here's a link for what GTGP has for divys in the past or very near future. (tomorrow) dividends that have been approved by FINRA!
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=gtgp
it works for any stock, just substitute your stock symbol for "gtgp"
I'm not, you are, for the second time!
like I said, we got ring side seats, we'll see who's right or wrong in the coming weeks-months.lol
I think you need to bone up on FINRA!!
ROTFL, THANKS, for pointing that out!!!!
By the way, it said that here but thanks for pointing that out for those that are blind or don't know how to read.Too bad you had a lousy company giving you lousy divi's
Quote:Upon receipt, Global will file the appropriate forms with Finra outlining the terms of the dividend distribution.
SO, how do you spose the divy is gonna happen tomorrow if FINRA hasn't even been notified yet?
hey Doc, you were wondering if anyone has been through this before.
"Has anyone seen a situation such as this in the past where a company issues a dividend of their private subsidiary? I just keep reading all of your predictions about the GTGP price around Christmas as well as the IPO of the new stock but I just cannot fathom seeing it released on NASDAQ. Realistically, do you think it is smart to load up tomorrow and hope for PR next week?"
I have, same deal, restricted stock in a private company, with the promise that it go public.
actually there were a couple private companys (subs)involved
peops got their restricted divys in the private companys, but they never went public. so they're stuck with restricted stock in a private company. lol. what ya spose those are worth??
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dividend.asp?sym_id=atnp
oh, and by the way, they all had to be approved by FINRA
12/23, record date, from a PR (maybe even an 8K), from the company. yeah, thats official! laughable too!
nothing gonna happen tomorrow, or prolly for a while.
don't believe me? I don't care. we got ring side seats. we get to see this whole deal play out right in front of us.
restricted divy in a private company thats gonna go public.
I'm guessing in the next few weeks everyone gonna be wondering where their divy shares are. :)
agreed, lol, as long as that moon is really mon :)
No, sorry, wasn't asking a question. just not sure how they will handle the holiday. it should not be counted but I've seen em count the holiday.
lately they've been going 2-3 days over the 20, so I would guess, if there's no issues, it will come off sometime between 1/3 and 1/9
business days - trading days, is there a difference?
D will be on till at least 1/3 or 1/4, not sure how they are gonna treat the holidays.
D is on for at least 20 business days, could be longer.
ah, gee, don't say goodbye yet, there's only a few days left before 12/23(record date) so says the company.
is waiting for a restricted divy, in a private company, that may or may not go public a waiste of your time?
I mean that was the scam of the year couple years ago.
thought you said there was no history of RS, and then 1 pops up, hmmmmmmmmmm
I didn't bring up the old companys, someone else did, do any of them exist anymore? does he have a habit of doing this? ya know why they revoke they're registration? because they don't file Q's and K's

I don't know if you are right or wrong on how long it takes FINRA to approve a divy. Show me a link that proves it takes FINRA 8 to 10 weeks to approve a divy"
I don't believe there is anything in writing or a link that says that. thats from past experience with splits-divys.
ppje notified FINRA 7/15 of a divy. still waiting on FINRA's approval.
pgie notified FINRA 10/12 of a divy. still waiting on FINRA's approval.(if its even gonna happen)
GTGP hasn't even notified FINRA yet, how long ya think its gonna take?? add 8-10 weeks to that. but then you have the problem where they're 4 yrs delinquent.
and how long for GTHI to go public, I've watched a couple of them, took over a yr. one did it by way of an IPO, the other by way of reverse merger into a publicly trading shell (sounds like what GTGP is planning on doing from you info). when everything you find in writing says it should only take about 6 months.
Jim was once the CEO for a NASDAQ Company trading at $15 a share
if thats Falcon you're referring to?? its now private. what happened?

way too much DD, all I care about is the divy. but I have a feeling its gonna be awhile.
don't have an answer for that, Susan. guess we'll just have to see how it plays out.
yeah, I did, and that happens to be the big thing I'm questioning.
"Upon receipt, Global will file the appropriate forms with Finra outlining the terms of the dividend distribution."
they haven't notified FINRA yet. it takes FINRA 8-10 wks to approve a divy.
especially a pinkie that's 4 yrs behind in Q's and K's. am I right there? correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm guessing the "record date" will prolly have to be modified.LOL. but it wouldn't be necessary. they could leave it as it is.
that's a really simple question! and I believe you don't know the answer. so you're playing the attitude deal.ROTFL
how bout you answer my simple questions first, or don't ya know the answers?
as I said before, I'm really not concerned with his past.
I'm dealing with this divy.
I ask 2 simple questions from player one who claimed he just lokked em up and what do I get??
OK, we'll see if that happens.lol FINRA hasn't even been notified yet.
I think you know how these things work.
2 simple questions, direct and to the point.
doesn't seem you have answers tho, ya been dodging em.
I can see that side of it, but in the past, most restricted divys are offered up to keep ya buying and keep ya in. waiting and waiting.
this one, restricted divy in a private company with the promise it will go public. geez, where have I seen that ploy before.
all I asked ya for was symbols of his previouse adventures, you said ya just looked em up, what are they?
"with all the companies jim owned and his 20 odd years in the business, I couldn't find an r/s anywhere"
isn't that part of what's going on now?? peop buying for the divy?? gotta be in by 12/23!!(record date)
"IF RESTRICTED"
wouldn't they have to be restricted? private company that doesn't trade publicly.
LOL, too funny, is that what ya do when ya can't answer simple questions.
spoon feeding eh, ya can't even come up with symbols? I take that as ya don't know.
all I care about right now is this divy, and the info I'm seeing in PR's just don't fit with the way dividends are handled by FINRA.
really, what company's has he owned? ya got symbols?
actually, yeah, I would rather not have another restricted divy. I've had plenty, not one was ever worth anything and I've been RS'd out of more than 1/2 of em so far. lol
that's kinda my point. if they know what they are doing, then why are they offering up a restricted divy in a private company with what? the promise that it will go public???
how many months-years are we looking at here??
I agree with that. once FINRA has the necessary info it takes them about 8-10 weeks to approve it. and then they will set an ex-dividend date. (when it is actually gonna happen)
never heard of a dividend that wasn't approved by FINRA and then an ex-date set.
even a restricted divy in a private company.
having a little trouble with what the company is saying.
doesn't FINRA need to approve the dividend?
so is this dividend restricted??
and they haven't even notified FINRA yet?
hmmmmmmmm
nope, don't see a halt or suspension since 12/9
LOL, yeah, they did, 2 in 5 months. 1st one I've seen do it and this one appears to be playing out the same way, existing shareholders locked out, not sure for how long this time tho.
57162Q205 is the old cusip, new one is 57162Q304 if Im reading it right.
I don't see anything about a "delist"
http://search2.dtcc.com/?q=mgrnd&x=0&y=0
does anyone think we'll have the "miraculous divy", "extraodinary divy" by xmas??
you're the one that said e-mail FINRA, where's your response?????????
