For those who haven't heard of the rumor that MBND and NMKT would be a possible merger, the boards at yahoo have brought up a good point.
MBND has a 3 month chart headed for $1, I wonder why?
Ahh the PV video. Its good publicity, and publicity means MONEY.
I'm all for it!
Good post socalm,i've been a shareholder for almost 3 years now and I haven't given up faith.
If theres anything I know, a big battle plan which Phil has requires time to mature. As far as I can see revenues are growing, bottom lines growing, dilution is slowing, subs are increasing, worldwide presence with government contacts are growing, and dividends are forthcoming.
Timing is everything, and I would say now is the time to buy.
JMHO.
Thats the risk/reward scenario. If this unheard of company in wall streets eyes makes it to the big board with strong revenue and bottom line growth year over year, valuations can sky rocket from market cap of 70M currently well up to 1B or more I figure based on other stocks on nasdaq and amex.
By that being said, its your total long term hold at least for the next few years as dividends are paid and big board move takes place.
Then the stock is established and will trade with less volatility and at a more reasonable valuation like other comparables.
JMHO. Good luck to those who are patient and hopefully us shareholders get bang for our early buck!
I see your point sbc, but the recent past of the originally forecasted 65M in revenues for 2006 came to 77M which is a total surprise and by a very substantial amount in my books.
So if PV has changed his focus and as you said is understating the potential of the company then the 120M must not be far from true.
Also PV has recently mentioned that the acquisition pipeline alone is 200M and contracts I think was 100M potential. Maybe be wrong on this but just using my memory.
Also don't forget about the previously announced partnership with New Orleans for the B2B center. Could be another substantial boost for the company working along side government agency.
sbc, feel as you please, the one time he missed his projection for the year as you stated was for the logicorp deal from a canadian acquisition.
at the same time, i know bank lending was getting super tight for businesses after the enron scandal and basically everything was getting very tight for all canadian banks and especially for canadian companies.
thats my guess as to why this deal didn't close or quite possibly other reasons but were talking about one major acquisition that was supposed to bring 25M in annual revenue.
i don't know if this will make sense to you though.
No Scov, those shares are part of the fully diluted 220M.
I would say that I'm surprised by Q1 revenue being a little shy of 20M, but that being said the final 3 quarters assuming PV is right about 120M revenue or more means that we have big things in the pipe for this year coming most likely from the subs.
If one thing is for sure, PV has never let the shareholders down when it comes to getting revenue.
I think we blow up in summer or near year end.
Lets wait and see.
Scov and longs, there is only one moon. NMKTTOTHEMOON!!!
LLLLLOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG and STRONG>
PV definitely stepping up and hit a bases loaded home run on this call.
Lets see how the market makers react, this stock will blow soon, just a matter of time.
I agree lasvegascowboy, in 3-4 years we could easily see a billion dollar market cap just like FRPT did and then moved to nasdaq.
I can smell the fireworks coming! NMKT is building a solid base in the 40's now and Q1 2007 report should be out over the next few weeks along with china's report.
This is getting exciting and the market I think is finally appreciating the business model that NMKT has been quitely building.
The important aspect of the share price dilution that market was focusing on before is being nullified now due to spin-offs in the subs where they can finance themselves without NMKT stock.
This is a revolutionary change and the market will have to adjust as supply weakens while the demand strenghtens.
GLTA!!!!
Current 52 week high at $0.53, where will the new one be?
From Yahoo board, last count was about 187M issued and outstanding.
Hey loss layer, thats a solid read, but whats better is there forecast for next year.
Another 45 Million coming. LOOK OUT!!!
This company will be a 100M+ company in 2007, yet the market cap is still at 80M (fully diluted).
Which be at a market cap of 200-250M based on industry comparables.
GLTA!
GO NMKT!!!
Well I'm guessing that NMCH is late filed already, NMKT will have to file late as well due to Newmarket China having to be consolidated into NMKT's books.
Only makes sense.
But I'm really interested to see how the 10k for NMKT gets presented and how the market reacts.
With all the positive buzz, $1.25 may not be that far away.
For a high risk investment 3-5 times return is not uncalled for.
GLTA!
Swazi, another important note is that MBND's time is up in order to meet $1 dollar share price minimum on NASDAQ as of Feb. 13, 2007. They are on the verge of being delisted as stated in the 8k for MBND in August of 2006.
I hope James Mandel MBND's current CEO joining NMKT's board has a positive influence and maybe sometime soon they can merge the two together and try to drive the price of MBND's stock to listing requirements.
This is all hear say, but definitely a good opportunity for either NMKT or one of their subs.
Let's wait and see if anything plays out.
General remark worth noting.
It seems to me that dividends and other expectations are still awaiting long term shareholders. Its also evident that dilution of shares has been the cause of share price depreciation for the last couple of years.
