it's the only BB stock I own. And I don't post often because I know people prefer reading the super positive posts. It's fun thinking about the money to be made. I'll go back to lurking mode.
Agreed, the sooner the better.
If that were true, he'd be withholding material information for the purpose of giving himself an edge over his shareholders. He may be buying under a pre-arranged program, but it is unlikely he has the latitude to do that.
I appreciate your posts. There's money to be made here, but some posters are overly optimistic IMO. For instance, the pre-clinical trials should be done, or almost done by now. If the results were blockbuster, I think the stock price would not be struggling to clear 7 cents. News like that is hard to keep under wraps.
For those of you who watch L2 closely, why would anyone be shorting this now, knowing any day the release of the pre-clinical trial data, or a positive 10Q surprise, could blow them out of the water? Surely there are "safer" plays for them? Just curious.
So, anyone who raises any legitimate concern is a low life basher, trying to steal shares from true believers? C'mon! Isn't it useful to look at the whole picture, even if one is wildly bullish? It can't hurt. What I'd like to see is Mr. Mann or Mr. Collier hold a conference call in conjunction with the 10Q release. Maybe not take questions, but give some color as to their business plans, uplisting comments, financing needs, etc. I think THAT would give investors confidence and really start the share price on a new upleg.
I don't think you'll find much at the office. This is from their recently filed 10-K:
We do not have any employees. However, we have retained approximately 10 individuals as independent contractors that are involved in business development and administrative functions.
If it's only the MM games keeping the price down, wouldn't they be better off letting the price rise? The spreads would be a little wider at a higher price point, so that they would make more money. Right?
There's nothing wrong with some healthy skepticism. If this were the slam dunk we hope it is, I don't think it would be trading at 6 cents.
Fair enough.
I understand what you're saying, but a $1 million investment at these prices would be 20 million shares. $1 million is in the sofa cushions of these bigshots, so not much risk. Imagine what a 20 million share bid would do to the price!
And Fly? Eff you! Don't be so quick to impugn people's motives just because they raise questions that I bet a lot of other posters are asking.
I know I'm going to be bashed for this, even though I have a large stake here, but some of you are letting your enthusiasm get the better of you, IMO. Price is truth, and we are trading at 5 cents. There are lots of big biotech investors/funds looking for the next big thing. Is it possible the posters on this board on the only ones who recognize the potential here? Why aren't any of these funds trying to buy millions of shares at this price, given that posters here are guaranteeing huge price gains? That kind of buying pressure would blow the short MMs out of the water. Why isn't it happening? Just asking.
Wow, someone removed my post! Nice sense of humor.
Bottom line is that the company just has to deliver. They can start by filing the 10k, which I think is due by tomorrow. Shouldn't contain any surprises, but it doesn't look good when a company can't get its filings done on time, especially after being granted an extension. These day to day price swings are just noise and will be forgotten if the preclinical data is as good as hoped.
Occam's razor. More sellers than buyers.
Why? Because I've posted 14 times in the 2 weeks I've been here, some times raising this insider buying issue? You and others post 20 times a day, saying the same things over and over. Does that make you a pump and dumper? But I get it, critical thinking is not welcome here. Message received. GLTA
I have made the same point. I like seeing all the buying by the president, but I'm troubled that there's no other insider buying. I don't buy the argument some have made that maybe other insiders have other interests, or aren't driven by money, or have plenty of money etc. None have them have $400 available to pick up 5,000 shares? How many posters here are buying every dip? Apparently not one member of management other than Mr. Mann is nearly as enthusiastic. I know if I saw a Form 4 by someone other than Mr. Mann I'd double my holdings ASAP.
Or put a sell limit at a price of $10. I think that prevents the stock from being lent out, and if the stock gets sold at $10, well, so be it!
It's all good. But as the prospects have improved this past year or so, why wouldn't Dr. Makowka, Mr. Calabria, et al, come up with $400 to buy a slug of 10,000 shares? People on this board are buying millions of shares with far less information than ENDV employees. Don't they want to be rich too? It doesn't seem odd to you? Not trying to raise doubts, just asking.
Agree 100%, but it's still curious not one other insider has bought in years. If I saw the CEO buying, for instance, I'd probably double my stake ASAP!
An insider (president) can NOT trade on information that is not publicly available, even on the OTC. Reg FD applies to any publicly traded security. It's still a positive that he's buying, but I assume he knows things are lining up for good things down the road. In fact, because he IS buying tells me we shouldn't expect any good news in the
immediate future, unless it is something unanticipated.
I'd love to be wrong. We'll see. $$$ are better than my desire to be proven correct!!!
FWIW, I've seen lots of these penny stocks, companies with great promise like ENDV, where the initial investors wind up with zero. There are rounds of endless dilution, then reverse splits, then more dilution, etc. Sometimes only the last investors make the money, which seems counterintuitive since we're the "early adopters", but that's the way it ends up sometimes. It's why this unexpected dilution is a little troubling. My guess is a reverse split is the only possible way an uplisting occurs any time soon.
