Interest in ICNB very high as we move towards 200,000 posts. A couple questions for your considered opinion:
1. How much in sales/revenue growth needed to sustain share price of $10 by end of year?
2. All the news is great! How much time does the company have to grow sales and revenue from their various intiatives?
Thanks for your time and attention sir!
With more details about new products and international rollout, plus sales increases, I am in agreement that $3-5 is very possible by Labor Day and $10+ by year end. $ICNB
For a long time speculation was non-existent in this stock. People were trading it for beer money.
Now, with the R/S attracting a different investor and all the interesting news (infused drinks, Hooters, China, etc.), the speculation is back and could carry it to $10 this year.
With some good financials and acquisition rumblings, maybe $20-$30 next year. Cheers, $ICNB
Can't wait to try the Sprizz, hope it is here in MN soon! The Bellissima Prosecco is selling quite well at a liquor store (Better Values Liquor West in Anoka ) about 2 miles away from us.
Good job Rich and Christie!
Not an assumption, part of the agreement as I understand it.
CB will yet be the difference here! Great DD!
Think about it from the noteholder's point of view. Would you accept restricted shares without eliminating the possibility of a R/S until after you had divested yourself of those shares (a process that will not happen quickly due to the restriction)?
R/S not allowed/happening per agreement with the noteholders (they got restricted shares and would not have agreed to this if a R/S was in play). There have been a number of comments speculating about a R/S so just thought I'd mention...

Just curious Penny, what caused you to change your mind from short term to long term on this?
I like your target price...even though I'll admit mine is a bit higher ;)
It's a nice even 0F here. Looking forward to 25F here Sunday but -10 to -15 overnight in the meanwhile. Fortunately, ICNB is heating up :)
Have added this a.m. Other posters who state this is cheap below 0.01 are correct IMO. GLTY ICNB
Looking to buy more in the 0.004's? ;)
Q4 financial statement...or 2017 audited annual financial statement. Things progressing very quickly here compared to other rollouts that ended up as 9 figure buyouts like Skinny Lady and Prisoner. On the other hand, not as quickly as Rich had hoped last spring and the market appears to be holding that against him. Once it's audited and is reporting millions of sales (and even possibly a net profit), then the PPS will take off.
Right now the total market value of the company is less than $5 million (916 million shares outstanding x 0.0053). Or, if you want to use authorized shares of about 1.6 billion, less than $9 million Either scenario, IMO, makes it a screaming buy, given the status of the product rollout and sales.
Just imagine Whole Foods and Costco. When Costco stores in other states hear about sales at the one in NY they will want Bellissima also!
Whoever planned the marketing for Bellissima was wise...hitting a number of points...$15-25; premium sparkling wine; produced with respect to the environment.
IMO stock price should be heading north soon; $0.10 feasible by the end of the summer and $0.25+ by the end of the year, in particular if the uplisting gets done.
Or from 2 weeks ago I think..."this is going subpenny...then chaos" :)
Good point, Bellissima may soon be for sale in Hong Kong!
It would make sense that they pay Costco a percentage of sales in consideration for Costco allowing them to be located adjacent to the main Costco store. That sort of thing isn't free.
Excellent work, thanks!
Exactly. I just called them again and asked where they were located relative to the main Costco store. The answer I got was "separate entrance but easy walking distance, right next to Costco". Everyone will think of it as Costco liquor warehouse even if it technically is not. And you can bet that Costco stores in other states are paying attention :)
Done!
Just spoke to the Riverhead, NY Costco liquor warehouse phone 631-208-8800....they sold out of the original shipment and have ordered and received an additional 10 cases.
Imagine sales if this was carried in all or most of the 729 Costco warehouses...they are the world's #1 retailer of wine. Some of those warehouses have very interesting locations (CA, UK, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Spain, and soon in France)