My point being this, if dilution continues today, whats the point for NMKT to do a dividend if the price will sink back down on dilution again.
The only answer is to get the fully diluted count up to par, start using the subs for financing and then let the fireworks begin.
Should that happen as Phil stated this is the plan, the pps would keep its gains and start the upward trend.
I am happy holding my shares. Hopefully his plan gets executed and this summer there is a reflection on pps.
Good luck to all longs!
sarak, who's PL?
Looks like another week of sideways movement an then should move higher in February past 45c.
Good luck to all longs!
I think next week things pick up, then Feb and March should be a long awaited market recognition with all the positives the company is currently working to achieve plus NMKT's best annual report to date coming end of March.
Good luck to all patient longs and hopefully we hit $1.20 high is my prediction over next 2-6 months.
Cheers.
I personally think we hit the $1 mark this year.
No more dilution and record profits with dividends this year hopefully.
Best wishes in 2007 for all!
This chart is screamin accumulation, the base is building.
Run into annual report could be what we've all been waiting for.
I meant THE MOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know this may be a dumb question, but if phil has 63M shares and all insiders own lets say 65M together, would the float not be about 100M right now and 140M fully diluted?
Am I on the right track here. So if we look at yahoo finance and the float says 164M shares, is that incorrect?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Will the Town Hall meeting be webcast or voice recorded?
Does anyone know?
Maybe 2-3 years ago. Why?
Our CEO Phil Verges report 63,000,000 total share ownership for NMKT.
Now we know why he is so driven for success in his company.
I am sure he wants to hit the $2 mark one day and make himself a rich man.
I am also happy that insider ownership exceeds 30% as this is very important in growth potential for a stock especially for long term shareholders.
I think we hit THE MOON TOMORROW!
Hey Phrygian, Do you know what a chart is? Based on your idiotic comment, are we not near the 52 week low based on the last 3 years.
Wouldn't this mean that we have much more upside potential and do you see any insiders of the company selling as of yet as they have to disclose if they have sold.
I can't stand idiots posting non sense, learn what a stock is and learn when you are buying high and when you are buying low.
Oh and, what was the stock prices in April of this year. If you don't know already it was 70 cents. Are we really buying at the high?
Please do not return my comment, your words are meaningless.
Looks like VOIP sub has official name IP Global Voice Inc, and is getting ready to be spun off.
I clicked on Xiptel on NMKT's site, and it went to a new web page with the description of the business.
Must say looks and sounds AWESOME! Check out the partners that they deal with. Too many to mention.
Hiphop, don't waste your time telling the board what they can't understand.
I see where your coming from and the price has only an upside to it. I strongly believe we will see upward movement over the next few months prior to the year end results.
This company is rockin, no matter what people are saying, revenues and incomes are going higher, subs are being laid out, and the company is growing its personel to take care of increased complexity.
Even though the APII deal did not go through, I like the way they surprised everyone which the news. My question is, what other surprises might they have. If I can understand anything about the way Phil works, I do know that he is full of suprises, yes maybe some not good, but definitely for the company as a whole hes met what I've asked for. That is increasing revenues, bottom line and gaining exposure the world markets. What more can someone ask for.
And for the life of me, I can't understand why someone would think this company is a scam or fraud when they openely invite people to numerous trade missions and have contracts with notable clients that are even publisized on news channels such as Cisco, Sun, and Microsoft. If it was a scam I'm sure investor relations of one of the 3 giants I just mentioned would claim otherwise to Newmarket and to the public. Another proof of no scam is there is legal action that NMKT pursues to others and vice versa for business related agreements. I'm sure in a court of law a scam company would be thrown out by the SEC and the court in seconds. Obviously this is not the case.
Hang in there, and like you said, don't sell your shares to the corrupt market makers, I see upward potential beyond the $1 mark no to far away.
PV if your reading this board, get the reverse split done for the 1 to 6.67 ratio, get us the $2 share price post split and lets get on the AMEX!
Worst case scenario the price sinks post split to lets say 60c, with earnings and revenues increasing there should be no issue in taking the pps to the $2-5 range within the 6-12 months.
Lets get it done and move forward!
Great comment DigiTech, I will also add that I found it interesting when reviewing the ratios of the proposed APII transaction that Phil stated the reverse split ratio would not exceed 1 to 6.67.
If we take this reverse today, and knowing that the AMEX application is still active, we would have a $2 share price at the current price of 0.30c.
They would and should qualify for AMEX if they could hold above the $2 per share mark.
If NMKT is at the bottom right now, with increasing revenues, profits, and no further dilution which was recognized for the first time quarter to quarter, I can only see the share price naturally going higher and much higher at that.
Risk and reward, this company definitely emphasizes the meaning.
