Agreed.
And once we read the fine print, we'll see that it's paid for but TAOL could use a little more exposure IMO.
"i've seen a bunch of those on various companies and they never reach that target but it looks good."

Add volume and stir right here.
Now I remember why I love OTC stocks (I primarily play the $CDNX).

Could get interesting on a break of the EMA(200) at $0.11...

Down-trend breach on the 2-year weekly chart. Add volume and stir.
"Your shares might be free, but you may not be for long. If you get my drift. lol. imo. eom."
Is this to suggest that, perhaps, I might disappear into thin air? lol. imo. JMP $EA31.
Whoa, easy there boys. With ARCA walking things down, heading for the gap, it made me *think*, especially with the PRs deadline that came and went this week. I'm still holding, free shares mind you, and the weekly chart is still down but today's close was promising. At least you didn't call me "looser". Is that you Strike?
If it hits ~$0.015, the gap will be filled; however, that is not to say that it'll get that low (MMs on the ask: 4 in the 17s, one in the 16s and the rest, 15s and below) and as I type, bids are moving up but it could games again. IMO.
Make that 3 of us wrt PTSC. Then the rumours, this week news for Thursday was it? Now, someone on Yahoo!Groups saying next Tuesday? Makes me think of the Nigerian 419 scam...
http://www.snopes.com/crime/fraud/nigeria.asp
Chart is still heading south in my opinion. I'm looking for 200-day EMA to hold and for DI+ to get back above DI-. RSI and MACD speak for themselves.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=XKEM&p=D&yr=0&mn=1&dy=0&id=p46915434381
IMO, it's trying to fill the gap at $0.015-0.018.
ARCA put the brakes on at about 3:55..I wonder if we'll see a repeat of today's action tomorrow (I'm not used to this low volume .
Is news expected in the near future? I took a quick look at the RB board but had an anxiety attack. :-o
Is that a double bottom that just formed? RSI and MACD trending higher getting ready for the next run?
No idea--I picked up on it as it crossed $0.34. Can't find news.
Bailed the other day at $0.90 (when 5-day EMA dropped below the 20-day EMA) and will look to re-enter once the dust has settled. Short-term and long-term indicators have all turned down. Does anyone have a precis on the PP discussion that's flooding the board?

Technicals...
I'm still trying to determine what effect the dump on the 10th is having. In my opinion, it formed the flagpole of a bearish pennant and if we break $0.85, the pps could fall to $0.60-0.70. Looks to me like the RSI is using the 50-yard line as support; MACD is looking bad; 5-day EMA just dropped below the 20-day EMA; -DI is trying to cross above +DI and ADX is trending down; Aroon oscillator is trending down; CMF is barely green. The sentiment that might hold us here is the potential for PR on H5N1 or HIV.
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=CYGX,uu[m,a]daclyyay[da][pc5!c20][vc60][iUa12,26,9!Ub14]...
Jimmy, thanks for the heads up...
I'm a new long (in a week or two ago at $1.03) so this dump tested my nerves but I held tight seeing that a) I like the recent news and b) I didn't see a technical reason for the plunge. I will, however, look at little more closely at the story.
Good luck today, off to the 9-5.
On the topic of TA...
Can we simply ignore my last post prior to the PP dump or whatever the hell happened yesterday? Lol. I considered loose lips but was glad to see it turn around rather quickly. Anyways, looks like another upday tomorrow (barring PP dump) as the fast RSI(2) and MACD(2,4,9) (bullish crossover here) suggest.

High EOD ASKs are there just in case a market order chewed through everything and some unlucky soul earned the right to buy a few extraordinarly overpriced shares.
We might bounce off support ~$0.98 (unlikely IMHO) but I won't be surprised to see sideways movement for a few days.

