Could someone explain in real simple terms, how a stock basically remains at the same price for months, sometimes with millions of shares traded? What are the dynamics of an ICNB never really changing in price, most of the day, most every days? Very simple terms please?
From time to time, a gem of a comment shines amongst the plethora of dull and superfluous statements made about ICNB. I get a sense 'the good news' statement made this week by the CEO is one of those gems - its as if he's floating a guarded fact letting us know good times are coming.
ICNB feels right at this time. The energy that moves this stock seems to be aligned.
I,like you, am blind to the future- OTC stocks act as the court jester constantly laughing at the investor and making them think they know what they are doing - but right now I'm sitting next to a smiley tomorrow with faith ICNB, CB, Rich and the crew are creating something good for all of us who are long.
IMHO. Go ICNB. Time to get financially inebriated. :)
There are facts, which move the market, and then there is the whiff of a stock's patterns. Facts are OWCP is currently being manipulated however that will change.
The whiff reflects, this little baby is growing and the word is spreading. Whether Monaco was a complete and utter success - i.e. billionaires are sinking tons of cash into it - or just a reflection of the companies growing profile, it is a good thing.
It feels....my sense is....the board seems to be reflecting a consolidation of investor energy, and likely a very respectable move forward soon.
In short, the karma around OWCP feels positive IMHO. Go OWCP go. Let's help itchy people!!!!!
Wise! The correct way to look at OWCP. A down day(s). Such is life. The big stuff will come when we all hear the real news - efficacy. Wise!!!!
HOW GREAT IS OWCP?
Something to consider is that we, on this hub, hype OWCP better than management. While our enthusiasm may have an affect on the guys who run this magnificent stock, we might also fool ourselves into believing some of our own hyperbole.
Is OWCP as great as we word-smithies and equity-hobbiest think it is? Or is it as great as management is making it out to be - good, but not great!?
Consider such a question. I am not dumping on this stock, or its parents and family. I love it/them, the roller-coaster ride, this hub...the whole thing is a frickin gas!!! It's like camp with your balls on the line.
But if we are to be the greatest investors and traders ever we need to be completely clear and honest about the stock we have embraced.
Is this as great as management is making out to be?
a.m. or p.m.?
Happy Birthday!!! And many more, with tons of cash :)
There was some discussion about contacting CB instead of Rich re. the sloppiness of the website etc.
Any further thoughts on that? Anyone know here co-ordinates? If we are to recoup our losses (and they at becoming sizeable for me), then the ICNB shop must be run flawlessly, or as close as possible.
Having overseen a company, I know how important it is to show oneself in a positive and efficient light. A mediocre website reflects a mediocre product and company. Let's commit to getting that fixed. Thoughts?
A SIMPLE WAY OF SEEING THE OWCP STOCK:
I think a way of looking at OWCP is as follows: OWCP is a small operation, a pharma research company (there are other labels the company has been given), run by some pretty sturdy accomplished guys who have never managed a public company, doing this part time, hoping to bring full circle some excellent ideas they have predicated on the miracle of THC and CBD to help a lot of people with serious medical conditions, make a ton of cash for themselves and the investor, and establish some turf on the former grounds of the pharmaceutical companies.
I think it's pretty simple.
As to whether they cross the finish line or not is dependent on the speed of their learning curve and their ultimate business savvy, the conditions affecting the MMJ market and market overall, the results and speed of their studies, and their ability to influence some very wealthy people and institutions that their marijuana products are unlike any other.
Finally, the biggest question of all, how lucky are these guys and do they have a good sense of timing?
In my humble opinion the management team strikes me as a group made up of some pretty flexible folks, who are terribly human and will fight 'to the death', like their Israeli army training taught them to do, to make OWCP a star stock.
Will their objectives and mine/your's be reached? No idea. But I do know OWCP is an interesting frickin' ride and it is very fun and fascinating watching these guys, when I'm not throwing up.
This is my humble and high opinion. Your's?
Rufus
excellent idea. Do people know her co-ordinates? You are right. Her reputation must mean everything to her, after all she, is what she does for a living.

not to often lately, we see green two days in a row.
do 99% of OTC stocks actually fail? is that a true statement?
I think your points are well founded.