See message #117587. Focus on #1-#3. Good Luck.
Yes and they're going to need a bigger map by the end of the year when the international distribution happens. Go Bellissima! Let the ICNB revenues and good times roll!
A lot of folks from Japan and even some from China visit Hawaii...it is IMO an excellent gateway to international distribution.
Yes indeed, with revenues increasing 2-4x plus in each successive quarter!
And it is for sale and selling in 2 stores (Better Value Liquors and Coborns) within a 5 mile radius of where I live. In Anoka MN!
If it's doing well in MN think of how well it's doing on the coasts and in Chicago!!
Check it out! We are going to meet expectations. And if the stock price doesn't rise accordingly, no problem. IMO, in that case, by the end of the year, ICNB will be buying back shares. Than demand will exceed supply (because international, at least Canada, will be online by then) for the stock, the price will rise, and then, later in 2018, IMO, the buyout!
With many more to come!
This sentiment is understandable with a short term perspective. The predication from last February of 0.05 was disappointing. Led to a negative attitude and a lot of unnecessary name calling.
That price point will not be a problem with a longer term perspective. Not concerned about what happens next week or month. More interested in late next year.
As for reverse splits especially or any significant increase in O/S (to many billions in any case)...unlikely because that would not be in the best interests of the people with the most to gain/lose: CB, Rich, and Joe.
Point well taken...a delay of a quarter or so would not change the picture for those of us invested in this long term.
And let's hope the thinking stays that way until at least late next year to give them time to grow it.
Exactly. The current share price assumes Q1 will be a total bomb...i.e. maybe 5000 or 6000 cases sold and revenues similar to 2016 total ($300,000-350,000).
Even if the revenues disappoint...maybe $700,000-$800,000, this will represent a delay of a quarter or so in execution of the company's business plan. Similar to what happened to Phase II, it was delayed in execution about a quarter.
These delays of a quarter or so will have little or no impact for those of us who are longs IMO. I'm in 'till end of 2018 or the buyout.
The international piece is the wildcard that could push this over $1 IMO, so long as it has the chance to be fully executed next year before a buyout.
Thanks...even though my gut feel is a buyout next year at a lower level (0.10-0.30) for now I will be the optimist and say "See you late next year at $1/share plus!"
Seems a few posters feel that the stock is doomed because there is a disconnect between the stack price and the company's performance. Will address that but first, my prediction for Q1 revenues:
Less than $1 million (under 17,000 cases sold) would be a disappointment.
$1-$2 million would meet expectations (17,000-33,000 cases sold).
Over $2 million would exceed expectations (more than 33,000 cases sold).
My feeling is that revenues will fall between $1-$2 million for Q1.
As to the stock price, there are a couple of ways to address that if (with no changes in current share structure or company ownership) it continues in the 0.01-0.02 range:
1. As soon as cash flow exceeds the minimum needed to purchase inventory and the debt is paid off, announce a share buy back and then do so.
2. Uplist
3. Market the company to a suitor for a buyout
#2 and #3 IMO are so likely I'd say they're almost inevitable. Given the company officers not taking a salary and owning a lot of shares, CB with the right to buy 1% of shares at 0.001...they have a significant interest to increase the share price (remember her photo with a certain large beverage company name in the background...doesn't mean it will happen but does document the mindset). Also, the company has already announced they have hired a consultant to evaluate buyout possibilities.
A reverse split and/or increasing the number of shares by billions...a scenario postulated by some individuals (who have also indicated they are shorting ICNB :)) would be counterintuitive to what the primary players (Rich, CB, Joe) want because it would free fall the share price. Therefore, IMO it is highly unlikely.
The share buyback possibilities may be limited by cash flow and the increase in the price of the stock ;)
My main concern now with the rollout progressing and large retailer/international coming is that the buyout will occur at a disappointingly low price, for example 0.10-0.30.
As a basis of comparison, Prisoner Wine sold for $285 million after being grown to 170,000 cases sold/year.
http://www.winespectator.com/webfeature/show/id/52992
That would be about 0.33 a share for ICNB with current O/S of 866 million. I and other longs are hoping for $1/share plus...still doable with the full international rollout and then buyout in late 2018 IMO.
170,000 cases sold annually is less than 15,000 cases a month and IMO there is a 50/50 chance Bellissima hits that mark or exceeds it for 2017, particularly since Q2 and beyond will include CA sales, as well as potentially a large chain and some international later in the year. GLTA.
That is a nice find and great news! MI in the books and close to 40 states!
Ordinarily you would be right and I would not have bothered with this thing with Southridge involved. If sales continue to increase and revenues follow, the percentage of their involvement (other than as shareholders) as a part of the total value of the company should decrease.
The wildcard is CB and her attorneys. I believe this is why Rich went silent for awhile...he was told in no uncertain terms to keep quiet unless he could back up his words.
CB has far more to lose than most if not all of us if this turns into any kind of scam. Not so much out of pocket $ but loss of reputation which could decrease her relevance as a public figure.
On a more positive note, CB has been and continues to put considerable effort into this and as long as that continues, I'll be invested in ICNB.
Yes indeed...and I will be buying more next week after funds clear if it stays at these levels or goes lower :).
The lack of updating on the location map has been bugging me (and I think others) for awhile and Ryan has not responded to my last few inquiries, so I decided to email Rich. Here is his response:

Thank you for your e-mail and I do share your frustration but I am pleased to tell you I expect a fix being implemented next week.
The problem is two part, first and foremost I want to assure you this is not Ryan's fault or his responsibility.
This is clearly a matter of us being too reliant on information we can only access from our distribution partners who to be perfectly frank have to supply us the data of "Accounts Sold". This is not a priority for them but it is important to us.
The other problem I see is the bottles are becoming too cumbersome and the map becomes just a mess awash in bottle markers.
I have decided we will work out a distributor identifier per State and list the wholesaler in that state that the consumer can go to their retailer and if they do not already carry Bellissima the consumer can tell the retailer who the wholesaler is. I think this is the easier way to proceed and it will shoe the stated activated.
Hope this clarifies the matter, if this is not the right fix then we will readdress. The company is truly focused on sales, sales and more sales now. This is a critical time of year heating up for the summer season in a number of key markets.
Thanks
Rich
All 3 versions of Bellissima are available at Better Values Liquor in West Anoka, MN, just off U.S Highway 10...less than 3 miles from where I live. Some of the Coburn's stores (about 2 dozen stores in MN)are starting to carry it and they can all order it. And they deliver!
