There has been a full feasibility study done showing Niobium, Scandium, and Titanium. Financial analysis was shown as well.

I don’t know where you arrived from, but the new FS will include rare earths. The only thing shareholders don’t know is how big the deposit is the ground.

Management needs to get this done and deliver. If it is or isn’t their fault for how long this has taken we have been told numerous things that have not happened or have been delayed. They do happen I fully understand that as well.

Bad communication and representation for shareholders at times, but still a GREAT project. I am behind the project and what it stands for. This needs to be completed before Jack Frost comes yet again.

I believe it will be profitable and we will be happy. But, I am displeased some things have not been told and words exchanged are not being followed through with. I just purchased more on Friday. So I firmly believe things are progressing. Put my money where my mouth is so to speak.

If what you say is entirely true yes this company would be in trouble. That is not the case. Throughout the long wait, yes I agree it has been long, they have continued to progress the mine without obtaining financing. You continue to fail and mention all the breakthroughs with off takes, mineral prices going through the roof, cost to build the mine may be less pending on what they do in the next FS, global demand for the minerals, ESG compliant now, EXIM/Stellantis, and through all of this bi partisan support of the mine (with the locals including their own government in full support).

Management is still executing regardless how long this has taken. If none of what I wrote above had taken place your words woulds be more meaningful. Because of this your words are meaningless.

It wasn't evident that the size of this company with the old auditors had exceeded what they were capable of doing with timelines and man power? Don't you recall a news release showing that Deloitte & Touche LLP were appointed as an independent auditor?

I would be curious to see the logic behind why they thought the SPAC deal was going to be successful and what happened.

Did it ever occur that some debt backers may not have been financially able to do so after the events caused by Covid 19? We shall never know. Would be nice to hear that story if it could be shared.

Finally, after all the above the mine and plan has continued to move forward with progress, more financeable than ever before, just waiting on the government's money which is taking FOREVER. My guess the terms will be very favorable to shareholders.

I won't be dreaming on anything of the sort. If it happens it happens. I do know it will be profitable and I will be well compensated for my time.

I also don't know just like anyone how big this mineral reserve deposit even is and we won't know until over a year after construction when Scott starts to explore the deposit after initial construction takes place. I expect it to be much larger and excited to see these discoveries.

To top it off, I do think something is going to take place in the very new future that will start this and lead us to financing. We have already talked about on this board most recently with all the insiders buying. I am very Bullish after seeing that.

Did you think the mine was going to just finance itself with nothing lost? We haven't even seen the reasoning behind half the people on the board yet in my opinion. Even with all this so called perceived looking through your narrow lenses we have a small share count. Even with some dilution it has, continues, and will be relatively small compared to others companies.

Enough with the split. Turn the page. You keep stating the same thing over and over and only the negatives from it. Thats the definition of insanity.

All the doubters fail to mention bringing a mine to fruition takes 10+ years. I am as displeased as anyone with the comments made and forward thinking of Mark. It still doesn't take away from the progress being made, demand for what is in the ground, off takes, eco friendly, local and state support, bi partisan government support, while helping national security issues, and increase in mineral prices.