While OWCP is a viable company in the long term, which i believe will turn a tidy profit (likely through partnership), it is now a small office at the end of the hall, with a bunch of very capable guys working (part-time) hard to create something they have never done before.
Their distribution deals at $300,000 are small and their lack of preparedness in terms of producing a PR after yesterday's news is indicative of the work of newbies, with lots of brain and brawn, figuring it out as they go.
i think you're right --- it will be a bumpy ride for a while, likely a long while, and the decision of every investor to stay in, or liquidate for now, is predicated on how crucial their funds are. One option is to tuck this away, grab a nap and wake up in a year or so when some serious results are out and the product is on the shelf - any shelf. Or you can liquidate now and save yourself lots of queasy moments.
I'm a big fan of OWCP. Being on this hub has given me the chance to learn about its every detail and the fascinating nuances and machinations that go into making a public stock work. I'm not sure yet what my plan is but i do know all these down days are causing me to have a terrible stomach ache. I wish us all luck and a congratulations to those who have the gumption and guts to hang in there, as well as to the management of OWCP who have done some miraculous things in a very short period of time - without a playbook they are prepared to study and follow closely.
On the flip side I remember why i got in -- that is because of my love for Israel and it's brilliance of creating something out of nothing. Nobody does that better!!!!
OWCP Management, and their Culture
I have lived in Israel. I therefore have somewhat of an understanding of Israeli culture in general and how it might affect OWCP movement. Here are some thoughts:
1). Israelis live in the moment. They need to because they never know when their last day might come as they are surrounded by many enemies. They are therefore über-comfortable with risk taking. It is for this reason there are more start ups in Israel then all of the EU combined. Because of this comfort, you will see moves over time that you and I may not have the balls for but OWCP management will. They will because they come from a courageous and brave culture. If you watch closely with an open mind you'll see an intriguing management style willing to walk on hot coals and maneuver as if they are stepping through a mine field (which some of them might have actually done).
2)Israelis are warriors, pretty much for the same reason. They will slug it out until the very last shekel can be made or is about to be lost. Because of this character trait OWCP will grow and be strong for many years to come and I hope, profitable. Know we investors are dealing with individuals/team that will not get phased by petty things.
3)There is a dark side to middle-eastern business, however equally as strong, if not stronger, you will also find tremendous integrity amongst many of the players in business and otherwise. In the case of OWCP and its management team there is decades of experience in some very important areas of the economy. While i predict the team will do a lot to succeed I believe too that we can mostly trust what they tell us. Dark vs integrity. I am weighted toward the ladder when it comes to OWCP. And not for a minute, do I believe this is a scam. This team has way to much to protect both in terms of their reputation and future profits.
4). Smarts and creativity: to survive in a tiny country like Israel you need to be intelligent and creative. So much of what Israelis learned and implement in life comes from their time in the military. It is there they recognized as 18 year olds that one has to be McGiver-like in nature to defeat the enemy. In the army the soldier learns how to use his/her logic, emotions and intuition together - not seperately. You therefore have the whole package when it comes to the OWCP team. This will auger well for OWCP. They will likely pull ahead of the bunch and end up pretty close to the front or at the number #1 spot when it comes to MM.
5)Israelis have a bit of a "screw you" mentality, or "I don't have to answer to you because I'll only get screwed by you." This comes from many years of being screwed by world powers and their enemies. It also comes from middle eastern culture in general. When you are in a sand storm it's every man for himself or you might go blind rescuing the stranger. So if news does not come out when you think it should or an OWCP executive speaks badly at a conference understand some of that comes from this sort of way of thinking. They will provide what they want when they want how they want (until they learn the 'game' more so).
6)Like any nation constantly under siege Israelis have a tough exterior but a soft core. Their is a lot of kindness in Israel and the desire to help others. Much Of this stems from middle eastern culture, ARAB culture and the Torah - a blueprint for civility. Be sure or mostly sure therefore that OWCP is inventing these products because they are feeling the pain of psoriasis sufferers and truly want to help them. Do they want to make cash? Of course but their bottom line is not only the green of dollars, but also the color of marijuana and its affect on those suffering from serious skin conditions etc.
While some of what I wrote is contradictory understand that that Israel and the region it is situated in, is, exactly that - a huge bowl of contradiction with powerful personality traits that produce genius and some destructiveness.
