God bless from Canada. We here are grateful for your service. Let's rock this stock for you my friend (and maybe a bit for me too :) )
did you take profit?
question: After being in the market for a while, I found that you get numb to the lack of movement, and/or you expect most down days. This is not negative, simply my perspective, and I'm a positive guy. Has anyone ever woke up and watched their stock increase DRAMATICALLY!? What was that like?
I'm assuming that launching an IPO means that you accept the reality, dozens of people on a board like this will be watching your every move, commenting on it, and frequently saying vial things about you, your eating habits and even your family.
Is it worth it? It must be because Rich does it over and over. But how realistic are the comments and analysis on this HUB? Does anything we say reflect the reality of what's truly going on?
i'd have to guess that a percentage of our dialogue makes sense. Analysis about finances seem to come fast and furious and with some business savvy. However discussions about a CEO's motivation, the type of person they are is generally fraught with so much of the authors baggage that it turns out to be almost entire speculation and nonsense.
Whether you like Rich or don't - and I have thousands of reasons to not feel so affectionately toward him - recognize that you are speculating about what you believe to be true, which most of the time is not.
Remember it's you, and me, who made the decision to marry this OTC pinkee, not Rich's. He did not hold us to the fire forcing our investment. It's our decision and therefore we should be reviewing our own behavior. And remember too, should ICNB turn around and make us a decent return, Rich will become our savior, our hero. How fickle investors can be.
Go ICNB!!! Can't wait for those financials.
And being a member of NCOIC brings Bravatek:
-Have direct access to global customers
-Provide meaningful input to government
-Expand the reach of existing products and services
-Identify new market opportunities
-Meet and work with potential partners, suppliers and competitors
-Collaborate without compromising national or organizational interests
-Exchange technical and business knowledge that enriches company talent
-Provide global thought leadership
lots of benefits. News looks good!!!
YoTracer758, extraordinary work! Thank you.
I think the reality is, a very decent OWCP team is working hard to create, patent and distribute products. Most of them are new to running a public stock/company and they are learning as they go. That is clear.
The product is also new, in terms of its marketability, and includes ingredients that are very slowly being embraced by the public. Remember it was a short time ago, that THC was castigated in a big way. My God, it's considered by American legislation to be in the same camp as heroin. THC/CBD/Pot/MMJ etc. is like shnaps after prohibition. It's new and many people are hesitant to invest.
And something which is not discussed on this board, or that i remember, is the cultural difference between Investors outside of Israel and the Israelis. I have lived in Israel, been engaged to an Israel woman and done work with Israelis, in Israel and around the world. And what I"ve learned, is that Israelis keep stuff tight to their chest. They are slow to market themselves. They often operate like a 1-man operation, yet know what being a team member is all about. Israelis go at their own speed, and they are not known for their marketing prowess. Quite the opposite.
Keep this in mind while you determine your patience or lack thereof having to do with OWCP. Me? I'm staying put. I was up a ton of cash, and now i'm just above water. It hurts but believing what I wrote, I've decide to take the all-or-nothing attitude to OWCP. I do this sometimes and am prepared to in this case.
My gut tells me this is a good one. Of course many of you no longer feel that way, so it comes down to individual belief. Much luck to those who decide to sell, and huge luck to those who don't.
Either way, it's a hell of ride!! Go OWCP Go!!!!
i still believe in this stock despite the 'narshkite' (craziness). I am loosing a fortune on this, but hanging in there. I believe in the rollout; i believe in Rich and CB, and i believe in the product. I know longer think i'll make fortunes but do believe ill recoup my losses and ultimately sell with a reasonable profit.
This roller coaster is tough, but when you get off of it, no doubt I'll say, 'now there was a ride'.
i like this guy. he's straight up.
great piece. Thank you.
Please explain your understanding of the number of shares outstanding, and how they might shrink so that the company is dealing with a more malleable amount, like 600,000,000 shares vs. 6 billion. All the examples of stocks you gave have a share count in that vicinity. We do not. Thoughts?
Rich's letter came with lots of insight. I have built a brand too, and it take a long, long time, with Herculean effort behind it. I think what he's telling us is: think big, long term and the rewards will be there. I"m a shareholder and will take his advice. Good luck to all this week. Much luck to Rich and team!!!!
Tom is a formidable CEO.
He seems to be passionate about his goals and loves turning a rag into a silky scarf. BVTK is his baby, in a different way than it is our's.
While we are married to BVTK's future, in the guise of each tick, Tom's betrothal to this company is predicated on his legacy. Here is a man with a stellar past, and equally impressive present, who lives to create and loves to succeed.
I watch his actions and am incredibly hopeful because I am a type b personality, a simple person with humbler goals than his. And there is nothing nicer than being part of a quest engineered by a human being who is a warrior in nature and refuses to fail.
Good luck Tom.
