What?! We know the increased offering didn't happen last year, so it wouldn't BE in the 10K. An increased offering would require a shareholder vote, and a reverse split could simply be announced any day.

No significant changes to me means debt keeps increasing as asset value and revenue goes down - but we will see when it actually gets filed.

Ignore what noise? Are you guys not willing to discuss real facts - just flying money and choo-choo trains?? I feel like some of these posts are written by ELED zombies drinking some potent kool-aid.