The reason I got into OWCP is because I am familiar with all of this and wanted to be a partner in product(s) developed by some of the most intriguing and capable people in the world - Israelis.
Much luck to all of us. Feel free to ask questions. While I am limited in my knowledge of the markets I do have a sense of the Israelis and our financial hosts in the guise I OWCP - one hell of an exciting investment.
Shalom, Rufus.

my brother in law was once scheduled to speak at 12 p.m. my uncle who was about 80 at the time complained, around 11 a.m. that my bil had not shown up. I told him he had another hour and my uncle should be patient. needless to say uncle came on complaining, as did his friends, until my bil arrived at 11:55 and spoke on time. you guys sound like my uncle. the CEO is not late yet. Give him a chance.
you too my friend.
To inspire others to do the same: Excellent, re purchasing shares for your 3 children. Well done. A month ago I purchased 100,000 of another penny stock to be split amongst some very poor people I am related to and friends with. I have a target and shall it hit it, they will find some welcome relief. Consider doing the same for family or friends who can't rub two nickels together. Thanks for the inspiration.

Shalom, Rufus.
OWCP is exciting. That is not in question. It's movement and it's potential would make any investor hard. However, reality shows that "IMHO" should be replaced with "I hope". Watching this hub over the last little while reflects that. Predications are generally wrong. Analysis is more often than not sopbhomoric at best. Such statements as "OWCP will finish the day at $1.40...." reflects a certain arrogance that should be left for the game of darts.
That being said, I have learned much from many participants and am thankful for that. As to whether OWCP goes up or goes down, that really is in the hands of the OTC gods and basically not even worth speculating on. We hope. I know I do, and I do believe - not in my knowledge of the outcome, however more so in Israeli start-up prowess; the tenacity of those warriors who are running this thing, and the world-changing efficacy of MJ and its bi-products.
I hope.
That is the way to invest, perhaps on one knee praying for profits. Much luck to all. Hope with a vengeance.
Happy Holidays.
Rufus
Here is my perspective on this discussion group, after watching it for a couple of months:
1) There are those who are positive pretty much about everything and regularly announce price movement up, frequently with outlandish goals such as $100 ps. It's difficult to believe everything they say because their ideas are too magical. OWCP can do no wrong in their minds.
2) There are those who never have a nice thing to say about OWCP and therefore are easily sloughed off. They discount any good news and regularly call OWCP a scam. These people are often dumped on by the majority of individuals on this hub and maligned for putting down their dream of becoming a millionaire through this very jumpy but fascinating stock.
3) Some excellent DD is brought to the readers attention, and I often feel as if I'm a room of individuals who have experience in the market and understand the machinations of an OTC market and equities in general. The problem is, a handful of these posts are regularly repeated as answers to a down day. The news then becomes tedious, basically over exposed. Generally, I'd say there is real wisdom here determined by some hard work, and similarly some real laziness, and mimicking of ideas.
4) If we were to chart the ups and downs on this hub, you'd likely see the Elliott Wave theory in play. Up and down; up and down; up and down and then swish......a break through of ideas and opinions. Generally when OWCP is up ideas, frequently wrapped in feelings are tremendously positive. When the market dips, especially day after day as we're experiencing now, opinions and expressions become soured and there is a sense that none of this is quite worth it (except of course from those magical thinkers who will stay even if the Titanic hits the bottom of the ocean floor).
In short, it is clear from this hub (and other sophisticated ones) that the investors should: a) do their own due diligence and not rely on others to determine how they should invest; b) close his/her computer from time to time and simply watch the stock and draw their own conclusions unhindered by the noise emanating from OWCP discussion group. It can become deafening here from time-to-time. This can hinder an OWCP investors ability to see clearly through their own eyes.
I have learned a lot from watching this hub and hearing from a number of very educated folk. It is truly a panacea of ideas, thoughts, feelings and of course good old dart throwing and beer chugging. Most importantly one of the things I've learned is, I am my own Investor and need to follow my intuition and use my intellect to create a plan for my ownership of a substantial number of OWCP stocks - a stock, by the way, I believe has outlandish potential for greatness. However, I could be completely wrong. OWCP could tank like a brick tied to a body tossed into the Hudson :)
Thanks,
Rufus
I am a share holder of OWCP..a respectable amount. I have been reading this discussion board for the last couple of months, and learned a lot about the stock and the market in general. I'm grateful to so many of you for doing such quality DD.
