"To be clear, he said 50% of the DTC market"
Keep in mind that he says a lot of things that don't become reality... a lot of things.
Like it never ends.........
That projection is beyond ludicrous by the way.
"Next step: Paying off the toxic debt they currently have"
Matt just tweeted today that they took on more debt; $1.6 Million. LOL.. I needed a laugh thanks mate.
"INND is SEC Reporting NOW!!"
That doesn't deserve any exclamation points, you gave it 2. They should be doing that the whole time at a minimum. Who's running that family anyway?
"Just one more fantastic step. Institutional investment next without having to take on more toxic debt."
Only a rookie would think that any institutional investors would touch this debt ridden sub-penny package of sanitary napkins . Pipe-dream city.
Nope, it's gonna all depend on us keeping this Baby Ruth afloat.
$INND
I'll point out that this video is over a month old for context. So Matt said INND is getting ready to launch 1500 product displays in a retailer but can't announce it at that time. So obviously he was talking about Walmart.
However Matt and the interviewer did name Rite Aid and a "Riteaid.com distribution agreement" already signed 'with emphasis' that Innerscope IS the only hearing aid company listing on RiteAid "RIGHT NOW".
Here's all of the products they list on Riteaid.com... PATHETIC.
https://www.riteaid.com/shop/catalogsearch/result/?q=Hearing+Assist
just sayin'... cause I've seen this dog and pony show before.
$INND
That explains it, thank you!
In your opinion, is it headed to 0001 ?
Why did this go from $23 in 2014, to .0009 in 2022?
Thanks for the summary!
What's the product?
anti-aging or cosmetics?
Should I buy some trips shares to flip or is it on it's way to a quick grave?
So you agree Matt's projections may have not been correct. Awesome, seeing the forest for the trees.
In March 2021 Matt projected 60,800 units being sold in the first 12 months of a new amazing deal, and and he gets to say NYSE in the tweet. How "OFF " was he on that projection? Honestly?
This is the smoke and mirrors part. That projection was ludicrous, but he said it was "Conservative" so, you know, I guess we should believe him even though he had already had his hearing aids listed for sale on Walmart.com for like a long time (circa 2018, 2019..), and we were all excited and hopeful back then with the Walmart deal (a NYSE company), you know how it is.
Turned out that with the largest retailer in the world, they didn't sell that many units, I would be surprised if they sold over 1,000 units. According to the financials, they were't doing well for sales revenue. It sucked. I mean this was Walmart on the NYSE, you know, the largest retailer in the WORLD!
Carrot after carrot they were obviously failing as a company and the pps went into a steady decline starting in April 2019. They increased the Authorized shares from like a couple hundred million to nearly 15 Billion (14,975,000,000) screwing over all the investors with a fake promise of not dumping new shares which was a massive lie x7Billion. Who does that? COVID gave them a good looong rinse, which seems to have given them a new audience unaware of the past shenanigans. Did they change their ways? Look at the outstanding share count increase.. This is a fact to be analyzed. It's crazy how much it has increased. Combined with the increase in the Moore's compensation... it feels icky.
Heck man, if they actually sell enough hearing aids with these NEW kiosks that they can actually stop selling shares to pay themselves their fat salaries, that would be great! I actually want to see it, like some kind of miracle.
$INND
Yeah. 159k of shares is like $80 worth of stock at .0005 and $16 at .0001
Why would someone stay in a position of risk like that over $64?
I can't even fill my car with gas for that.
Surely there must be a reason people think this will blast off at some point. I got a bit lost in the rabbit hole.
Couldn't find their products on Amazon. Can anyone please post a link, I would like to read the reviews.
Shorting a stock in trips? How often do people do that? Doesn't make sense unless they knew the company was dead and going down to .0001? If they shorted when it was .001 or higher they'd be crazy not cover at this point.
Thanks for your reply, can you explain why you think it's heavily shorted?... 4 ticks down and this is at bottom.
Who would want this to stay low? Any theories?