Good luck my fellow BVTK shareholders and board participants. Lets see how the week does. I set goals for us that BVTK: a) shares some awesome news; b) that there are new investors in this stock; c) and that we get a glimpse of the future, one in which our equity has grown so that we can help others, and perhaps purchase or lease that crazy Mercedes convertible, and park it in our 10,000 square foot Malibu home with a state of the art home theatre inside and curtains that close/open by pressing a button, or just thinking it open/closed.
Go BVTK!!! Much luck to all especially Tom. :)
With Madoff the signs were there, people just decided to remain blind. Here the signs are otherwise - a guy who has shown great success in life, is continuing his pattern. We work on probabilities in life an the probabilities here are that an Ivy League graduate, an accomplished multi-book author, who has gained much personal wealth through business development and sales, is using his expertise and connections to accomplish the same - the rolling out of a very crucial product(s) to create a viable business that is sale-able.He is a type A dude you would leave your child with over the weekend :) and would return your wallet with the 2 twenties and 3 fives you put in there the day before. :) He is not a Bernie Madoff, not even in Bernie's good days.
CANADA.....i met with a friend today who advertises on social media, unique food and drink. She said she'd be willing to highlite our wine, however asked if there is a press release or any material? Is there? how might one secure such documents?
kr8008, how do you define a pump and dump? Do you think that Tom accepted the CEO position to pump artificially this company to make some bullshi_ cash and then dump it, on our shoulders? REally? Does that sound truly plausable knowing this man's background, the superstars he's hiring like Jim in sales, and his reputation amongst generals, presidents and business and academic associates? do you really believe that is a possibility?
Ask yourself these questions and mark 1 for a yes, and 10 for a no, or any number in between. Are you above or below 50 points?
1. If fins are not finished and posted, will you sell your stock, or most of it?
2. If SUBSTANTIAL NEWS does not come out this week, will you sell your stock? (substantial news = share buyback news and/or big contract news)
3. If BVTK goes below .002, will you sell some or all of your stock?
4. If BVTK goes below .001, will you sell some or all of your stock?
5. If BVTK goes down to .001 will you buy more stock?
it's incredible how much advertising can be accomplished through social media, nowadays. I think a combination of some expensive adds, and lots and lots of cheap social media would pay decent dividents. i have advertised my startup using social media and our returns in terms of interest and dollars in, has been quite astounding. But it requires a mind who understands advertising and social media. Those who don't can often be overwhelmed by it.
A still innovative, progressive an effective way to advertise the wines - and yes, advertising is key, and expensive if done traditionally - is to create an online radio show.
The show would be sponsored by Bellisima and Iconic Brands, it could be hosted by CB and deal with wines in general, with tastings online, interviewing wine specialists and perhaps doing some interviews with some folks on this board :)
Don't know if CB is up for it, but it would gain a reputation if done well and sell the shi- out of our product. Thoughts?
I've come to the conclusion that when you watch an OTC stock on a daily bases, it's every tick, it's every burp, you're thinking is likely going to be limited.
It's inevitable that people on this board who are riveted to the day's trading will see BVTK in small bites. I've seen an uptick, or two or three throw this entire board into a positive frenzy, and then a downtrend, maybe a few ticks, into a negative mood. A move from 0053 to 0049 can change Tom from a worldclass CEO, a big board guy, to 'a scammer and pumper'.
The alternative is to buy BVTK and stuff it into your drawer, but of course that is not near as fun.
The only thing I caution is, know your own thinking, it's parameters and assumptions. Follow yourself as a witness to BVTK (and other stocks) and gauge whether you are being influenced by a small sample or allowing yourself to see it from way up in the stratosphere - or perhaps both.
Try not to become angry or disappointed when it ticks down during the day, and then boom! super excited (EG. $10 stock by the end of the year) when it ticks up.
In summation: bigger thinking understands the fundamentals really well; appreciates weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly movement more than daily, and is willing to make a plan (risk/reward) based on a much more comprehensive blueprint.
Just some thoughts. I truly believe this point answers many of the criticism levied at Tom. Tom is both a detailer and a witness of BVTK from the sky. Many of us might get him in the 'detail sphere', however miss what he's doing when it comes to the big strategic stuff. I guess the goal is to grow our thinking of investments in general and climb out on the cloud with Tom to appreciate the 'crane shot' of BVTK, the one that shows the stock from a mile high.
I"m trying to influence myself of this. :) Go BVTK
When you ask a guy a type A person like Tom, if he'd like to fix a very broken corporation, and make it fly, his response is: "bring it on".
Bravatek was not only splintered before Tom came on board, it was crumbling. So far, he's managed to coat the place with a primer and begin the process of stabilizing the beams.
Soon enough you'll see a shiny new BVTK, decked out to the 9's. That's what type a guys like Tom do, until they can't stand anymore. I'm type b, but i know type A's, and they are relentless. This will be his biggest turnaround to date with a sale price surpassing Newport. A man like this is now shooting for the billions.
