"Never send to know for whom the bell tolls, it tolls for thee"
John Donne
Hemingway used this theme for his 1940 novel about Robert Jordan who fought against the Fascists in Spain- "For Whom the Bell Tolls".
Sorry to hear about your demise Tiresias.
Harder than than you think to file: its all ACRL management does and it costs $1MM in fees per year so its really, really, really, really, really hard.
How else could something not be extremely hard to do costing that much?
Volume, volume everywhere,
and all the stock did shrink,
Volume, volume everywhere,
Nor any profit to drink
Paraphrasing Samuel Coleridge.
It is but my opinion based on the last deal this principal ($18MM bankruptcy, shareholders got nothing) and that , if by a miracle the principals actually finance it there will be a super consolidation , the current shareholders would be monstrously diluted, then a super size deal (to get more shares in their hands) such that shareholders would be crushed ; so , either way, the peasants get crushed like in every other human forum.
The management's disdain for their shareholders is clearly illustrated in their granting themselves $1MM plus a year but only basic accounting to show for it; no audits, no getting rid of the CTO, and , of course, no mineral exploration.
What is $1MM shares at todays prices- 130 MM shares?
Again for what?
For the pumper they do what they have to do to create hype, the ones that worry me are the shareholders that get crushed by believing the hype.
Yes, its a crappy way to teat Shareholders.
And 1 MM management fees for what? they don't do anything.
Appalling.
It won't be ANY week, ACRL is done, time to turn it over.
Tim please contact bullinadvantage@aol.com-talkk to Peter he is the JSHG PR person.
All you have to do is look at the last PR and the PR guy has his phone number there as well.
Unfortunately, the IT guy for JSHG died from covid, company will revamp the website.
CYDY will be bankrupt within 6 months again; it won't die, but all the shareholders money will.
IMO
No, its like you order a call girl from her picture on the website, then she turns up and she's old, fat, stinks as well as drunk.
That's ACRL; the believers all say she's pretty when she is the metaphorical equity equivalent of the old whore.
Well then, who bought the 15 MM shares?
Betting is not a 'deal'.
Thanks for the confirmation of my earlier assertion.
So you accept the wager; if not done by Dec 31, 2022 you owe $200; if done in the meantime I owe you $200
I think Paul s legit, maybe it is the bottom?
ACRL sat on a wall,
ACRL had a great fall;(1)
All the CEO's lawyers and all the CEO's ken,
Couldn't never put ACRL together again.
Footnotes:
1. ACRL has gone from 55 cents a share to one half cent a share in six years.
"Gotta know when to hold them, and when to fold them.."
On this bet I confidently predict JAL will fold them clearly illustrating that his mouth is much, much larger than his wallet.
Yeah right, the CTO was to be lifted for 4 years now about the same time ACRL audits were to be completed.
Nada happened..
Want to put your wallet where your mouth is?
I'll wager $200 that the CTO doesn't get lifted in 2022.
You accept?
Maybe the MM's covered their shorts.
Sounds like you are a paid promoter of the sick sack of s!it!!
Joe isn't a shareholder , does not even have ONE share, he has been nominated to borrow his name to promote this sick puppy.
"Kaboom" has already happened: from over 50 cents a share to 1/2 cent that the bomb
Who are the idiots buying trips...?
Agreed.
But who's buying?
In my opinion, an alias of your suggestions
ACRL_AuEgg the promoter.
I have my moments...
When AuEgg first pleaded with me for the money, I said emphatically, "No way"
But then he began weeping on the phone. I can't handle a grown man crying so I sent him the money.
Even though we were not friends, AuEgg called me an asked me for a $350 loan so he could get his computer out of hock.
I lent him the money, he should be back on the boards with his ubiquitous bullishness in a few days
Yeah, and it just seems to me that to sell this amount at these low prices it would have to be insiders that have that much, probably , free stock.
Though I have talked with the CEO and I believe he's genuine I don't think he's selling-probably an insider's nominee selling, something like that.
Geez I don't know enough about Paul and the Company to comment.
Its insiders bailing out in my opinion.
I think buddy had something happen to him just like the Star Trek Episode where a woman takes over Kirk's body:
"Turnabout Intruder" is the twenty-fourth and final episode of the third season of the American science fiction television series Star Trek.
Episode no: Season 3; Episode 24
Skiluc then must be in another's body; maybe trapped in a short seller's body?
Or trapped in a poor shareholder's body whom bought ACRL at 40 cents?
You think he would have the sense to STF Up but , instead, like the idiot he is, he digs his hole deeper.....
Skiluc has always been a joke and a liar; figured that out 5 years ago.
I heard AuEgg is hitch hiking across the US looking for a job after his computer was re-poed.
I'm is the same boat-I knew these guys were crooked when they ripped me off 5 or 6 years ago..
I was right.
"Of the two MC plants at Hycroft, only the old and inefficient plant is operational. Did the CEO ever mention that? They rarely show a photo of the older functioning plant."
Thank you for the reality check.
CYDY: get out if you can, this is a total scam and always has been