LOL.. that's a good one
Stick and carrot.
$INND ...always just around the corner
new to OTC = just haven't witnessed it long enough yet.
What did I happen upon here? These pinned posts are old and the warning signs are abundant.
Was this ever a real company? If so, what about now?
As I read through all this information, which seems like a deep rabbit hole, I see the name Saddle Ranch incorporated in Utah, but It feels like Skinwalker Ranch, Utah.
I ask because a read post from investors who are long here. Please tell me why you feel like $SRMX is a good investment.
Hells yea Matt went to church and grew a conscience
YAY 2022!!!
Why would I "make a list of any hearing aid/company out there that ya think compares with/trumps Innerscope’s/Hearing Assist product AND is investable." I'm not obsessed with hearing aids. Are you? That's cool if you are.
Would be nice to see an OTC company that one could count on to actually simply be obsessed with SELLING their product (in this case hearing aids) instead of selling shares for .005 .004 .003 .002, heck man they were selling them for .0001 ; you should've got some of those. To even fathom that $INND has sold over 7 BILLION shares for so cheap in such a short time. It's mind boggling.
I'm not against anyone, if INND takes off and actually turns a profit 10 years down the road, then awesome! But the thing is... I've seen the Matt Moore INND show before. I saw the reruns. It's all stick and carrot. I wish I could invest in this company but their financials are really gnarly.
Another person who apparently saw the same show I did said it better:
Quote:
".explain to all of us how this company is a scam .."
Bleeding cash
Selling billions of shares in less than 2 years
Can't release accurate reports on time
Flailing CEO relying on kiosks to generate revenue
Long string of outrageous broken promises
Dwindling revenue even after acquiring companies with toilet paper shares.
"Walmart, Bjs RITE AID, WALDGREENS ,HYVEE AND SOON TO BE TARGET AND MORE"
Any idiot can use these marketing channels. What's important is revenue. Show me the money!!!!
$INND
Dude you entered a thread of multiple posts and apparently you don't know what was actually being compared to what, but yea DD.
I assume you're in the industry or at least an electrical engineer since you are knowledgable about the complexities of hearing aide products. I would love to hear about it more in detail if you would share.
Here, I'll do ya a solid... this is what I was comparing before you entered the conversation.

These 2 products look exactly the same except for minor branding differences... most likely the same manufacturer in China.
Otofonix charges $549 VS. InnerScope charges $999
So Otofonix is 45% less expensive for what appears to be the same product branded for multiple companies.
Which one is the bicycle?
You mean the Hearing Aids for Seniors Rechargeable with Noise Cancelling, Nano Hearing Aids for Adults, Digital Hearing Amplifier for Hearing Loss, Invisible Hearing Aid Ear Sound Amplifier Hearing Devices Assist (black)
that cost $39.99

You're right, but I think you missed the point of the post.
I compared 2 of the same model from different brands. If you go to the HearingAssist website you can find the same model marked down from $999 to $699. That's the right idea, they just need to drop it $150 more.
If you're comparing different models, this brand offers a rechargeable set of hearing aides for $39.99

Throughout 2018, 2019 it was Walmart Walmart Walmart. They even got Innerscope hearing aides on the Walmart website to buy online. They were tweeting about kiosks with pictures of some being put in place, very much like what you're seeing now.
And then they out-of-nowhere increased the Authorized shares from a couple hundred million to ~15 Billion (14,975,000,000,000) and shareholders were like WTF. Matt tweeted don't worry we're not going to dilute the outstanding shares. For reals.
Well I guess they couldn't help themselves, you know with the fallen state of man and all, and they did what they promised they wouldn't do and dumped shares.... in the name of paying off toxic debt I believe it was.
Then the handful of storefronts they were focusing on were ghost towns so shortly after opening them they started closing them (well before COVID). Their business model was unknowingly designed to fail from the start.
As it turned out they didn't, COULDN'T, generate any significant sales revenue.
So they had to sell shares, and more shares, and more shares.
