More GAMZ stuff!
Profit Central - http://www.profitcentral.net
GameCom, Inc. (GAMZ OTC BB), Arlington, Texas
Profit Central was in attendance of the AMOA Convention Expo in Las Vegas.
We visited the GameCom booth on numerous occasions and also saw the entire
show. In addition, we spent time with the GAMZ Staff and CEO in meetings
on two occasions. Further discussions were held with CEO Kelly Jones alone.
Due to our actual, "physical" presence we were able to, "view" and ease
drop on much that took place at the show. A general impression was that
the GameCom systems were VERY well received. We over heard many comments
that were extremely positive. The vast majority of the other machines at
the show seemed "dated" to us. While the GAMZ systems were alive and
modern. They were also the only "Intra Net" system we found at the entire
show. General comments that, "this is the future" and "you (GAMZ) are way
ahead of the curve" were common. We did play some of the games also, while
not a gamer; we were very impressed by the performance.
One of the systems GAMZ had set up was sporting their new 27" monitor,
which was an obvious improvement. It also appeared they were having
numerous discussions with another vender that offered a very nice custom
control board installation. We got the impression they were considering it
as an upgrade.
On one occasion we observed an unusually long intensive conversion with a
show attendee and the GAMZ staff. With our typical nosey personality we
tried to discover his identity. Viewing his badge did not take too much
effort, and our hearts raced a bit. It would be inappropriate to mention
the company name, just to say ALL would recognize it immediately. It
appeared that something may become of it and we certainly would not want
to be responsible for compromising any deals. We mention this not to
start any rumors, yet to try and convey that it appeared to us, GAMZ was
making serious contacts with many SIGNIFICANT customers and potential
partners that appeared VERY interested.
Our general impressions of the staff; including sales, marketing,
technical, and management were excellent. Our interaction not only
included meetings, but dinner, which allowed us to view these people more
personally. They appeared to work well together and they had one obvious
common goal: to make GameCom number one within the industry.
Profit Central remains confident with GAMZ and the immediate future, and
we are still holding our personal positions. In our opinion the next
quarter will bring sales, distributors, and major alliances, which will
propel GAMZ forward.

GameCom's Attendance At AMOA Exceeds Expectations; "Company is ahead of the game"
Business Editors/Entertainment & Internet Writers
ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 26, 2000--GameCom, Inc.
(OTCBB:GAMZ) a leader in interactive Internet gaming, today reported that the
company was extremely well-received at the Amusement and Music
Operators Convention held this past weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As previously announced, GameCom, www.GameComInc.com, debuted its
proprietary `Net GameLink(TM) interactive Internet gaming system to
coin-operated industry professionals, distributors, and operators.
Steven Haag, GameCom's vice-president of marketing, stated "We received
repeated third-party validation of our fundamental principle that online
interactive computer gaming is the future of this industry. Also repeatedly
expressed was that GameCom is on the cutting edge of a burgeoning
industry, which some recent analysts' reports estimate to be as large as $20
billion by the year 2002. We received numerous requests for sales and
distribution, and we are intensively optimistic about the future of our company
and our product."
L. Kelly Jones, GameCom's chief executive officer, stated "We were very
pleased with our industry debut. GameCom's representatives were repeatedly
told that `you are ahead of the game,' and GameCom's management was
engaged making valuable industry contacts, which have already resulted in
preliminary negotiations regarding strategic alliances, joint ventures, and
potential acquisitions. Some of these are advancing rapidly."
"As a publicly-traded start-up company evolving from concept to production,
and with financing secured to accomplish our business plan, GameCom is
poised for rapid growth, as we believe we are setting the standard for the future
of interactive Internet computer gaming. We will continue to seek third-party
feedback later this week at the Cyberathlete Professional League FRAG 4
gaming tournament in Dallas from September 28th through October 1, 2000,"
concluded Jones.
GameCom designed, manufactures and assembles `Net GameLink(TM), an
interactive Internet gaming concept utilizing network-enabled gaming kiosks.

