Ha. Come on man. Give me a break. It says in the doc, the amount of the lean can be taken.... they are making millions on the pre orders..... "pre" orders.

There is no problem here I assure you.

The Feds can not come take over and shut a business down or take inventory based on a lean. A lean is not a big deal in many cases. Leans are forgiven all the time when paid off. When a property/business is sold a lean will have to be paid before a sale can take place.

I do agree they should pay whatever tax they need to pay tho