They literally sold shares, not hearing aides.
INND's decline to 0001 started way before COVID, it was around MAY 2019
So Matt can put Walmart in all the 8K's he wants, but if he doesn't start selling more hearing aides, his business model will fail, like it's always done.
He has used up half his 15 Billion Authorized Shares. He has 7 billion more to dump.
Bottom line: INND has no sustainable competitive advantage.
By the way, they don't make those contracts public.

That's just one example.
Since you ask I figured I'd do ya a solid. Cheers!
Look for yourself. Shop it out online, such as Amazon.
Actually Innerscope has a few products on Amazon and no reviews for their highest priced item and only 2-3 reviews for other hearing aides that are NOT confirmed buyers.
Amazon reviews are actual data for any product if they're made by confirmed buyers.
I know I read them when I go to buy some new appliance or whatever.
Did Matt public the actual 2 contracts?
Just wondering because maybe you read all the terms of the contract.
I think billboards in good locations would be better than these kiosks. Something to get name recognition in the general public.
As for comparing "Dr Scholl's" to "HearingAssist" or "Innerscope Hearing", that's a wild comparison.
I would assume "Dr Scholl's" has way more sales online for one thing, and they are a legacy brand. Neither of these can be said for "HearingAssist" or "Innerscope Hearing".
Anyway, back to Matt's business model of charging to much for similar products that can be found online while he focuses on brick and mortar traffic with basically a sign saying go here to buy. People will continue to shop it online because it's a high priced item, and they will choose a more affordable option online.
If he really wanted to sell more hearing aides he would price them to compete online and sell more volume and make his money from sales of hearing aides, and not stock dilution.
just sayin'
Thanks for the info, I appreciate it!
I agree with your last sentence that Hearing Assist will likely never see the full amount of that Transaction.
Not really, didn't answer any of my questions.
Basically it says Walmart's biggest hearing aid supplier as an entire company was only worth $10 million worth of restricted stock of a failing company called INND whereby the sellers are locked into a risky hope of actually ever receiving the full $10 million according to the executed Leak Out Agreement as I understand it, but I might be missing something, so that's why I asked.
If I thought the risk to reward ratio was more favorable I would invest here. That's why I'm asking. I don't have a stake to prop up so that's why I'm just seeing the facts for what they are, and ask about stuff I'm not sure about.
Thanks for your reply.
Me too. Try not to fall asleep, we've seen this show before. They promote it as an action production, but the action never really comes. Great previews though!
Can someone please clarify the details of the purchase of HearingAssist.
With statements like:
"established leader in the direct-to-consumer hearing aid market with over 500,000 hearing aids sold and top-line revenues of more than $72 Million since 2018 and is Walmart's largest hearing aid supplier. HearingAssist has deployed product displays in 757 Walmart stores throughout five states."
On the surface it sounds like HearingAssist did well. I didn't read any of their financials, etc; so I don't know how they actually did profit wise. Common sense tells me that once the OTC market became extremely saturated online, that their business within Walmart stores most likely suffered, making any success of the kiosks they enjoyed as a first mover, start to dwindle.
HearingAssist owners/management must have seen the writing on the wall since they sold the company for just $10 million worth of INND stock at 2 fixed price per shares as follows.
Are you trying to prove my point? I'm just speculating.
More importantly are you actually taking to heart any business advice from Matt Moore.
Dude.... you deserve better
Well based on their track record, the business model of Innerscope Hearing Technologies Inc. has performed horribly, well before COVID, so you can't blame it on that....we all saw.
Besides as another poster mentioned, Walmarts were open the whole time during lockdowns, so the COVID excuse doesn't fly.
I got the feeling it was Moore like Matt used it as an excuse to stop doing any work at all.
Therefore now INND has ~7.3 Billion Outstanding Shares As Of 05/23/2022
That's insane!!!
How about if they show a profit as well?
