oldoil: I have no ideal where the ceo is. the last I heard he was under his desk or london. There are several maps showing the location of 11A & 12A. I can not remember how to pull them up on the computer.
midtieroil: Do we have a board of directors now? If we do they are the ones that should be sued for not protecting the shareholder. They have failed the shareholders to no end. the sec should investigate their action as a board if anyone is to be investigated.
midtieroil: I am subject to lose 83,000 dollars. Anytime anyone want to file a law suit I will put up 500.00 dollars to the law firm that was chose. five hundred is not going to make a lot bigger lose.. Just have some satisfaction to see them in the courthouse/i]

Yes I"ve done the math. I did the math everyway I can think possible. So far I don"t think I will see my invest back. To many stopping blocks in the way of reaching 10.00 (ten) dollars. I would be so thrilled to see five dollar (5).
Thanks nwtf. The money is back in my account now.
I have 83,000.00 invested in this company. I now have 10,500 shares. Will I ever brake even. The answer is NO. I am not the only one invested in this company underwater. I am 83 years old and I don"t expect to see even 5 percent of my investment back. I would settle for 10,000.00 dollars in a New York minute.
anyone thinking that we will get rich just hitting oil is not looking at the hole picture. there is noway this stock is going to make most rich. most people in this stock are so for under water they are drowding. yes: I was charged 38.00 dollars by ameri-trade.
I have been in this stock since 2004. I think Peter took over in 2008. Everyone in this stock should know by now that Peter is going to do what Peter is going to do. I would think if one does not like what CEO is doing they would sell out and go on down the road. I wish that all of us had a better insight to the things going on behind the closed doors.
Oil-cowboy:
I hope you are right as I have been disappointed so many times with this stock over the last eleven year. I will get excited when they really find oil.
GLTL: Ruel
sideeki: I have so many shares I should be in a institution.
[Execo: I don"t expect a reply from the government of Kenya until Late January or February 2014. It has taken them two or three months for other companies to be approved. I think Peter spoke to quick about time frame
badog: Thanks for your response. I have a great little dog. She is a jack russell. I have great pleasure playing with her.LOL
petemantx: A very very very nice reply. Thank you. I have ben in erhe since 2004. Like you I though it would be two or three year investment.GLTA/i]
Petemantx: Two years is a longtime if you are eighty (80) years old. I have not posted in about two months as my wife was very ill. March 20 she pasted away. We were married for 54 years. The house is one lonely place. LOL
[It my unstandingi]that you must hold a stock for one year for tax gain. Also you can not sell the stock and buy back before a 30 day period. So it is my thinking I can not sell my stock I"ve owned for one year and take long term gain and buy the stock in the offering in the proper time limit. The offering needs to be moved to 45-60 day offering to take advantage of the offering if you are going to sell your previous owned stock.]
Kobiashi2000: I am so underwater with this stock I have to stay invested for good or bad. I have been invested since 2004 I guess two or three more year will not matter. At the age of 79 almost 80 I can will my stock to my grand children. This stock gives me something to look at an read this web site. LOL
It is now 12:30pm no one is posting. What up with everyone are you sleeping? No news is good news. I do not believe that state-ment.i]
What a surprize when I look at the share price after being out of town for ten days. Hope is for ever. Here is hoping.
jsc52033" I will hang in for the long haul. I just feel putting more money in is not a smart move for me. My health is good and I play 18 holes of golf most everyday. At 79 I still have a 12 handcap. Many thanks for your response to my message. LOL
I"m now 79 years old. It will be a diffcult for me to buy more stock basied on the fact the time frame is three to four years away from drilling an production. I have 70,ooo.oo invested now that is about 35,000.00 more than I should have invested. For me to roll the dice on three more unknown property. I have wasted nine years of investment time in this company. I really think that is enough time for some results. There is so little know about the three remaining blocks to much of a dice roll.LOL
Mid: I think you have convinced all of our share holder that the company is being run so bad they are not buying. could this be true?
On what basis do call this stock a scam? There are several hundred people invested in this company and you are the only smart enough to figure out erhe is a scam. I think you are the scam.........lol
It can only be forty more African night or forty months or forty more years.
[iThank you lovemelongtime. That needed to be said a longtime ago.eom]
I think you live in Ft Worth,Tx.[I live in Granbury,Tx I go to Colorado some and go thru Dumas,TX There is a sign outside the town saying Ding Dong Daddy from Dumas./i]
Are you from Dumas,Tx.I would take .75 cents in a new york minute. I tired of reading about next week-month-year or five years from now. I"m ready to sell out an move on. Eight years is longenough for any investment.
Eventho Tullow oil has a big block in kenya what is there to keep them from being interested in erhc block. They could also be interested in being a partner.
I read most of your post. Most of the time I do not have a clue what you are trying to post. I need to learn how to read between the line better. Some of you post make no sense.
Strategyone: That is one good post.
Emdyal: Offer should have plenty of money to loan ERHE to last for the next ten years. The reason Offer has money is he never pays the loan he owes. He never completes the maintance contracts and never does any work. I would have plenty of money if I never paid my bills.
ERHC Gang:[Many thanks for all of the kind words to me and my friend.
Their are few people who have a good friend for fifty four years. I really fell lucky to have one.b]
A long time investor past away Monday morning. He did not post very often. His alias was Carrizo. He was a friend of mine for fifty-four years. A college mate an best man in my wedding. I will miss him dearly
Emdyal: As I see the board for the last two weeks has really become weak with posters an information.Several good posters have stopped posting.
Those were the people that really carried the conversation to a good high with info from all aspects. Some of the oil people really added to this board but now have stopped posting.
[This board has been very active for the last few years but now it is almost dead. The stock has also died because lack of information. I have enjoyed reading all of the post over the years. I have not always agreed with what was said but it did make for interesting reading. Some of the post had good info and others had info to pump or dump. There was always the question who is telling the truth.
Krom> we already know how smart they are(don"t we).
Krom: I think they are going to have abig cocoa crop. HA HA.LOL/GLTA
Jim: Billy Sol Estes lives only a few blocks from me in a gated community in Granbury, Tx. His daughter has a store in downtown Granbury. She sells his books and a few other novel things in the store. I worked for Hi-Yield Fertilizer Co. in 1960 and sold him insectides an fertilizer. His credit was bad in those days. He now has alzheimers.
We are going to be really lucky if we have any information before the end of May. I see the JDA wanting to hold the line on the contract to drill the wells as set out in contract. JMHO/GLTA
Jim: You are one of the few people on this board that has a very level head. I wish we had more like you posting.GLTY
