Lots of opportunity here. Expanding DIVERSE business. I'm in.
Congratulations $ELED
Finally nobody giving their shares away ????
You certainly have. I was an idiot by responding too quickly without focusing over the weekend. My sincere apology. Eating crow here.
Amazing the desperation to buy cheap shares.
I stand corrected - I thought the OS was sitting near max much longer, but I must have been thinking of a different stock. My apologies.
ICLD's convertible debt holders have been excising their right to dilute. Hopefully with this last bit of dumping along with the asset sale we will be about out of the woods with convertibles.

Really? Out of the total 500M AS? Right. Try doing a little homework before posting something so stupid.
2017 should be an excellent year for ICLD. With the sharp increase in EPS we have seen, along with the aggressive elimination of convertible debt, I believe this will be a great stock for longs.
Wow, look at that ask! Great job holding on. I'm long here myself
I'm sorry, I'm not seeing any real facts here. Have you looked at the financials of this company? Go to OTCMarkets or a similar site that offers free detailed info, or any of their past detailed filings and you will see a disturbing trend. A REAL disturbing trend.
What?! We know the increased offering didn't happen last year, so it wouldn't BE in the 10K. An increased offering would require a shareholder vote, and a reverse split could simply be announced any day.
No significant changes to me means debt keeps increasing as asset value and revenue goes down - but we will see when it actually gets filed.
Ignore what noise? Are you guys not willing to discuss real facts - just flying money and choo-choo trains?? I feel like some of these posts are written by ELED zombies drinking some potent kool-aid.
It could, before more shares are created for convertible notes. They will not legally be able to have all shares locked up with no way for debt holders to dilute before the maturity date.
You are right, if the majority vote will approve. But an increase in AS will reduce value for shareholders. Either way it's bad for shareholders, especially for a company in this financial position.
Last I checked a company is required to keep shares available for convertible debt. What do you suppose will happen if they are all locked up with tons of debt like $ELED?
According to OTCMarkets
Authorized: 250,000,000 (2/12/2017)
Outstanding: 249,447,433 (11/6/2017)
With the massive debt of this company (over $10M), some of it convertible, a reverse split to free up shares will likely be required soon so mare can be converted.
$ELED I watch a lot of stocks. The pump behind this one has got to be one of the most outlandish I have seen in a long time. So watching all the pumpers fall on their faces after cash-tagging so many unrelated stocks with their ridiculous and annoying claims is satisfying to me.
Looks like annual report is due any day based on past release. Does anyone know the date?
How many on this board will look back next week and say "wish I would have bought more when it was $__"?
If Net Loss Per Share was reduced by $2.42 ($3.05) in 2015 vs ($.63) in 2016, MHO is that 2017 will be great.
Sounds good, thanks. I was lucky enough to get in on this a couple weeks ago. Seems like some great potential!
Is Endonovo still on track to release data next week? Has anyone talked to IR? Thanks in advance.
Rough math tells me we will be + EPS very soon if we are not there already. Too bad we will need to wait for the Q1 2017 report to find out for sure. With revenue trending UP and debt/operating expense trending DOWN this stock still seems way under-valued in my humble opinion.
I noticed it's on Finviz now also. I don't think it was a couple weeks ago.
Then the asset sale this month. I sure wouldn't think there is much left.
Net Loss Per Share was reduced by $2.42 ($3.05) in 2015 vs ($.63) in 2016. What are we expecting in 2017?
Debt: $5.5M end of 2016 - $4M 3/1
- $.9M within 6 months, - normal debt reduction means (which seems fairly aggressive) = $0 senior debt very soon. Can someone tell me if I am missing something?
Debt: $5.5M end of 2016 - $4M now
- $.9M within 6 months, -
Agreed.
They typically release before market opens.
They typically do calls the following day.
