Where do you find the share info?
Thanks.
Oh you want everyone to worship you because you pointed out that fiberglass is flammable. I noticed when they were being brought in too..just did not say anything. You are not some guru now. Get oiver yourself.
The new fiberglass tanks will fine. It was a gas leak..the neighbors said there was an explosion..only gas could do that.
That problem will again be designed out.
I am a frequent poster in the shareholders group and have no problems with the admin of that group..You are free to start a another group that is dedicated to pointing out the problems with SHMP.
But keep posting contrary opinions..that makes markets.
It has all been engineered, including any sweating on the side of the fiberglass tanks. Which I doubt occurs.
The weight in tanks is significant but hardly an issue.
But I love that you submit a contrary opinion..that makes markets.
Slab wont crack. It has been engineered. That is why you see 8" thick with #6 REBAR 12oc in flat plate design.
The floor has to be flat for the tanks to be level. There won't be that much water on the floor..even if there is a leak nothing will get hurt.
No issues here.
Thanks for disagreeing. That makes markets!
I think it is a very good time to be in ALKM.
In Lacoste TX at SHMP's now..as of today..2 large production plants going up. Hope you are in that one.
A 2nd plant also means they have a blueprint and a cost certainty that they can use all around the world.
So when a license is issued to an area the licensee will get the plant layout with a solid cost to build plan.
It also means that the plant managers can all be trained on the system right there and go anywhere in the world to keep continuity.
It also means that every plant can be monitored and remotely controlled if need be right from home.
This is much more than a 2nd building
He is hypothicating. The work building the Salem line is going on. Kaufmann put out a picture yesterday. Once the new line starts producing..hopefully very shortly..this could be an entirely different company.
ALKM bottles Highdrate for Kona Gold..just signed a 5 year contract to continue bottling it.
Not sure if they still bottle Everx.
I messaged them about online. They ship it overnight in dry ice.
it is used for samples and gifts.
Their website: http://www.aureusnow.com/
Employee's change over and may not have been there when the ice cream was there.
They said July in the PR. Should not take that long to assemble and turn on. Hoping the first week of August. This time they have a client pushing them.
That is true. But I think the production will demand 2 mixers. Who would pay for a milly worth of equipment..and the assembly costs if they were not going to make a lot of product?
LOL about the time to get up and running. You obviously have been reading my posts in the shareholders group.
I see 2 motors. But that is an typical ALKM picture.. not fully explained. But with a machine that is designed to fill 20,000 units per hour I would think you need big capacity in mixing.
Actually 2 mixers on that pallet. Company says the client is paying for equipment and set up for ALKM to produce their goods using ALKM water technology.
Can't wait for it to be up and running.
These guys have more stick to it determination than Thomas Edison. I met Gerald as well and I came away with nothing but good vibes about management.
The fire in the long run was a good thing. I never liked the dirt floors..now it is all on concrete and cleaning/sanitation will be far superior. Gives them a chance to set up the plant to maximize the technology and efficiency. It is not about 1 plant it is about many around the world. Each pumping out 5,000 pounds of shrimp a week. The biggest issue I see is training managers for those plants.
Unlike you, I have eaten some shrimp grown in the farm tank and it is good..no antibiotics nor injections.
Just the fact they are rebuilding tells you everything you need to know. If it was a scam..why would they rebuild?
The size and potential profits make the dilution workable..once this first plant starts cranking weekly harvests the patent and technology will be be worth a lot more.
Tom is the brains behind all of this. I met him and he is the nicest, humblest person you will ever meet.
Tweeting out that the revenue numbers will be good.
No. I follow them from the Kona Gold days. I talk with Mike Dub, the owner, every so often.
Trying to see how it is selling though. It is pricey.
With Cali shutting down again it could see a spike in delivery orders.
California High Beverages maintains a locator map of their stores they have stocked.
Blueberry run will bring 1.3 milly in revs in a 3 week period.
The way I read the document the offering price of new shares could be as much as $1. So if the revenues are strong issuing new stock may help you.
But I am certainly no expert. I just see a company that is putting out good news.
BudCars saw improvement in every major metric during June, as covered in detail in the Company's July 1 release. Mutually reinforcing trends in increasing new customers, strong repeat business, increasing orders per customer per period, and increasing ticket sizes continue to define performance thus far in July, suggesting a high degree of confidence in continued 30% sequential monthly topline growth and the likelihood that the Company will close out its calendar Q3 with extremely strong metrics in place heading into year-end.
Looks good to me. I am bullish. Not foolish. I realize there are many things that could make it all go down. But down in the pennies you have to take some risks.
Hope they put put out sales data. Going by their tweets and news releases should be strong.
The way I read the share offer was that they could be offered at a price higher than the pps..a lot higher.
AS is at 2 billion at the moment. Don't see how we get to 10 billion shares..did I miss something.
I like this company. I just added another million shares.
If I am reading it right this quarter will show a jump in sales to 4 million or so. The last q shows about 2 million in the first 9 months, so if the yearly is 6 million then the next q would be huge.
I took a loss on vate too. But after the rs left the company with only 1.8 milly shares..where it goes is unknown but with a new day possible sales could catch fire..but I agree it is pricey.
Only time will tell.
That is me. CHB has begun stocking stores all over the country and plans to do tasting events etc to market. CHB is growing and hopefully will take the teas sales with them.
tweet from ceo:
Good morning! SugarMade Inc. will be sharing more exciting verticalization updates for #Budcars on the way this week! The $SGMD grand opening of LA & our new 5,000 SQ foot facility in Sacramento is just the beginning of this phase of #expansion. #business #cbd #cannabis
China has actively been pushing electric vehicles and away from petro to combat air pollution.
Opening a dealership is gigantic IMO.
We have gov. sales and now to the general public.
Frankly this country needs to do the same thing.
Nearly 2 billion shares dilution if I read this right. I got out and will watch. Don't mind chasing some to be sure. Lot of pr's lately. If business is as good as he says they should be paying off debts.
Excellent point.
Actually it looks like Alkame is making lots of sanitizer.

OK. In the conference call he mentioned Toxic debt and that he was paying it off. Either way liabilities are going down and cash is going up.
Check the 10q. They used cash generated in the first 6 months to pay off a $865,000 toxic debt. That is good management. Cash is king and their cash flow statement looks impressive IMO.
An RS can be used in a very positive way. The key is the parallel reduction of the AS. If there was to be harm to the current shareholders..they would not have done that. I think it is being done for exactly the reasons Goodman said..to increase the share price and reduce the number of shares to uplist.
In the conference call in January he stated there was a number of things that needed to be accomplished..Installing an independent board is another requirement for a major exchange.
In the end any kind of stock change is only good or bad depending on the performance of the company. Baby they are performing.
This why I advocate the company to go ahead and declare a divvy that is 20% of cash gains each q. Leaves plenty of cash to grow and also sends the message to the world.
Why are you telling me? I have not mentioned a merger once. Look it up.
I am in it for the organic growth story. I certainly hope they do not do a merger. I want them to steadily build the core business and dedicate 20% of cash generated to a divvy.
The discussion was also about the RS.
Have a good weekend. Thanks for being a predetermined contrary commentator..that makes markets and tamps down pumps.
And you provide a lot of entertainment for me.
The 8K for the RS is posted on otcmarkets.com.