GAMZ CEO INSIDE.
Friends and shareholders:
I believe you've been waiting for this piece of news. As Neil Armstrong said, "That's one small step for man....."
We believe that our business plan is beginning to fall into place. We are fully compliant with the SEC and the NASD, we have $15 million in growth capital at our disposal, and we have an exciting new product ready for market. All we need is some industry exposure -- and in a little less than two weeks, we will be coming home from the largest distributor/operator convention in the country, and yet will be setting up our booth for America's most important gamer's gathering. Talk about exposure!
This deal with Amusements Over Texas fell easily into place. Although we weren't aware of it, they had been watching us at Gilligan's for several months. The exciting thing about the sale is that it was made even before they saw the production model kiosks.
Speaking of the production models, they are a major step forward, and represents all that we learned from the five beta models at Gilligan's Draft House. First, they are produced for us by HanaHo in Los Angeles, one of the most respected names in the business. Not only are they dramatically cheaper than the beta models, but they are greatly enhanced.
The most obvious difference is the backlit marquee over the monitor. This was in direct response to requests from the distributor/operator industry. It can be used for advertising by the end location, by a sponsor, or can be utilized to simply advertise the games themselves.
We now feature two screen sizes: either a 27" television monitor, or a 21" high-resolution computer monitor.
The control shelving is substantially changed. The controls are a bit lower and more comfortable than the beta models, and the keyboard is lit from above. The card swipe control is raised and is to the left of the monitor.
Internally, the kiosk is dramatically different, but the stylistic features that we liked about the beta models have been retained. We've updated the processors, utilizing Athlon 800 Thunderbirds furnished by AMD. All the hardware (i.e., motherboard, memory, sound, and video cards), is updated and upgraded. The nVidea video cards are now utilized.
A key new feature is our proprietary-designed "CHU." This central housing unit places all the hardware into one easy-to-snap-in unit, which will greatly ease both installation and maintenance/repair.
A new fiber-optic lighting system is utilized, which is brighter, creates less heat (an enemy to the kiosks), and yet is significantly cheaper.
The kiosks have new rear access doors, and have new easy-to-access switches to turn off the lighting system and to re-boot the computer system.
I believe you can get the idea. These new kiosks are significantly better and less expensive than the beta models, and we have an experienced manufacturer who can meet our budgeted production demands.
I hope some of you can come see us in either Las Vegas on September 21st-23rd, or in Dallas on September 28th-October 1st.
These are simply my personal comments, and I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

GAMZ has it's FIRST SALE! (inside)
This company is set for a major move IMO. Todays announcement clarifys that they truly are out of the R&D phase and are readu for production.
ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2000--GameCom, Inc. (OTC BB: GAMZ), www.GameComInc.com, a leader in interactive Internet gaming, today announced that it has sold the first proprietary, technologically advanced `Net GameLink(TM) interactive entertainment system to Bowling & Billiard Amusements Over Texas, Ltd., to be placed at Main Event Entertainment in Lewisville, Texas.
Amusements Over Texas is a major vending operator within the State of Texas, handling over 123 locations, including family entertainment centers, billiard rooms, neighborhood bars, and roller rinks.
After focusing on product development, obtaining full SEC compliance, and securing $15 million in growth capital, GameCom has now finalized its production model `Net GameLink(TM) kiosks, which were displayed at the company's permanent beta-site at J. Gilligan's in Arlington, Texas this past Friday. The production model kiosks will be unveiled to the public at the Amusement and Music Operators Association convention in Las Vegas on September 21st, and the following week at the Cyberathlete Professional League's FRAG 4 gaming tournament in Dallas.
Jim (Indian) Holt, manager of Amusements Over Texas, stated: "We've been to J. Gilligan's three or four times over the past few months observing GameCom perfect its entertainment system. We believe GameCom is far ahead of the curve in bringing PC-based gamers back to the social video environment. We are delighted to be GameCom's first customer, as we believe there is a huge market for `Net GameLink(TM)."
L. Kelly Jones, GameCom's chief executive officer, stated "This is a significant development in GameCom's evolution from concept to active marketing and production. This sale to Amusements Over Texas, even prior to unveiling our production models, supports our expectations for high market acceptance of the `Net GameLink(TM) entertainment system. This is the first in a number of transactions that we intend to accomplish this year. The year 2000 has been an important year of expansion and growth, and we expect to continue GameCom's forward momentum."
"We are currently in advanced negotiations with Fortune 500 companies regarding strategic alliances and joint ventures. We are targeting a national rollout of our proprietary `Net GameLink(TM) system, and are in serious negotiations for procuring distribution agreements, which should lead to significant revenue for the fourth quarter. As the interactive Internet gaming industry is expected to increase into a multi-billion dollar industry, GameCom is poised to capture substantial market share," Jones concluded.
GameCom, Inc. designed, manufactures, and markets `Net GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming concept utilizing network-enabled gaming kiosks. Patents are pending for the `Net GameLink(TM) kiosks and technology. GameCom is a fully reporting, publicly-traded corporation based in Arlington, Texas.

