That's probably why the share count just went through the roof. The only way to generate cash flow is to sell shares. Hemp inc is a bonfide scam.

USMJ has around 13.8B shares and is sub penny. Hemp inc now has increased their shares to the tune of billions.

How long before hemp is sub penny?
Why are people buying at this price, when the new market cap is outrageous?

Competition from China is another reason why Canadian hemp acres are expected to fall this year.

I believed all the hype.

From the seed to sale, a good amount of time will transpire. Hemp isn't grown overnight. Since this is a new crop, the real number on price per acre will vary. Let's say all these states get seed in the ground and everyone is growing hemp, what's going to happen to the amount of hemp available? Jd farms in NY is already growing hemp and NY is getting ready to be an industry leader.

HEMP Inc has some thinking to do.

How do they win? Supply and demand models indicates that as supply increases and demand remains a constant, price will decrease. Trade war with China is to be considered when considering pricing as well. With more and more states pushing the hemp craze, the over supply of hemp will create a market where hemp is worthless.

Besides, Bruce doesn't even grow hemp. Hemp inc is an entertainment company at most.

A FB video would be nice. What multiple is this trading at? You'd need revenue to figure that out.

This is speculative investing, but what are people speculating? That Bruce will continue dilution? That Bruce's next FB video will cause a buying frenzy? Perhaps, a pr announcing 50,000 acres of hemp?

Imo, it's overvalued. Keeping my new entry at $0.01.

By keeping the pps low, any positive gains will be a large % of the pps. This will set alerts off when it does move. All the little pops have been 20% to the upside. They're making great money keeping the pps low. People are more willing to jump in on a low pps. Look at last week's volume. Great manipulation taking place and the sec is probably watching.

I did. I bought well before the rs. Then got hit with the RS that took me down, a lot. Then the constant dilution. What didn't make sense was buying more at every dip to cover the loss. I finally broke even and dumped most of it. Only took the good part of 4 years.

Imo, sec should put a halt to this before more people lose money.

Hemp, Inc. Commends Recent SEC Action Stopping Penny-Stock ManipulatorsPress Release | 08/08/2014

LAS VEGAS, Aug. 8, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) commended the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for charging crooked stock promoters for manipulating the market in an effort to "pump-and-dump" certain OTC stocks. Hemp, Inc.'s executives were unaware of the illicit promoting and manipulative trading.

Hemp, Inc. (OTC:HEMP) is not a defendant in the case and has never had any relations with any of the parties being charged. Hemp, Inc. executives released the following statement today: "Hemp, Inc. is in no way affiliated with the 4 defendants charged by the SEC and is not, and will not become, a defendant in this case, and we believe the same goes for all the 6+ companies these phony promoters targeted as victims of their shenanigans."

According to Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc., "This was news to us. It's very unfortunate that Hemp, Inc. was one of the targets of their alleged fraudulent activities."
