When your liabilities are 21 million more than ones assets, it makes red bull look like red bull. unseating a proven item is almost imposible, like a real deal hamburger grill, the financial improvements are so irrevelant that those changes have not in any way improved the bottom line of the financal sheet.
The overall financial position is negative . A quote from the year end "Our current liabilities exceeded our current assets by $21,140,941 as of December 31, 2010, and by $14,864,374 as of December 31, 2009. For the years ended December 31, 2010 and 2009, we experienced negative cash flows from operating activities of $688,240 and $485,406, respectively."
The liabialities over assests increased by $7,000,000. Negative cash flow by $200.00. Very Very Negative
with gas at $4.00 per gallon is the average joe going to purchase PBev?
I wonder how many months will pass before this company is behind on monthly payments. My prediction is 3 months. Then the refinance and add more debt and interest. I do beleive that liabilities are about 15 million over assets.
read the Q and financial statements
The 15 million is liabilities over assets. That amountof debt for a fledging comlany is more like a giant mountain. Apparently the investors also agreed with me , after the last Q came out nothing happened. Now that lack of movement is chicken feed in anyones language. Profits- profits- profits talk. Even if the Play bev does go -the net to Cirtran is very small maybe a dime per can. A whole lot of cans will be required to pay off 15 million in bad debt.
A quote from the Q. "Our current liabilities exceeded our current assets by $15,036,689 as of September 30, 2010"
this company will never pay off the bad debt.
I would question where the financial means for 2011 and beyond will come from~!!
Loko --I just found this in Yahoo
"The Food and Drug Administration is poised to announce a virtual ban of alcoholic energy drinks on Wednesday, even as a leading manufacturer is pulling its products off the market.
The FDA is expected to say that caffeine is an unsafe food additive to alcoholic drinks, a move that would effectively ban them from sale. College students have been hospitalized after drinking the beverages, including the popular Four Loko, and four states have banned the drinks.
Harry since 10-25 you did you usually posts in an attempt to have individauls purchase this worhless stock . another failure in a long list. as i have posted this stock will never see .01. my predictions have come home yours are out in left field.
I doubt very much that this stock will ever see $0.001!!
I hope the "Big News" is not another to good to be true sales contract that never does translate into profits. Maybe some body is extending the bad loans.
Two paste and copies from the Q. accumulated deficit is $39,867,605 and they are looking for additonal debt financing " there can be no assurances that we will be successful."
Our accumulated deficit was $39,867,605 at June 30, 2010, and $34,709,124 at June 30, 2009. Net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2010, was $727,576 as compared to $1,383,709 for the six months ended June 30, 2009. Our current liabilities exceeded our current assets by $17,665,509 as of June 30, 2010, and by $5,652,038 as of June 30, 2009. For the six months ended June 30, 2010 and 2009, we experienced negative cash flows from operating activities of $1,113,203 and $1,792,906, respectively.
In our current financial condition, it is unlikely that we will be able to obtain additional debt financing. Even if we did acquire additional debt, we would be required to devote additional cash flow to servicing the debt and securing the debt with assets. Accordingly, we are looking to obtain equity financing to meet our anticipated capital needs. There can be no assurances that we will be successful in obtaining such capital.
As posted two reasons this company is DOA
if circ is trying to sell in vegas so what!! sales should be something over one million cans a week or more. circ has to hit the come and go type of stores for frequent purchases and repeat customers. sales= profit = debt reduction= stock buy back = increase in stock prices.
This worhless company's stock has 1.5 Billion shares out selling at $0.003 per share. On most days the only trades are few thousand shares. If the companies management had not engaged in the get rich quick folies, instead concreted on what is making us money, they would not have lead CIRC into the garbage pile of failure. Mgt has to provide the basis for business profits, interest and principle payments, before any postive results will occur. I do not beleive another " pie in the sky" press release will turn anybody attention.
i am not even sure why this stock is even in the penny group anymore. every single activity of mgt has been a total failure.
remenber the exercise equipment, emergency radios, the real deal grill and now the beverage. Circ is hundreds of thousands behind in interest payments - to say nothing of the principal payments on debt. What ever happened to that one hundred million dollar mexican deal to sell play bev? Some individual are borm failures in the area of business.
the last line of the Q is the kicker. the balance of the accured interst on 3-31-2010 is $432,808. CIRC can not even pay the interest on its debt. say nothing of the principal
Is there still 1.5 billion shares of this stock available. If so no chance of $0.02.
i would like to see the mgt maintain a monthly update as to the payments on the debt. i can not quite beleive that this company is going to be able to come up the money. getting the debt load down is of imense importance
i thougth this site is when one does predict ones beleifs. anyway if history is any indication when one company buys up another the first to go is the dead wood. playbev can hardly be called a thriving financial business .