Gamecom Financing explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
The beauty of this is that we are assured of up to $15 million dollars, at our option. We pay for the money, the great thing about this concept, it’’s called a private equity line, and we pay for the money through issuance of shares and warrants based upon market price as we take down the money. For instance, if we drew down today and our stock price is at $.50, we would pay for the money based on issuing stock at a factor of $.50. So let’’s say that three months from now we’’re selling at $2.00. Then, when we draw down money, we pay based on a market price of $2.00. So, the whole concept is designed to give us the capital that we need, with the minimum of dilution to our existing shareholders. We are very, very pleased with this alliance with Swartz.

AMD supplies 'Net GameLinkTM with the new ATHLON Thunderbird microprocessor with performance enhancing cache!
eVGA, inc. supplies GameCom, Inc with nVIDIA's G-Force II graphics accelerators.
Activision, Inc. supplies GameCom with the some of the most exciting games in the industry. Have you ever heard of "Quake"?
Gamecom is first in their industry as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
Jones: Well, to our knowledge, we’’re the only ones that make interactive gaming kiosks. Forrester Research, the smart guys up there in Cambridge, Massachusetts, have talked about interactive Internet computer gaming growing exponentially with as many as 39.5 million players and $1.9 billion in total sales by 2002. And most of the focus has been on interactive game play for the home. What we are doing is we’’re taking that phenomenon to the social setting, and not only where a gamer can get on the Internet to go to a game enabler and play interactive computer games, our kiosks are networked so they can play interactively with people right there in their very site.
Gamecom's revenue model: The Netgamelink system also allows advertiser ads to be displayed on the screen when the system isn't in use. There will also be an option to buy any of the games loaded on the system. Here is another cool feature that the system provides as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
Unlike a single game that just has one game where you play against a computer, our kiosks come with ten interactive games, and we will continue to monitor them and as time goes on we can throw advice to the establishment to say, “well this game has been updated so we can update this game for you, and that game is a bit outdated, and we can see from your revenue that nobody’s playing that game very much so why don’t we substitute in this game within that particular genre of games?”
Gamecom has US and international patent applications as explained by Kelly Jones CEO in an August 18, 2000 interview.
We make gaming kiosks for interactive Internet games. Our patent application is for ““network enabled gaming kiosks,”” and it is very exciting as we are beginning to let the world know about our product and get ourself out into the marketplace.

Greg, yes it is frustrating. I chew on my hand everyday as not to do something stupid. LOL
We desparately need volume. MM's are going to screw withthis one until the volume dictates the score. I sure hope it's soon.
weo
berstein, sounds good to me, let's do it!
weo
Greg, I agree. For someone to apend as much time promoting doubt about any stock leads me to believe there is an agenda by this person. I must say everyone is doing well not to address this person on the RB thread. The time has come forus to move on and up. GAMZ, IMO is just too strong to stay at this level. Many other stocks with simular floats and less information available have moved up nicely over the past couple of weeks. SHPSE, SYMY and PRAV to name a few. Now it's our turn. all we need is the volume IMO.
weo
gemmerling, WOW. That truly is an amazing compilation of facts. All we need now are BUYERS. LOL
Thanks for starting this site. RB is getting old.
weo
Finally found a board I feel comfortable discussing this company. I have given up posting on the RB site in regards to this company. Maybe we can have an intelligent conversation here. LOL

GAMZ FLOAT: 11 Million

8/14/00 GAMZ SMALL FLOAT CEO’s own word:
Jones: Well, as we venture out into the marketplace with our tradeshow presence and with this FRAG 4 tournament, they’ll see us evolve into the marketplace. But I would remind investors to first of all take a look at the exciting industry that we are in--interactive computer gaming--our unique product within that industry--we’re the only PC-based game system that we know of that features Internet access and ten interactive games. The small float, only around 11,000,000 shares, and also the $15,000,000 equity line. The key to that is it gives us the growth capital and we pay for the money at then-current market price as we need and take down the money.

There are currently 5 installations at Gillagan's and a sixth at their computer center. They will also be making major improvements to their web site immediately.
Mr. Jones will probably be announcing and initiating an aggressive marketing plan this month. Watch this one.
GameCom expects no problems in lining up continual new installations. They have a specific setting in mind and a business plan to get there. It appears most of these are large chains.
The company is currently able to produce about 15 kiosk units per month, and they plan to improve on this, in anticipation of higher demand.
Mr. Jones is very confident that they will experience no problems in final financing their expansion. He will also announce this at the appropriate time.
CEO Kelly Jones is an Attorney, with a Law Firm in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and also holds a PhD.
With the installation of their first internet linked entertainment system in the famous Gillagan's Nightclub, the company and the stock has jumped in popularity and value. Marketing and promotion starting this month and we expect that to bring this stock back into the price range it had commanded, previously.
Business problems caused it to plummet, but all that has been corrected and they're back on track, now.
Plato, Thanks for the invite.