THERE WAS NO MORE DILUTION THEN THE 202M FULLY DILUTED FROM LAST QUARTER.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER AND SEE NOW THAT NMKT IS GETTING READY TO MOVE BOARDS FOR THIS REASON. IN MY OPINION, APII WILL GO THROUGH AND TERMS WILL BE FAVORABLE TO ALL NMKT SHAREHOLDERS. (WHO DOESN'T WANT NASDAQ!)
REVENUES UP, EARNINGS UP, COMPANY LOOKS READY TO GO FOR AN UPTREND INTO THE NEW YEAR.
LOAD THE BOAT, I'M SURE WE ARE AT THE BOTTOM AWAITING TO REACH THE TOP!
NMKT has just under 163,000,000 total issued and outstanding as of yesterday.
Also earnings is due on the 15th which is Wednesday, not Monday.
We need hot money to pump this baby up again so the big shooters get a peak and then the real buying begins!
Wheres the top, we'll never know. But hopefully we get there!
My thought of the day. Please provide your input if you see what I'm saying.
It just occured to me today, that the transaction with APII and the recent announcements with Multiband relationship and James Mandell coming to NMKT's board might have further meaning.
If NMKT's share price stays the same, we hopefully win by getting a 50c valuation on reverse merger through APII.
But if NMKT's share price goes up to lets say $1, then what happens? The deal with APII is void and a new approach would have to be taken. It then struck me!
If NMKT's share price between now and April 2007 goes to $1, then we might work alongside with MBND as they are also an ailing company whos CEO just moved to our board. MBND is also having listing issues with NASDAQ and has till about the same timeframe(another 4-5 months) to get their price above a $1 to stay listed on NASDAQ.
Therefore for NMKT, its a win-win situation whether the price stays the same or goes up, and we will get to the NASDAQ either way. This is all my opinion, but what do the longs think here?
Aside from all the BS going on in posts here and on the RagingBull, whoever has been with this company for the last few years has seen that the only one thing NMKT has accomplished that keeps its business going is REVENUE GROWTH.
Whenever Phil says a target, he may not reach the full target at the respective timeframe, however he does reach it but maybe a year later. This is because they plan ahead for future years and some contracts don't come exactly at the time you planned ahead for. I feel like I'm learning my ABC's all over again.
The main point I'm trying to make is with the recent shareholder letter he has set the target as Ross Perot did to become a BILLION dollar company.
As funny as this may sound, if NMKT is alive and well 10 years from today, I can almost guarantee they will be a BILLION dollar company. Maybe even faster.
That is why you INVEST for EXPONENTIAL RETURNS! Get in early, forget about it, and let nature take its course!
Food for thought, I just called the City of New Orleans Economic Development center and confirmed Donna Addkison is the director and is PHYSICALLY PRESENT.
For those who still think this company is a scam, my doubts are being pushed further and further away.
This company is for REAL, the price for the same reason reflects that. Soon the market will know about NMKT and this afternoon Phil will be speaking at a MAJOR EVENT in NYC in front for BIG PLAYERS IN THE BUSINESS WORLD>
GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!
Gleongelpi, you must remember this is the OTCBB, the market is different when it comes to valuations of companies.
With my experience, either a stock is very overvalued or a stock a very undervalued.
There never is a middle on the OTCBB.
I leave that guess of overvalued or undervalued with you!
My2, good digup, but how does this concern NMKT since their management will takeover if the transaction occurs.
APII is a small little company that probably has average management and audit team being thats its not profitable and very small in revenue.
This is the perfect company to go for because they really don't look to be a competitor in their market and looks like it won't sustain much longer in the NASDAQ market.
Thats why this deal is trying to occur so APII shareholders can be saved and NMKT shareholders can look to a great future.
I wouldn't doubt APII has had its share of problems accounting or otherwise, it looks ready to fold in my eyes.
This would be perfect timing for NMKT to step in!
To all longs, I say wait till the call dictates what shareholders can expect and then we come to conclusions.
As far as I'm told by IR, were looking at a bottom line effect of a 1 for 4 reverse split as part of the reverse merger.
If this is true, I am more than happy as a long term shareholder to go to NASDAQ and reduce number of shares but in return get higher share price valuation. Then institutional investors and analysts get busy and drive the price up to what it can really be.
I can see NMKT being a 10-20$ stock in the future with 55M shares oustanding on NASDAQ.
Especially if they meet their goals of 500M by 2010.
We need to break 42c to really get this puppy rolling!
Thanks tarantula, at the same time I'm not here to bash anybody's opinion.
But an informed and educated opinion is much more gratifying.
I think alot of people on NMKT boards speak from emotions just like I.
However, we have to differentiate emotions for facts.
NMKT is where it is to me because of fundamentals and numbers and future potential numbers. No more, no less.
Money talks, looser's walk.