Playboy may be sold to a British company Virgin. The sports drink side of Playboy could easily be dead. Circ does not enough capital to go it alone.
the only problem with that is at circ has going is playboy
2320 is looking better they ran it up a little to see if anyone would bite even GM or any other company can not go forever on negative reslults. a larger debt than asset sheet
is the death sentence
OK, lets be a little logical. there are 1,300,000,000 share out, this company is trading on a daily basis approximately 2,000,000 or less. the stock price has increased from $0.0012 all the way to $0.0027. still far below a penny a share. NOW, all of sudden we are standing on a bar stool, waving the flag and shouting charge. WHY? If there were 1 billion less shares of this stock availble, that would really help the cause and the open accounts were in the bank.
When is the 4Q for 2008 due?
With the lastest news the value of a share increased from $0.0010 al the way to $0.0015, and stalled probably will drop back most of the gain IMO not much to brag about.
Given CirTran history of failure. I highly doubt that this new marketing agreement will be successful. But, if this agreement does have success, there are still a number of other items: 1.3 billion shares outstanding , a hugh amount of unpaid bills, collecting on product already sold by not paid for by the vendors, questionable leadership decision, lack of profit and above all, consistent profit. I asked if anyone would be willing to wager $1.00 in a previous posting. so far no takers. Not exactly a sign of strength.
Would anyone care to wager one dollar that is stock will be on the boards on 7-4-2009? My vote is no..
The last desperate act of a dying company. the large stockholders maybe trying to keep a little, or they had to sell to pay off someone. a drownig man will grasp a straw.
if the usa has black friday and siber monday. how come cirtran is not selling the playbev and rdg on ebay . money is money
I checked out the playboy website. Playbev and be purchased on line. Maybe CirTran should also be selling the beverage on ebay? If nothing else it would be a source of income!!
This new pr release do not even make sense . the population of mexico is 100 million, if 10% of the populatiion purchases the playbev. that would be 10 million mexicans spending 48 million dollars on the drink every year for 10 years. a basic impossiblitiy.
On the other hand, the playbev beverage maybe just what is needed for both playboy and cirtran. if it does make the market.
" Hugh Hefner has been advised to reduce staff in his multi-million dollar empire to weather the global economic turmoil, the London Telegraph reports. The 83-year-old silk pajama-clad publisher has been advised to cut staff in his New York and Los Angeles offices or face possible bankruptcy. " Any hope for play bev is now gone, along with CirTran.
Yes, i did notice that item. i assume that the loan would not have been completed with out the signature of the president. CIRC apparently did not have enough financial stability on its own.
When and if the circ mgt gets done paying off the outstanding private loans there will be little left for the stock holders.
I do predict that 1Q 08 will be negative again. If there are borrowing money they have no money. I suppose more stock dulition will be coming
Maybe CirTran and Play Boy should hire Danica Patrick to promote the beverage. Danica is one hot female and the essence of energy. Could be a real winner.
i have a RDG . i may put it back in the orginal box and save the grill for twenty years for the antiqutes road show. The grill may have had a ten fold increase it all depends on the base number. if the first sales goals was for 10 grills. the second set would only have to sell 100 to met the 10 fold increase. all a matter of grammer.
Crocs. Inc., maker of the colorful plastic shoes, on Monday lowered its first-quarter earnings guidance sharply, due to the costs of closing a plant and a revenue shortfall.
What Bounce? With the last PR release, I assume that CIRC is still maintaining a negative cash flow. I hope all talk of $0.70 per share are now going with the wind!!
I thouht the 4 th Q for 07 was due out by 2-15 i guess i am wrong
