Are you saying that a failed trial has to be made public within 4 days of a defined milestone? But a successful one does not.
COACH, My hope, is that Alkon and crew take their time to understand and present the results clearly and accurately. I prefer they take the time necessary to understand what the trial did and did not achieve and lay it out. This could be their last chance to gain credibility, so if it is a "mixed" bag lay it out that way up front. We saw recently what throwing out Misleading information can do.
I am a glutten for punishment but believe in Alkon. Just paying more attention as things are getting closer.
Coach, I had not bought any in awhile got half of what I was trying to buy today. This always happens in private companies before they go public. As you said there is a group that the company counts on when they need cash, this was part of the payback. If the stock goes over 12 for a month, essentially they are raising $30m for 4m shares. If the results are mixed they have $15m for 2m shares and the ability to pursue, FragX and MS trials. One thing that also comes into play is that any partner has less leverage when the results are good, when the company has the capital to go it alone if need be. Yes, if the results are super, some money has been left on the table, but I heard a lot people saying they are going to wait for good news to buy more on the way up. Now there may be an opportunity to have some shares available to buy as the whales take some money off the table. Just my random thoughts.
I am well aware of how to do cashless exercise of warrants an options. I have done it many times. The point was your math was wrong in the example you gave. The number in () are the correct numbers for you example.
So if the market price is $24 and the exercise price is $12, they can pay for 100 shares with either a) 100 (50) $12 warrants and (or) $1200 in cash or b) 200 (50) $12 warrants.
You have your math backwards. If you are doing a cashless sale of 100 $12 warrants with the stock at $24, they would use 50 shares to generate the $1,200, for the exercise and sent you $1,200 cash as the profit.
"So if the market price is $24 and the exercise price is $12, they can pay for 100 shares with either a) 100 $12 warrants and $1200 in cash or b) 200 $12 warrants."
I agree with you. I think what makes sense to me is that a significant number of short sales are warrant holders using their warrants like covered calls. Not sure but there is probably tax advantages involved for capital gains purposes also.
Well said.
Whoop, with the cash on hand and the fact it is a NASDAQ listed stock, the worse case is that it is a reverse merger candidate with a private company looking to go public. The value of the listing alone is at least $5-6m.
Why do you think that Anterix is valued so high. Last year they had $6m in revenue. They have a market cap of about $600m, while IOTC is at about $80m. Do they own a bigger spectrum network, or do they have a better business plan?
Yes, they needed each other and the balance was how the % of the company was split with the merger. This was a R/M that made sense because of the synergy.
My take on that is that Solbright needed the the network to improve it's capability and M2M was in need of a solution to prove the network and help build it out.
I believe it was the same 28 that were involved in the initial 2b.
That maybe his thoughts, but he does not own or control the company. The BOD would have to decide on that based on what is best for the SH.
Post is totally illogical. Success is based on trial completion and results based on FDA rules that verify the science, not derogatory statements or baseless speculations.
Post is total Horse manure, total fiction.
Pure fiction.
Either warm milk and cookies or an A2-73 sleeping pill.
I will call your socks.
I will bet you a new pair of shoes that they do not have a pre-anouncement.
Posts are total fiction.
I was told that by an investment banker, who is also invested in NTRP.
They are required to make the top line results public within 48 hours of receiving it. So it could be on a Monday. My guess is that they do not give an early warning PR but just release a PR with the results.
AVXL has nothing except delay and subterfuge. Over paid under qualified CEO ripping off the SH along with his buddies LCP. Years away from any real results, which is good because they will fail.
Totally pathetic posts. Pure fiction.
Looks like the shorts are trying to break it down. They think they have time, but any day now they will be scrambling.
The big question is whether results are before option expiration. Lot of money could be riding on it.
Totally pathetic posts. Pure fiction.
Fiction upon fiction...
Post is a joke.
More fiction
Don't confuse AVXL failures and Dr Missleading statements with NTRP. NTRP is the only AD company that has shown cognitive improvement in AD patients, only AD company to address Severe and Moderately severe AD patients. It is all in the data from the previous successful trial, which is being confirmed by current trial any day now. If you want dilution buy AVXL.
No problem, guess most people think they are worse then incompetent. Looks like their incompetence masks Dr Missleadings incompetetance.
"The Aussie's appear pretty incompetent"
Sounds like spin, they can't even dose 15 from the previous trial. The Aussie's appear pretty incompetent.
LOL, another trial that will start "quarters" from now, take a year to dose, and who knows when it will end. Meanwhile Dr Missleading dilutes the stock into oblivion.
"The EXCELLENCE study is designed as an international study with the first approval by the Australian Human Research Ethics Committee and scheduled to initiate within the next quarters."
IMO, if you believe that you should be selling like crazy.
No mis-representation, Fact.
Fact: AVXL has never completed a controlled trial and in fact has never completed dosing one.
Fact: Dr Missleading has been paid millions and has accomplished nothing but diluting the company.
Fact: Phony speculation about poop and precision medicine is not DD it is trying to pump the stock.
The AVXL science is also a mis-representation of the Facts.
Clearly the truth,
Fact: AVXL has never completed a controlled trial and in fact has never completed dosing one.
Fact: Dr Missleading has been paid millions and has accomplished nothing but diluting the company.
Fact: Phony speculation about poop and precision medicine is not DD it is trying to pump the stock.
Total fallacy -
"Missling dots the I's and crosses the T's at each stage. Stockholders are better off if a company bails earlier rather than later after many millions are spent."
What a crock of horse pockey, Dr Missleading has yet to even dose a controlled trial much less complete one. The only thing he can accomplish is spending money and dilution.
Total fiction

The truth is, more than likely Biogen will be one of the BP companies lining up, any day now, to partner with NTRP after confirmation of the unprecedented positive results of its prior trial.
