Solution Systems (Beijing TSS) has signed an agreement with Huaan Securities for the implementation of the AV2000 Automatic
Audio/Video Webcasting System for stock and securities information live broadcast over the Internet. Beijing TSS is a
member of Hartcourt's Streaming Media Group, and an investment of The Hartcourt Companies. Beijing TSS is China's preferred
streaming media provider, specializing in turn-key, fully automated Internet broadcasting systems for media companies such
as China Central TV, Beijing TV, Guangdong TV, Phoenix TV, Shenzhen Radio, and Zhejiang Cable TV; and broadcasting marquee