I find however, that most of the calls about price fluctuation are wrong. I say this for clarification.
The 8K came out and the vast majority of you on the board at this time are calling for somewhat of a dramatic increase tomorrow and onward. I ask those who truly understand the market, do you believe that is the case or is it possible that OWCP stagnates or indeed continues its downward slide until a larger 'hammer' is dropped?
While, I like most of you, look forward to an OWCP at a much greater level, I have put my crystal ball away and simply accept that none of us can read the future. Is there anyone on this board who has been truly accurate and has read the fundamentals and technical in a pretty exact way?
Your thoughts?
"the Israel lobby owns the banking system". NOt sure there is a place here for such a comment.
Is it possible that this will actually work out?
Are any of you guys/women believers that you can actually be on the fortunate side of life and the OWCP will rise the way you say it will? Don't you find that life is such, where good fortune, really good fortune, like most of you are calling for here, seldomnly comes?
It is elusive and seems to be in the ownership of a select few. Aren't you on some level worried that we are full of bluster and this will all just go away? While I understand the intellectual answer to this question - 'we've done our DD and believe everything points to a PPS in sync with that of GWPH's - what about the side of life where you never were chosen in a lottery, or the riches seemed to always go to your cousin Sydney?
On some very real level, doesn't all of this scare the shit out of you - i.e. the OWCP will not make 'me' a millionaire because that's not my luck.
P.s. I'm no different than any of you.....I lie at night and think about what I'm going to do with my first million. I have notes reflecting my activities on the first day I make a million from OWCP. (My first action is to cash in a bunch of it and give it to people I know who are flat broke or in financial trouble. That to me, is a real tax; a real important tax). So I get the poster thinking, but my question still stands. Do you think fortune will come your way.....real fortune?
brojazzy what prompted you to purchase 900,000 shares at this point? Curious?
long 81 .15, more at 17.5, more at .75. Here for the long hall. I trust my brothers in Israel to do a ground breaking, innovative job. That is Israel. This is her start-ups!
thank you for the explanation, re. 'what does a buyout look like?'
this is a very exciting ride!
Can someone explain what would happen to our shares if a buyout happened. Thanks. New to this.
HOPE! That's what I have is hope.
Having lived in Israel i Understand the mentality of the nation, its citizens and the entrepreneurs. Their mentality is, 'i have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow, so im' all in today'. The Israelis are sort of the uber-entrepeneurs, because if they loose it all, that's okay. Surrounded by 180 million enemies is a tad worse than a stock going from $3.25 to $1.00 or even .01. That being said, the Israeli mindset is also built upon a military culture, one in which the main adage is, we will do anything to save this nation. Out of this comes tenacity an unbending, unwavering desire to create and be on top. While there is some contradiction here, so be it. Translating all of this - I got into OWCP because I love Israel and wanted to support it; I love marijuana and wanted to get financially high and because i believed in it. There you have it. OWCP will fly just as Israel has. Enjoy the ride.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO 'LOCK UP SHARES'?
Ha guys! I am new to this discussion and wanted to let you know that it is fun and insightful to follow your comments and thoughts. While I recognize the vast amount of hyperbole within many of these posts and the regularly inaccurate thoughts, I do feel as if i'm part of a community.
On days like today where I dropped a ton of money it was nice to read your posts and get some solace knowing that a few of you attended the conference and heard the CEO speak, and others are invested in this magical stock hook line and sinker.
While I am nervous about the next few days of trading I am not alone and that is nice. So thank you to those of you who are genuine and part of this discussion for communal reasons. I truly hope this stock performs the way you and I dream of. It would enhance our lives and those who will benefit from OWCP products.
Shalom!!!
Can you define for me 'make sure to lock your's up'?
new to this post. Question: are most of everyone's posts predicated on gut sense? there seems to be so much optimism re. OWCP (I too am a stock holder) but couldn't all that dissipate in a moment? I'm not trying to be negative just to understand these chats and how much I should consider as "real". btw it's been fun following all of you.