Go Tom go. Go BVTK go!!!!
thanks for your answer. grateful!!! and yes, it's very hard to watch a stock you've sold, appreciate. for some reason i keep an eye on so many of the stocks i've sold.....don't know why but i think it's to justify my decision (which has not always been right).
thank you for your answers. i have gone through four stages with BVTK: a) the skeptical one where everything looked negative on this board and about this stock; b) the convinced moment and then i bought shares, and then more and then more; c) pondering in great length how i'll spend all my cash that i make here; d) to the point where i'm dumping on myself for dreaming like a lottery ticket owner. Perhaps going from one of these stages to the next, and then back again is healthy? Go BVTK!!!!
I'm very bullish on BVTK and loaded up with stock. I'm wondering, has anyone on this board had a similar(s) experience with other pinkees or otc's . BVTK looks so good, i often ask, 'if it sounds to goood......)....
thoughts?
how have you gathered so much knowledge?
you invest in a man like Tom. while this is a pinkee, he is not. REasonable thinking tells you Tom is worth putting money on. I have
the chart is forming balls. oh no. That's us!!!
i look at it differently TenKay. That is his skill and likely his genius. he is asking us to take what he can share and determine what does make sense, and what doesn't. Smart guys, figure out pretty quickly the nuances of his hints, and he likely knows that.
So it's a partnership, and a pretty honest one. He says, 'here is what i can tell you, although i'd like to tell you more', and we respond with, 'okay i see what you're saying and it fits/it doesn't fit.'
all in how you look at it.
ill call tomorrrow. BTW, to those who have contacted their local wine stores, is the process as simple as phoning the place, telling them the name and asking them to determine if it's on their database and when it'll be on their shelves? i'm guessing.
when will it be available at the LCBO. one is a few short miles from me.
What i have garnered from watching BVTK and reading this board for quite some time, is that Tom plays a balancing act, and does it quite well.
1) He cannot release information before it's ready, secured, read through legally etc. so he drops hints.
2) We are to piece together those hints to determine the character of BVTK both today and in the future. Some board members have done an excellent job of reading his hints and constructing them so that a cogent scenario is spelled out.
3) I would say that BVTK is a one man operation with many pieces. Tom, as he hints, is at the centre of that operation and is slowly but ever so surely constructing an entity that will act as the hub for BVTK's services and products. He is attracting some smaller partners and some formidable ones (as we learned today).
4) He is also letting us know, as best as he can, that he is really hoping for a buy back of shares, rather than an RS. He has been to 'war' with an RS and knows that while it might just be inevitable, a buy back is much more attractive to us and the health of the company. Some of the board members have speculated very well on how that buy back might work. That is where this hub gets interesting.
5) The recent movement of the stock, IMO, is healthy. It consolidated and that boom, rose beautifully; then the inevitable pull back, again a healthy movement.
As someone said, 'you other trust Tom or you don't.' I would say that is entirely true. If you don't than you should not invest because he is central to BVTK and it's strength is entirely dependent on this man. If you do, buy, buy, buy (as i did this week....a shi_ load) because the potential is there.
I have learned a lot through you guys and understand so much more since I've monitored this board. Thank you for that. While i don't know any of you, i am enjoying our team!!! Go BVTK go.
i would guess your analysis is correct.
i think holding ICNB is like receiving a government bond for your bar mitzvah. You don't understand what the hang it is. You put it away. Upon hitting 25 years old you pull it out of your everything drawer and realize, 'damn, Zaidy, RIP, gave me something special here'.
Go get some sleep. Put ICNB out of your mind and come back in say, a quarter. THEN....you'll know what you're holding.
Go ICNB Go!!!!!
way to go mylife4america. Excellent DD and appreciative of your efforts. interesting too to read.
i think there is a certain amount of resentment toward this stock which olds people back from investing. While the LCBO etc. news is excellent and shows an outstanding roll-out by Rich (LCBO is not easy to get into), the truth is revenues are everything here, with a clear understanding of the direction this company will go/grow. Don't be surprised if the stock barely moves again today. We're all waiting for the big stuff - REVENUE!!! Go ICNB. Nuts about you. Oh Canada
this is a significant post! indeed 'one stop' and excellent roll-out.
I'm Canadian and proud. While it's only 1 product i can now try it. Been dying to. Delighted by this expansion. Way to go Rich. BTW, Ontario has the highest population by far of any province at about 13 million. All of Canada is about 35 million. We're gold. Way to go Rich!!!!!
Bionic Man thank you. Very helpful!!!
Thank you. Who/where does BVTK buy the shares from?
If there was a buyback how would it affect shareholders? Eg. If someone is holding 1 million shares would they retain all their shares and at what price?
Tom is an interesting guy. He puts out news that seems like fluff but in essence is more of hints for whats happening and will happening. That piece he put out yesterday was exactly that. The CEO of a partnering company was praising BVTK for it's quickness. Who cares.
Well in essence it was like someone on the inside of a car on a cold day writing on the window. He was saying, "this is a damn good investment and while we can't tell you exactly what's going on yet, we'll let you know in cryptic terms - get in while you can."
My humble opinion. Yesterday i tripled my holdings and am delighted. BVTK is a most interesting and positive place to be, especially on OTC.
