IMO the wild card is China, Japan, and U.K. per CB's 4/26/17 facebook post. A lot of the new middle/upper class in China's larger cities love Western things and icons (like CB) and want them.
Canada would be nice too. I continue to feel that a full international rollout could push the share price beyond $1. Would be pushing the 50,000 cases/month pretty hard then IMO.
Things are proceeding quickly, not quite as quickly as originally thought in Jan/Feb, but still quickly.
Still holding with just under 2 million shares for end of 2018. GLTA.
Will it be a margin call?
Exactly.
Retiring the debt.
Just look at all those sold cases moving out of the warehouse!
Yes...we've been told to run for the hills and a certain someone has chosen to private message me, providing the wise council that I am a dumb dumb :) Hilarious.
So I will predict at least 0.30 by the end of the year, IMO this dilution is not material to the growth of the company.
Seems to me that any dilution significant to the company's growth would only hurt the CEO, CFO, and CB. Not likely ;)
So a 4% dilution since mid January when the business model changed. Well, won't matter much if revenues increase 300-500%+ during that time.
Especially if this means the debt is gone, good deal.
The shot with CB and the Bellissima is great!
Also...reverse splits are for companies with no revenue...just ideas and hopes and promises, i.e. the typical pink sheet stock.
Prisoner sold 170,000 cases the year it was bought out...for $285 million. Remember my comp of ~ 0.35/share at that level ($285 million/826 million O/S) from a couple messages ago for ICNB?
And, guys and gals, Prisoner ain't half what ICNB is gonna be in a year. Think national distribution, a start on international, OTC uplisting, etc. And of course, CB. Her endorsement services alone would increase the buyout price significantly.
I agree...things are about to get crazy in the next 6-12 months. Some barely believable things are going to happen to the share price of ICNB, IMO.
My understanding from the last PR is that they have already hired a company to look into it. Hoping it holds off until later next year when revenues and the share price have had a chance at exponential growth.
Points of reference: the reported $120 million buyout for the SkinnyGirl cocktails
www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/bethenny-frankel-skinnygirl-sale-181124
and the $285 million buyout of Prisoner Wine
http://www.winespectator.com/webfeature/show/id/52992
Given the current ICNB share structure (about 826 million shares O/S)
this would equate to 0.14-0.15/share (Skinny Girl) or 0.34-0.35/share (Prisoner) if applied to ICNB.
IMO, the ICNB Bellissima line has multiple times more potential than either the Skinny Girl or Prisoner wine scenarios. Just hope they get the time to realize it.
Have definitely got it and will have it until end of 2018 or a buyout!
Nothing happening next week is already baked into the share price IMO. A financial report with revenues and a small amount of earnings, along with some of the other items mentioned and a surprise or 2 (uplisting for example)....could see this go to 0.05 or beyond quickly.
Thanks Cindy!
Very plausible depending on the number of shares. Not farfetched as long as CB is involved as she is now and CEO continues to distribute. This equates to current and exponentially increasing revenues IMO.
Short term delays with the PRs and financials will lead to short term fluctuations in the share price only. May be quite a bit of bashing over the next 2 weeks, or even until 1st quarter financials. If those are released a couple weeks late, more bashing, etc. This matters to those inclined to short term trading but not to those with a long term approach.
Still thinking I would wait based on the possibility of a 3-5 bagger from there from a buyout. They have reportedly hired a consultant to look into buyout possibilities already.
At a dollar they would be OTC with big time visibility. My biggest concern (if you can call it that) is they will be bought out before the end of FY 2017 at a lower price, the good Doctor's postulation of $400 million, for example.
There has been some speculation on an eventual uplisting to NYSE but IMO they will not make it due to a buyout first. NYSE listing requirements are pretty stringent:
https://www.nyse.com/publicdocs/nyse/listing/NYSE_Initial_Listing_Standards_Summary.pdf
Interesting and it could happen.
If that 30 million in profits happens in 1 year though, I think they might be hard pressed to buyback shares at under 10 cents...unless they do it in the next month or 2 at most. IMO there are profits now but not quite 30 million.
30 million would equate to about 3.6 cents/share earnings for 826 million shares. With a conservative P/E of 20 (and much higher levels are possible), that equates to a share price of 72 cents.
No impact on my thinking. Long until end of 2018 or the buyout, whichever comes first. ICNB
What is your feeling about where ICNB could potentially end up? Still in the same range as your article, or higher based on subsequent progress made by ICNB?
Any ideas on where to find the wine in NC and MN? These are 2 states where Bellissima is advertised as distributed.
I ordered and received some from CT (Toast Wines by Taste) but my NC friends and I would like to be able to purchase locally.
Presented the Skinny Girl amount as a worst case scenario. IMO could see buyout at $5+ mid to late 2018.
Some would scoff at this price, pointing out that would mean $4 billion+. However there would be a lot more to it than just revenue and profits being generated by sales of whatever product is being sold at the time. Imagine the possibility of CB promoting other products for a large beverage company.
Here's hoping the buyout holds off until the share price grows to at least that point or more!
Fantastic!!!
Beyond understanding that a T trade is an after hours trade...really don't know the significance. What is your opinion regarding what it means?
Fantastic find! ICNB good as gold. In until 2018 or the buyout. GLTY
There is simply no stopping CB and therefore no stopping ICNB. Success may be delayed by a month or 2 compared to original forecasts and that may vex those with a short term horizon.
No concerns here. In until the end of 2018 or the buyout, which ever comes first. GLTY
The Yahoo comparison is very apt. I'm in until end of 2018 or the buyout. No one is getting my shares until then. Don't care what the short term fluctuations might be or how negative some of the short term traders and/or other individuals who try to drive the share price down through negative commentary.
Even if this sold out at Skinny Girl levels ($100 million), that would be 11-12 cents a share...about a 5 bagger for me and much more for others. And IMO, the share price and eventual potential buyout will be much, much, more.
If we see large volume on the downside I would agree. I'd anticipate low volume and bouncing between 0.015 and 0.018 until the financials are released...IMO. GLTY
Latest PR says within the next 15 days.

Great find mudcat! She is definitely earning her $1/bottle and 1% of shares buyout at 0.001.

ICNB...good as gold.
With full US and international distribution, $5+ by mid-end 2018.
But things seem to be moving pretty quickly. Possible the buyout price could be under $1 and by the end of this year because the brand and marketing on this are red hot.
I am in until the end of 2018 or until the buyout.
GLTY!
Some feel the 2016 annual financials will not show a profit.
Based on only $1/case fee to United, I am revising my prediction from maybe $80K profit to $100K+.
I also think the next 2 weeks may not be too favorable for the share price but don't care.
Expect a PR with the financials on April 15. Then watch ICNB fly.
Then the 1st quarter of 2017 financials maybe in early June. By then it will really take off. $0.50+
Keeping in mind, I am not very good at short term stock price predicting. ;)
Holding my shares until end of 2018 or buyout. And this means you can't have them until then. Cheers and GLT all.
$1/case for United Spirits? Negligible impact...sounds good!
Excellent compilation!
No concerns here...and no amount of noise will make me sell. Even if it's just the financials and no PR for 2-4 weeks. Holding until end of 2018 or buyout.
Things seem to have changed since the February if it does not go to 5 cents in the next 2 weeks I'll never post again :)
Go ICNB!
Potential competition...but they do not have CB as a spokesperson!
End of 2018 or buyout is my plan. I am speculating that the share price at that time will be considerably higher than now.
Do we know if Bellissima Prosecco will be participating in this?
Should be interesting to see how the flipping goes when volume picks up to say, 50 or 100 million shares a day.
