I would hope that if they're NOT going to make the June 30 deadline to release pre-trial results, they would issue a short press release explaining why and giving a new time frame. Their credibility is really their only bankable asset at this point. I'm taking it as a positive that since haven't heard otherwise that we WILL get the results in the next two weeks.