Keeping in mind, however, that many drugs have active metabolites (e.g., Prozac).
There's a good review on the state of therapeutic vaccination against HIV in Clin. Sci. (London), 2006, 110, 59-71.
DNA vaccines
Promising advances in recombinant techniques have led
to the development of a variety of DNA and viral vectors
that have been modified to facilitate the expression of
xenogeneic genes. Such vectors encode HIV proteins to
facilitate their delivery to cells, where expression and
intracellular processing can occur by normal cell mechanisms
in a manner mimicking natural HIV infection.
A wide range of DNA plasmids encoding exogenous
proteins have been developed in many different disease
settings, and DNA vaccination has been shown to induce
both cellular and humoral immune responses, but
without the pathogenesis fears of live vectors.
Early studies in HIV-infected chimpanzees demonstrated
that immunization with DNA vaccines expressing
HIV-1 gp160 and rev led to enhanced virus-specific
immune responses [69,70]. The first human trial of a
DNA vaccine for HIV was an open label dose-escalating
trial of DNA vaccine expressing HIV-1MN env gp160
and rev genes [100]. Fifteen asymptomatic HIV-infected
ART-na¨ıve individuals received intramuscular injections
of 30, 100 or 300 μg of DNA at 10 week intervals. The
vaccine was well-tolerated but there was no change in
CD4+ T-cell count or plasma viral load, although there
were marginal increases in anti-gp160 CTL activity in
a small number of volunteers. With the suggestion that
virus replication must be suppressed for the immune
system to be able to mount an immune response to a
potential vaccine, this same group vaccinated 13 stable
asymptomatic HIV-infected patients on HAART with a
combination of the env/rev DNA vaccine and a similar
one expressing HIV-1MN gag/pol genes. In this doubleblind
placebo-controlled dose-ranging clinical study
[101], there was no change in T-cell counts with vaccination,
but eight of 13 vaccinees showed positive IFN-γ
ELISpot (enzyme-linked immunospot) responses. Interestingly,
vaccination appeared to exert significant control
over the transient increases in viral load, known as viral
blips, compared with the placebo group.
Other groups have used DNA plasmids encoding
HIV-1 nef , tat or env genes (100 μg) in asymptomatic
HIV-infected individuals, which were found to be
safe, but only moderately immunogenic [102,103]. It is
now known that these doses of DNA vaccine are relatively
small and efforts are being made to augment plasmid
expression using a co-expressed cytokine [104,105]
and to improveDNAdelivery through the use of physical
techniques, such as gene gun injection and lipophilic,
cationic and targeted delivery systems [106,107].
Here's a "faster" look. RSI still has room to grow although the MACD is slowing. OBV is trending higher, Full STO has been overbought for sometime using 80 as a support, ADX up and bullish.

