You've been making deceptive and misleading lists like that for years, and others did the same for years before you. The real bottom line is that exactly nothing on any of the lists has ever materialized into durable shareholder value.
Thanks for confirming there is no deal with Amtron - just the busted BS deal with Amtronics CC.
The incompetence list seems a bit lacking. Probably should also include:
- complete incompetence when contracting the Amtronics CC deal as evidenced by the error-ridden and immediately defaulted on contract
- failure to audit financials and report as required for multiple quarters and years
- complete failure of financial controls leading to a delisting of the stock
- failure to commercialize any products
- failure of corporate governance such as not having required shareholder meetings and elections of directors (still applies even if not listed per the Company's bylaws)
What is the Amtron deal you're referring to? What contract does QMC have with Amrton?
Anything happening with the K&L lawsuit?
Is that a question or an observation that the company continues to keep investors in the dark?
The reactors may work just fine, but if QMC can't come up with a marketable product, why would anyone think that Amtronics or Amtron can?
You know it's over when I make a joke in the Boiler Room and a long-time poster thinks I'm serious and proceeds to explain why the company isn't going anywhere.
LMAO+++
What ever happened to the royalties from using the reactors off site while the factory was being built, and for that matter, the pre-fab walls for the factory? The promoters of this stock assured us of both over and over.
For years it was funny when people pretended there even a remote possibility that Tech City amount to anything for QMC. Now it's just dumb.
It all started with a completely bogus "contract" and went down hill from there.
Nothing like doubling down on disingenuous.
LMAO.
Weren't the QMC promoters pushing a relationship with Blockchain Technology Partners a while back? According to the Hayes County court records, it looks like BTP sued QMC and won.
Only $5+ still in 2023?
Apparently the wholly unrealistic QMC expectations are inflation-proof.
LMAO+++
An Einstein quote comes to mind...
True enough, however the point is that you your comment may only be true because of the blindingly obvious and banal claims.
Now that it's being confirmed more and more every day that literally everything we were told about COVID by the various governments were lies, let's hope that QMC has not pinned their hopes on the "long COVID" BS.
Thanks.
I wonder why they are claiming it was founded in 2008 when it obviously wasn't? Just more carelessness / incompetence?
Still don't see it. Neither does google.
Where is that quote you cited from? Google can only find it in your post?
Cute the way you tried to sneak in that SPAM hype.
LMAO+++
Looks like QMC got sued in Hays County again. Some company named ALERT LOGIC, INC.
I've long thought QMC sycophants can delude themselves into believing some really stupid things, for example magic photons that can travel down copper wires, but nothing can ever be stupider than denial of the most basic truths of equity. To claim that QMC can be the sole owner of Solterra, a completely separate and distinct company, as evidenced by it's bankruptcy filing, without owning it's stock is an all new, and unbelievably funny, low.
ROTFLAMO+++
Here is an unanswered question:
Solterra has filed bankruptcy. According to their financials, Solterra owns the QD production IP. How would losing the IP affect QMC's future prospects?
