Ding ding ding
If they didn’t follow it, would it effectively make it perfectly fine and legal to fly to California to open up shop there? Basically it would be illegal in Florida but legal in California?
I guess my real question is: should CA win their case and set precedent (with the same legal team I might add) then how could USRM’s trial continue and possibly have a different outcome if precedent is already set and the procedure technically deemed “legal”?
Just playing a game of “what if” for a second..what if the week of April 13th, USRM gets a favorable decision which sends the case back to the Florida courts. A court date is set for let’s say...July or August. But before the case can be heard, California stem cell wins its case in May..then what? What happens then?
Indubitably.

Rule 506(b) of Regulation D is considered a “safe harbor” under Section 4(a)(2). It provides objective standards that a company can rely on to meet the requirements of the Section 4(a)(2) exemption. Companies conducting an offering under Rule 506(b) can raise an unlimited amount of money and can sell securities to an unlimited number of accredited investors. An offering under Rule 506(b), however, is subject to the following requirements:
no general solicitation or advertising to market the securities
securities may not be sold to more than 35 non-accredited investors (all non-accredited investors, either alone or with a purchaser representative, must meet the legal standard of having sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment)

I see it like this: Does it suck to have no clarity in terms of a response from the CEO? Yes. However, why go through the trouble of not only maintaining the costly court battle, but recently putting out updates about the appeal case if you don’t have a plan in place after the ruling?
Within the next 60 days we’ll have some clarity from the courts, for better or for worse.
Not it has not, just went to .40 in 2020
U$RM up 47% in the .08’s
U$RM up 47% in the .08s
Agreed

The “Intevenors” have a different law firm who filed this. Not Venable. “GI née law group”
Again, they are two different issues - not even really about the same subject.
Two different issues. Read fierst post
Same sentiment
Interestingly enough, when I heard the oral arguments for this case (the next case after US Stem cells arguments)
The judge mentioned that he didn’t understand why the patients didn’t seek other motions outside of the stay so to see that in the final ruling isn’t surprising to me. Unfortunate for those patients but not surprising.
To be clear - this is the Patients appeal to have their stem cells not be destroyed - this is not US Stem Cells appeal as to whether or not SVF therapy should be considered a drug.
Not happening.
Nope
I disagree - just a few months ago he went out of his way to let us know in a PR that appeals court selected it to hear oral arguments potentially opening up a new trial.
Last time our CEO put out a bunch of PRs in the middle of the legal battle, the legal battle did not end well. Silence until clarity of the appeal is the best measure here in my opinion.
Incredible *standing ovation*
Wow congratulations on that
They do = revenue. They win the case, they can operate again. They can sell kits again. Which is revenue. Smart guy.
If they win the appeal, and subsequently won’t their case OR almost more important, and a quicker path to resolution, if California wins their case then studies won’t be required...smart guy.
Nope - sorry
New to IHub..first few post is how it’s going sub .019. Yet we’re up today.
Question: when setting my limit sell order - how long do we make it good for? Ext hours EOD?
New to this - I put a limit on the sale but do I limit it to ext hours good for day?
lol plenty of longs here willing to do so, just need a bunch of newbies to come along but be willing to do the same
That was in the past to actually HAVE our date in court. We’ve already had our day, we await a decision now..and we don’t make the rules, 90 days or less is set in stone.
Nonetheless.. 75 days or LESS until US Stem Cell appeal decision is made. Has 90 days to make a decision from argument date.
Regardless of California Stem Cell ruling (should it not come before USRM date) we now have 76 days OR LESS for the 11th circuit court to decide on USRM’s appeal. Answers coming here regardless in the next few months if not weeks.