It'll be interesting to see what next weeks PR brings.
I tend to look at stocks in terms of the Lidenfrost effect. As of 1:30, it seems that someone's turned up the heat and I just hope we don't fizzle out too quickly.
"3. As for the benefit of our syn-DNA, we know this pretty well. One new way to see it is that in the old method using bacteria, there remain remnants of bacterial genes (if I understood this correctly). This is generally, not a good idea. Our product is cleaner."
Was he referring to "live attenuated viruses" which are *almost* always devoiid of pathogenicity? The benefit of synDNA being that it does not hold the potential to be pathogenic. Clean is good. A vaccine that works _in vivo_
is great.
"As to the nature of our method, he spoke of taking a gene from an organism rather than a larger part. I did not get the impression that we are dealing with an entirely synthetic gene as bigb suggested (but on this matter, I am in way over my head)."
Semantics. The anti-sense strand is synthesized (by a synthetic process) from the wild-type gene.
+0.07, she's *running*
0933 1.141x1.15
"Again todays PR was just a preview of things to come.
Some may call it fluff like. I tend to call it a glimpse
into the future."
I call it reprodicible results and hope the market also sees this as a good thing.
CYGX turned around late in the day after testing $1.04 off and on. Small leak or simply more interest?
I'm looking for RSI(2) to break through 70 and MACD to keep climbing. ADX and Aroon are looking strong. Does anyone annotate charts on this board?
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=CYGX,uu[m,a]daclyyay[da][pb5!b20][vc60][iUb2!Ua2,4,9]&am...
I'm reading the Biochem. 2004, 43, 1111-1117 paper tonight but would like to see something on one of their viral targets--has anything been published recently or are they good at updating their website?
Once the hangovers cleared, I think potential investors honed in on the last sentence of the recent PR.
"We have completed several animal synDNA(TM) vaccine studies against different viruses with very promising results. We are now accelerating our preclinical development of vaccines designed to protect specifically against various individual influenza strains, including the H5N1 avian influenza virus."
p.s., The longs are doing a great job covering the DD here. Keep it up!
I'm seeing 1.16x1.175. If it's a neutral open (i.e., it comes down to 1.13) then consider an entry, otherwise, I'd sit out the first 30 minutes before deciding.
MACD turning down, RSI and %WM maxing out...doesn't look like a great entry point to me...thoughts 4God?
Merry Christmas to everyone...maybe Santa will be nice and bring us that QOIL entry point we're looking for.
Lol...rich!
Quest Oil Corporation Reports Gas Production From Acadia `10-22'
16 November 2005, 06:00am ET
HOUSTON, Nov. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quest Oil Corporation (OTCBB:QOIL), subsidiary, Quest Canada Corp. is pleased to report the initial gas production at the Acadia North well "10-22" totaled 56.7 mmcf for an average of 1.89 mmcfpd over the first 30 days of production.
Well "10-22" was effectively on-stream October 15, 2005 at a run rate of 1.0 mmcfpd to test the line pressures and understand characteristics of the well. Shortly after start-up the well lines experienced freezing due to the drop in pressure from well delivery into the low pressure Altagas collection pipe line. The remedy was the installation of a methanol injection pump to continuously keep the values and line from freezing. After a three day test period well "10-22" production was slowly increased to 2.10 mmcfpd reaching the capacity of the Altagas collection pipe line.
Mentioned Last Change
QOIL 0.341 (Unchanged)
Operators of the well "10-22" Transaction Oil and Gas Ventures, notified the Company today that extra line capacity is now available and that Quest will be allowed to notched up production to between 2.5 and 3.0 mmcfpd.
Company President and CEO, Cameron King stated; "`10-22' is capable of producing at a consistent flow rate of 5 mmcfpd or twice the current production run rate with little draw down on well pressure. The Company is very pleased to have reached this production benchmark and with continued focus and investment we will be able to create a sizeable multi-well play in the Acadia Valley area."
ABOUT QUEST OIL CORPORATION
The Company is committed to the exploration and development of economical oil and natural gas reserves globally. Quest management is focused on an acquisition program targeting high quality and low risk prospects. Initially Quest is focused on the development of North American oil and gas resources allowing highly leveraged production opportunities in Alberta and Texas, through its 100% owned subsidiaries Quest Canada Corp., Wallstin Petroleum LLC and PetroStar Oil Services, Inc.

I wish these audio interviewers would provide a precis of the goings-on. Pretty red day all around (for me at least); waiting to see if qoil is going to start taking out stop-losses.
I closed my position at $0.44 after reading this last PR. I might re-enter around $0.40 in a month or so depending on news...in the meantime, I've dumped my profits into ENY at $1.95. Good luck to all longs.

LifeStem, in addition to being the first company to focus on the micro-collection of stem cells, will also be the first company to offer a collection service that collects and stores two different types of stem cells for autologous use. "We believe that it is in the client's best interest to store stem cells from two tissue sources," added LifeStem President Dan Fulkerson. "By preserving two different types of stem cells on a pre-disease basis and making the cells available to the client, the client is afforded two distinct and different stem cell lineages to better suit their particular situation.
