Then I am unclear why in an earlier post you requested for a PR about an NDA.
In case you don't know what an NDA is... it stands for Non-Disclosure Agreement. I'm sure there was confusion there. I hope.
The reason for an NDA is to keep information exchanged between parties to stay between the parties. Therefore NDAs do not get released because they would be binding that info. Make sense now?
Most can't. Also please read up on NDAs
I do not understand you.
Why is this bad??? Almost certainly part of the post settlement deals would have involved talks about this. Just because they settled doesn't mean they can keep infringing. There's probably a royalty they receive for every time it is used. This could mean millions of dollars in revenue over time.
A lot of times when a product is being announced there is much more than one company involved in the final product. Something like that could be using code patented by 15 different companies and paying for it, but listing all the names of those companies wouldn't really be too relevant when announcing the product.
Though it would be nice, SFOR doesn't own every encryption software out there.
The reason SFOR products are becoming more and more accepted is because the previous form of security mainly had to do with sub prime numbers. They would be multiplied together to form a prime number that could be thousands of digits long. When these were used it would take computers years to calculate just one of these. By then the system would have moved to a new number.
Now, thanks to a professor at UC Santa Barbra, a quantum computer has been made that can crack these codes in minutes. Plus hackers are starting at younger ages to exploit many other things as well. SFOR has products that make hackers run into something they haven't dealt with before and is much harder to break.
Know what you own.
A PR wouldn't give us much of the overall scope anyways. We will not know how well this has progressed until the financial comes out.
I'm sorry but I do not understand your question.
A share holder that believes in what they own can wait for the quarterly to come for an update.
Which would mean Q4 won't come out until later this month if it followed Q3 by 3 months.
It could be either or. But with what I know about cyber security and the direction industry is going I would say the positive outlook is more likely in my opinion.
Like I said earlier... with the amount of money coming in, even if it is only from settlements and revenue hasn't increased at all, why would an R/S make sense? They did what they did in the past to stay alive. They knew this could become something. And shareholders that held on previously are looking at some great gains right now.
Hard to hate a guy who is taking action from several angles to make his share holders rich in the long run. Patience.
They are most likely legally bound to be tight lipped by the people they do business with. Not unreasonable for a large company to want to keep secret what they are willing to pay in licensing or royalty deals at all. SFOR could be breaking a deal by announcing it if they agreed not to.
Slide 19 is a picture representation of SFOR's products that they have patented.
Why do you think there will be an R/S? Reasons? Sources? CEO says no R/S. R/S doesn't make sense with the upside this company has. If they do a 1:1000 R/S, what happens when the company is worth 10-100x like it potentially can be in a few years. They would be trading at $100 a share. Not a sensible move when you know the money is coming in more than it ever has and it keeps growing...
I haven't caught up on messages today but is anyone talking about the news release by Market Wire today? It was basically an attendance record which showed Kay in a boardroom with Dell and Cisco execs. It was released at 12:02AM ET.

Found the link to save trouble.
Scroll down to Business Model title and read the paragraph under it.

Even though SFOR sold the rights to Mobile Trust to ACS, they are still collecting a royalty on it from ACS. ACS is selling this to Intel for their Kadix product. In case anyone was wondering.
Thanks ZPaul. That slide is clearly presenting the use of SFOR's technology.
IBM Link w/ Mobile Trust Listed as Feature

I was told that the intel link was in a PowerPoint presentation posted in November/December of last year if anyone knows what I am talking about. The slide you want is slide 42. I will try to track down.
Here's what we all should be looking at... Even if the article from yesterday is completely fake, the total sum of the debt can be wiped out after the lawyers are paid off with ONE of the THREE settlements.
In regards to the Microsoft Azure settlement mentioned, if you read the summary of the settlement the wording clearly indicates that two separate deals were made: the 9 million for patent infringements and some sort of agreement to allow Microsoft Azure to continue using the patent in their product. If I had the link on hand I would post it.
Now if the licensing deal is only 0.5%, which would be horrible while taking into account that SFOR has hired some of the best patent lawyers in the world, SFOR still stands to surpass any quarterly revenue they have had up to date with this deal alone. Microsoft Azure did 1.1 Billion in sales last quarter alone. This would mean about 5.5 million per quarter for SFOR under an estimated 0.5% licensing deal. This is just speculation since there is no solid proof of the licensing deal yet but very realistic. Even if it was 10x less than that, the revenues would still be greater. It may also explain why Kay doesn't feel the need to announce a possible 3 million in debt reduction. Debt may not be a concern for SFOR anymore under such circumstances. And the reason these types of licensing deals are kept under wraps is because the Billion dollar companies do not want others knowing what they are willing to pay. It's good business.
SFOR patents have also recently showed up in IBM and Intel presentations for future products which may be out by now. One of them specifically put the patent number in their presentation. This almost certainly means a licensing deal. If not it would be an open and shut infringement lawsuit. Again if I had the links I would share them. I will start looking for these if they haven't been posted previously.
Now with SFOR being linked to the Big 3 in the software world, there is enormous future value here. Especially since all three have not stepped in and bought out SFOR already. Not to mention another 9 million coming from ACS.
So all in all, please sell your shares and drive this price down. The more shares one has, the bigger their house might possibly be. Especially since we know that these settlements alone will at least double its current evaluation. I am not sharing this to pump the price and I will not hesitate to keep adding on if this price keeps dropping. I just don't want the long holders to make a mistake and lose out on a POSSIBLE lottery ticket.
If anyone really wants to see where I pulled this stuff from I will start digging up my sources. Just send me a private message or reply and I will post them onto the board sometime this week.
My final comment is patients is key here. Even The FIDO Alliance is charging a push for an authentication change for online passwords due to a study Verizon wireless did where they found out 76% of hacks are accomplished due to poor passwords. This is something SFOR has in their pocket waiting to sell to any open arms. If you want more information on this search ' "Replacing Passwords: the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" ' in YouTube made by The FIDO Alliance. Check out who is on their board, several billion dollar companies, and check out what they are calling for. It just so happens to align with the patents SFOR owns.
Happy Wednesday All!
There is a good possibility that revenue has skyrocketed. SFOR made a splash when they got a settlement out of Microsoft. There's a chance licensing deals started to fly from there, BUT under NDA's. So we wouldn't know about them until we saw a REAL financial and not one from a bootleg, OTC, day trader site.
I am kind of confused about the amount of shares being sold off today. The judge filed an injunction on 1/31/17 giving 10 days for a response. That would be on Friday, late afternoon. I'm not saying a settlement will happen then but there is a great chance we will have a better idea of the outcome of at least one of the cases and about when it should happen. Not the best move selling when the settlement could be double the current evaluation after lawyers fees... IMHO...
Probably shouldn't post things about SFOR and insider trading information being released. Not the best look there.
In technical terms and catalyst driven stock would keep driving. This is a reactive driven stock right now. It only moves up when there's something to react to until it becomes old news. Its up to share holders in turn it into a catalyst driven stock.
I grabbed about 1.75 million shares today. Has to be a team effort.
I am glad nobody is making it to hard for me to load up on shares over this past week before this thing takes off. Thank you everyone!
NDA's are thrown around frequently. This is probably the case. Its a way for the companies to settle while they don't have to publicly admit their wrong doings.
What gives you this hunch?
How many times will Kay be asked about an R/S before we start trusting him?
