Why would you enjoy seeing people lose money? Call me crazy but I want to see everyone win. Some people get so focused on their hatred for a Company for whatever reason that they start cheering for losses which is just weird to me.

An agreement to acquire isn't a purchase — correct. It's also not an LOI, not a term sheet, and not a handshake deal. A definitive agreement is a binding legal contract with named parties, specific terms, board appointments and employment contracts. That's called progress. May 22 answers everything else.

You at least used to make sense and your arguments against the stock were reasonable and I'm not happy about the way this is moving, I'm stuck in here at trip 5, and you seemed somewhat sane but now I look at your posts and it looks like the incoherent ramblings of a mad man. I think it's funny you are having a meltdown over a penny stock. You act like you lost 50K in this. No one pumped anything. Some people got excited at trip 3 and 4 area and when it ran to trip 9 they continued with the excitement. People, including myself and many others on this board, expected a big news flow which usually happens after a change of control. This is normal penny stock board activity. You admitted yourself that you bought based on what someone told you. Take it as a lesson learned and move on. My first stock was a company called AMLH back in 2017 and I lost 500 bucks in two days. I was pissed, but I didn't blame anyone and start saying everyone is a pumper. I didn't spend all day on a message board screaming like an insane person. I learned and moved on and started trading off fundamentals and technicals and take rumors of news and whispers from people for what they are, speculation. As for me, I'm still holding and will be adding as funds become available because I believe the AI tech that the CEO has is strong and I don't believe he took over to do nothing with this. I feel strongly that he has a plan to get a footprint in the US market and will use GMZP as his vessel to build a presence in the United states. Sorry if you lost money but that is all on you so stop blaming everyone else.