It is posts like these that make me think Matt should post every single one of the 1499 displays that are going into Walmarts across the country as we speak. Seven so far, 1492 to go. I'll give ya a wink every time another one is shown. Enjoy!
yea I think their products are way over-priced and they're not gonna sell much at those prices.
There's a lot of online competition with WAY more competitive prices.
Also, the price points on these kiosks are not in-line with impulse buying. For that much money, people will shop around starting on the internet.
Innerscope just isn't that competitive price-wise. When it comes to convenience, Amazon is the most convenient with too many to count choices of brands, features, etc at much lower prices.
And I hate Amazon for the negative aspect they've had on main street. But online dominance is a reality, and many stores have suffered and closed including entire malls, by the thousands.
I don't think INND's business model is going to work, at least not able to sustain itself as a profitable business... I could be wrong though.
IMHO exit at the next spike.
Either they compete with lean and mean online outlets
-or-
matter of time = trips
CORRECT !!
INNER-SCAM is in the "business" of DILUTING AND SELLING GUTTER DEBT DILUTION SHARES and sure as hell NOT "hearing aids" LMFAO !!
Their "sales" are beyond a JOKE - after YEARS of "claiming" in P&D to no end that "WE ARE A BIG SELLER" blah blah - when they never ever ever sold jack shit of their Alibaba CHINA INC imported/rebranded CRAP !!
They have ZERO infrastructure or employees or size to support their bullshit grandiose PUMP CLAIMS - and every Qtr end up BK CASH BUSTED BROKE if not for endless MASS DILUTION and use of GUTTER DEATH SPIRAL NOTE LOANS of the worst worst bottom dragger kind.
A PO from Walmart DOES NOT = "revenues" or even sales of their shit products which already DO NOT SELL worth a damn on Walmart on-line and 50 other places these ass clowns have hyped and pumped and tried.
they keep dumping shares; that's the same past, present, and yea it's gonna be in the future too.
Long before COVID, they were promoting how many store fronts they were opening. Problem was the very few that they did open had no customers coming. So that was a failure.
As for getting enough sales revenue to be profitable, it's always just around the corner.
Don't a lot of people shop and buy online anyways these days. Why are they not profitable from online sales. There's probably a good reason, please explain, I genuinely would like to know.
here ya go.. INND posted pictures of their previous round of kiosks being put in place, and then they ended up going to .0001
True story
What's different now is that there has been 7 billion more shares diluted into the number of outstanding shares.
you're welcome.
It’s certainly great to see INND working overtime to keep us informed of all the amazing things that are happening over the weekend. The installations so far look great, prime real estate in Walmart AND for now at least, the ONLY company with that kind of prominent exposure for hearing aids at each of those Vision Centers. Fantastic!
I’m really disappointed though that everyone else who is trying to “help” educate us about all of the Big Bad Wolf theories about this company aren’t working as hard over the weekend as INND seems to be. You’d think that if they cared about us enough, they’d be letting us know what’s up outside of normal working hours out of the “goodness” of their heart. Quite a shame!
So is this stock gonna be a win trading jeff,
or is Hearing Assist gonna go down the tubes now?
What's your gut feeling man?
Why do people think the Moore executives managing this public company are so great when they pay themselves so much without making a profit for the company and shareholders/investors.
I just see folks praising Matt Moore here and on twitter and I think to myself, this person sounds like they own INND stock and so should care about management's past performance. Yet between the massive diluting of shares and the very high compensation payment of the Moore family executives, I wonder why some investors praise them... well Matt Moore mostly.
I don't get it........
I guess it's along the lines of your post. In it just for themselves perhaps.
Matt and his Country Club family paid themselves almost as much in Q1 2022 as they did in ALL of 2020. They paid themselves almost FIVE times as much in Q1 2022 as they did in Q1 a year ago.
They will pay themselves over $2M this year if they continue the Q1 rate.
Wonder why they show MASSIVE losses each year?? Duhhhhh...........
When I tried to place a buy order I get an error message saying it can't be placed because this stock is only accepting closing transactions.
Does anyone know about this?
