Thanks, Ilhabela. As always, your posts are must reads.
Good volume and green so far today. I'm happy.
Agreed. No evidence of that.
Another good day.
Nice day.
Thank you, Ilhabela777, for clarifying this very precisely. Go JBZY.
Great post, 777. Thanks!
If they're celebrating, I'm going to celebrate too!
Good point. I agree that JBZY looks at this as their starting point, now that it has their name. With their name on it, they will hopefully be more inclined to issue PR's.
I can understand that they were disinclined to issue PR's under the old name.
We sure are. Been a long time coming, but we're right there on the FINRA list!
Excellent point.
Yep. I did too. I placed my own buy orders.
Here's why I believe the following statement is not actionable:
Your post makes no sense. There's been no pump. I also don't see evidence of front-loading. And there will be no halt--no reason, since company has followed all rules. Most of the long time investors will continue to hold since there's a large window for future business decisions to occur.
It has nothing to do with Roche trying to 'psych' shareholders.
He has his business plan, which may involve using the shell and the advantages that would come with that, provided he does everything within the allowed time limit (which has quite a bit of leeway), or it may just involve dissolution and whatever advantages would come with that.
I also believe fairness to shareholders is paramount, given the recent result of the ACORN lawsuit, in which Roche was on the side of preserving shareholder value.
Since he is clearly following the rules and not talking about a reverse merger before it happens, if it does happen, I doubt there's any standing for shareholders who sold to file a lawsuit against him for following the rules.
All jmho, but I do feel that 'psyching' people is not part of his calculation.
Thanks for the info. Much appreciated.
Yeah. I know what you mean about the prank callers. But I appreciated the reminder. Thanks.
Thanks for the reminder, G. They brought them on not that long ago, right? I'm thinking you're right--maybe they hired the guy to do more than just help sign a few forms at NVSOS.
I wouldn't put much weight in that article. It's a right wing magazine that pumps out false information on anyone who leans left.
Good to know that this is a possibility. Thanks.
Right on schedule.
You may want to read the old research here first to make sure your initial search attempts haven't already been addressed. It would be a lot easier than trying to search the Chinese interwebs, especially if you don't read Chinese flluently. That would be the best way to determine if you're coming up with anything new.
Good point.
I think, but could be wrong, that we didn't find out any information about the sale until some time after it actually took place. So even if actions are taken, would we know anything until told?
Thanks.
So does this mean there are fewer than 300 shareholders total?
Good to know. Oh well.
Thanks for the info. Bummer. So by revoked, is it gone forever, or could someone revive it later? I'm guessing gone forever.
By which I mean, RR is not just your average shareholder. I realize the 3-year thing requires holding shares.
Yep. RR's been on their board of directors, too, since 2012. I think he's good w/the 3-year thing.
Per nasdaq GlobeNewswire:
http://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2012/03/12/470633/249001/en/rVue-Holdings-Inc-Appoints-Robert-W-Roche-to-Board-of-Directors.html
Sure does. Something's up.
Thanks. I hope they're right. No buying today though.
Oops. Thanks. I meant Roche. Good to know Pacchini has quite a few too.
I'm with you, Havoc. Maybe won't make a trip to Hawaii, but I sure as heck will have a few PB&J sandwiches, with the crusts cut off, on a silver platter.
I agree that the basic story here is like many pennies that don't pan out, BUT we have very different fundamentals in this case, which is why I think it has the chance to be the one-in-a million shot that works out well.
Fundamental number one. Pacchini himself said recently (per EM someone posted a partial of earlier) owns 53% of the common shares.
If Alibaba is the Chines snapchat, any idea of what CX Network does? I bought a little bit a few months ago and forgot about it, and suddenly saw in my TDA account that it's undergoing some change.
Yes. Last few days, the trades look like 100% sells. I'm still kind of new to this stuff. If 100% of the trades are sells, who bought them? Or does it mean an MM soaked them up?
Nice. Pivo Assoc. listed as IR in new fin.
Thanks again. Awesome info. Feed the shark.
Awesome!
