Care to explain in a little more depth?
What lawsuit?
I sure hope so, my shares are for sale but no one seems to want them.
I tried to add but the spread is way too big still.
What happens when the current value is below the proposed IPO value?
So...what is the expected news? Wasn't the IPO the big deal?
It's not like we have a choice at the moment haha. 0 volume the last two days.
0 Volume, if this is such a good opportunity why isn't anyone buying? I feel so foolish sometimes.
20 cent spread makes it almost impossible to load up.
I suppose it could, just feels odd. I sold a few of my shares today because I had way too many but I'll hold on to the rest and see what develops here.
Could there be "bigger news"? That PR they put out Friday was the big news, how could they top that? If that didn't bring in volume what will?
Still not much volume, wonder what's going on.
So this is what we've all been waiting for. Interesting!
Justification? Well, here's what I see here. I was here 4 years ago and got stuck, just like some of you are stuck now. I was glad to have sold in this recent run up, but I am still keeping my eye on this anyway, mainly because I was in it for 4 years holding the bags.
The reverse split is not so that the stock price will run. It's so that in another 2 or 3 or 4 years she can promote it again and sell tons of shares into it again. I'd be willing to be there will be silence for a long time here. A couple years down the road you'll see the share price rising slowly, then all of a sudden one day there'll be millions of shares traded in one day. That's when the CEO will be selling shares back into the market. She'll do this a few times, then do another reverse split.
I am no expert, I just got burned and hopefully learned my lesson. Some of you are in the same spot I was in 4 years ago. I'd suggest using it as a learning experience and hope to not fall for similar tricks on other tickers.
Bummer. Looks like whatever hype there might have been is gone. And with almost no volume.
Felt like potential was there too.
Seems to me, and I know next to nothing, that the company has the right to sell up to 40 million shares for a fixed price of 10 center per share. I wonder why they chose a fixed price rather than just selling them at the market. Any thoughts?
IPO?
Anyone have any info on what this even means? This company isn't new, the ticker isn't new, but they're talking about an IPO on their website. It used to say "approximately June 1st" I think, it's no longer there so I'm not sure what the wording was.
Where'd everyone go? No posts for 11 days?
Only works if there is enough volume to make trades though haha.
I just wish I had sold all my shares at 0.005. I am glad I sold SOME at that price, but obviously hindsight is 20/20.
I'm going to have to change my user name now :( I created this account because of this stock, now 4 years later I have sold, oops.
New 52 week high. Now it's time for the volume to come.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I've been here for 4 years or so. I averaged down over the last 3 years though at 10 cents per share, seeing as they were (and currently are) looking for funding at 10 cents per share I figured it was a low risk average down.
But yes, the float is definitely insanely low.
200 dollars worth of shares traded today...if it's waking up why isn't anyone buying early?
Press Releases
ECRID will be selling 40,000,000 shares at .10 a share in it's IPO once the shares are effective by the SEC. The Company anticipates the shares will be effective around June of 2021.
Seems odd to me. But, got it right off their website. My 10k shares won't mean much after that, haha.
Well, I'm not gonna argue with that one bit. But I'm only holding shares that I've had for 4 years, so what's the worst that can happen? haha. He already did the reverse split, now it's time for the pump before he can dump.
And sadly he was right last time. I wish I had listened to him. I had to hold for four years and average down like crazy just to break even here.
I know it's hard once you've bought into the hype, but I got out this time. Don't want to feel stuck here again.
Well, the company tweeted that they would not do a reverse split. But I am not sure how trustworthy their tweets are.
Just be careful. We have no idea how many shares the noteholders still have. And obviously the volume is not high enough anymore to move this up. All the catalysts are out and we're still 40% off our highs.
The only thing holding it down today is volume. This is the lowest volume day in 3 months...and on the day it goes current?
Apparently people already knew this was coming. It's not new info.
But, I am a little surprised the volume is so low.
I wonder when it will show current on OTC Markets.
No, not a problem at all. I was just correcting those who keep saying "he" and "him" :) (ya know, so they/we know).
No biggy, but just FYI, the ceo is female :)
We'll see if today's pump helps some regular folks get out without too much of a loss.
Tomorrow morning is the shareholders conference call. I'd be amazed if the share price actually goes up due to the meeting, but that's the idea I guess.
It's at 10:30am EST. Watch share price leading up to and around that time to see what happens.
I hope so, my average for the 4 million shares I have left is .0047.
Yeah, what a mess. haha
and their PDF with the info on how to join doesn't list a time at all lol.
When is the conference call? I can't find anything that says what time it will be or how to join. Anyone know?
So ... Tuesday .... speculate on what they could possibly talk to shareholders about during this conference call. What is left to say?
