Isn't that the exact opposite of what happened yesterday? He posted right before market open if I remember correctly.
What the heck happened here? I walked away this morning at 0.70 and look what I came back to! Great Day!
No kidding! And that's without doing much work too. Leaves the CEO free to do strategic work and let the mining rigs just rake in the coins.
They're also running these units right now, getting real world testing data. Not only is it making them money, but helping them sell the value to customers.
Did you see they gave a special dividend of $1 back in October? Can you imagine if INTV gave a dividend, even of $0.01... Would be less than $90k payout to shareholders on 900k EBITDA. That's how you skyrocket to legitimacy.
Yes! Plus, with all of these miners going why would you want to hire more people and increase overhead costs, when the '1 man band' can do it all plus more. I vote keep what we have, keep the employee count and overhead low, and both CEO and Shareholders win.. sounds like an excellent plan to me. These are turn-key systems ready to make $ right out of the box.
INTV 8k or Bitcoin hits $8k? I'm OK with either!
Did you see the new blog post? He is mining coins! At least update your Ctrl-v paste function to reflect recent events. jeez.
Yes, completely agree. Steve, if you're reading this, please do all of us shareholders a solid by removing anything non-bitcoin / company / development related. The other stuff distracts and negatively affects perception.
Well total we have almost 200K then, sell set above $1 at minimum. I'll be buying more today as well.
It would change based on the price of bitcoin (or other coins) as well as the mining difficulty. As the price goes up, more people mine (generally) so the requirement for mining goes up, difficulty goes up, so each unit you have mining starts producing fewer coins per day - but they're worth more. I think it's a fairly complex calculation back into USD. - this is just my understanding of the process.
So I just crunched the numbers with a mining calculator online. Estimated based on the figures they have presented and what I could find online quickly. Energy $0.12/kWh. So with the mining equipment they have already paid off, we can expect (if they start mining immediately and keep the units running) around 1.3M mined per year. (Sorry if the tables don't paste well)
Name Qty Freq. Power $/ Day
L3+ 50 504 MHz 800 $21.51
L3+ 45 504 MHz 800 $21.51
S9 10 14 TH/s 1127 $13.64
A4 50 620 Mhz 750 $27.13
N8 5 1120 Mhz 900 $50.32
Name Qty $/Yr Ext $/yr
L3+ 50 $7,851.15 $392,557.50
L3+ 45 $7,851.15 $353,301.75
S9 10 $4,978.60 $49,786.00
A4 50 $9,902.45 $495,122.50
N8 5 $18,366.80 $91,834.00
Total $1,382,601.75
That's not what I'm saying.
Remember CEO owns a bunch of shares. Not sure why he would want the price to go down unless he intends to buy more. That's a win-win for me as well because I'll be right there with him.
I get it, and that's a completely unethical thing for them to do... but in my opinion it makes the company look less desirable for investors if they go to the blog and see those types of posts. Its difficult to build confidence, very easy to lose it in this realm. I think the blog needs to serve the loyal investor base with positive company-related news or market articles only.
I couldn't resist taking the remainder at that price!
I've been reading up on some of the machines they bought. The manufacturers really make it so anyone can set it up. You basically plug the machine in and connect it to the internet, put in the server details for the mining pool (they make this very easy since the mining pools want activity), and put in your bitcoin wallet address. From there it's hands off as I understand it.
Thank you for keeping us all in mind!
Yes no kidding. I'm testing out the MMs as well, keep moving the bid up slightly to see when they will post it on L2. The spread is so wide here right now. Still no visibility though.
There's some strange things going on with the L2. I have a buy order in between the current bid and ask, but it's not showing up on L2. Makes me think that same thing happened when you bought at the ask.
I agree! What's your PPS target?

INTVD... The next bitcoin MILLIONAIRES!!! All GLORY TO GOD !!!
He removed it from the blog. I think he's doing a good job with the general industry updates. I enjoy reading those.
Reduction did not come from the float right? I seem to recall that being the same figure. What does that mean?
Did they drop more news today or something? What's going on here?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the purpose of that is to validate that they are not converting notes, right?
Nice. Thanks again.
Ok, great. Thanks for explaining. SO, effectively ~30 calendar days. Do you know when the QB uplisting is eligible? On the site it says '30 consecutive days'... so that probably means trading days as well. Either way, it's timing up very well with their updates and when they plan to start selling units and generating revenue.
Is it 20 calendar days or 20 trading days to drop the D?
Especially considering all of the new adoptions of bitcoin. Just read a bunch of articles on INTV's twitter account. This is going to get exciting very quickly here.
Does anyone have experience with mining bitcoins or other crypto currency? From what I found with an online mining calculator I'm considering buying one of these units lol
So I just found a 'mining calculator' online.. plugged in the specs detailed in the PR. Apparently for the 8GPU model you can mine ~$17.5K per year per unit. So ROI would be in 3 months for an individual to purchase a single Nemesis 8G. Even error on the conservative side of half of that projected earnings it's still a good deal for a consumer. I see why they are trying to get into this business.
Nice! Isn't this the sort of news folks were expecting? From my quick review of their blog post, the L3+ miner they're using is basically the latest and greatest available for mining Litecoin. Also, just my observation at this point, that Litecoin is well supported in the developer community but not yet as popular as Bitcoin or Ether. This could be good news! https://www.coingecko.com/en
Data usage - saw someone was asking about this. This was from back when the app came out initially, and we were able to order the premium package.
In 6 minutes I used 0.11GB of data (on WIFI). So that calculates to 1.1GB/hr; 26.4GB/day; 792GB/month. So if you were to use the service non-stop, you should still be under 1TB. This assumes all 'HQ' channels use approximately the same streaming rate.
TA just emailed back and said it depends on the broker. TA will contact each individually and work out the share process.. 2-3 days normally from what I was told.
Does anyone know how long it takes to settle the reverse split in brokerage accounts, TD shows a placeholder for now. I'm curious when the ticker will be available for trade.
Has anyone reached out to ask him on the status of the update? Even just a yes/no on if we'll hear something today or not? My expectation is that after close today the R/S will be in effect and come Monday the new share structure will be updated. Works well timing with the 10K I suppose.
They posted that because I asked the general investors email, and was told to ask the TA. So.. asked the TA and copied the co. And was given that response. They could not or would not respond on timing involved. Not sure which.
Yes, this is confirmed. I was checking every week and I used to only see the option to download from amazon to my phone. I now have the option to download to each of my two amazon fire devices (1x fire tv, 1x fire stick)!
Anyone else going to watch the Bucks play tonight on Vivalive TV? Espn and Espn HD!
Ok, so at close today the OTTV shares at 55M are worth ~ 140K. They received $622k from the OTTV notes... So unless I'm missing something - or they spent all of the money - there's virtually no way this co. should actually have a market cap of ~500K with today's OS. I can't see why it wouldn't be higher with the stuff they supposedly have in the pipeline. Am I missing something?
Has there been a filing since conversion of OTTV notes? If I remember correctly that was worth quite a bit, and they even had some common shares too I think. That would be worth more than the entire market cap of the co. today.
