I have literally been here since February. I was here
No that is not how that works. I am not hiring a lawyer who writes themselves in as a creator when I only hired them to file the patent
Well to manufacture Vitastem they used other manufacturers
But he literally doesn’t use Phillips facilities. It’s only the patent. He has his own manufacturer and distributor.

“Aroon up” just crossed the “aroon down” indicating an uptrend. This happened about 2 days ago.
We went over this months ago. That is not associated with Viaderma. That is Phillips company, which has no effect on Otiko.
The name change was rebranding. The lawsuit is over the delivery system. Keough just wrote his name in along with Phillips. Imagine if you had an idea and hired a patent lawyer and your lawyer literally wrote his name in beside yours under creator and filed it. That’s exactly what has happened. The only reason the lawsuit is taking time is because the legal system in the US is slow
Trump declares opioids a crisis as of today:

740 is available shares
It’s the same thing. They changed the name.
Biotech’s have a history of trading 30X Book Value so your 5X estimate is conservative.
And VDR* has a 96% efficacy, a huge distribution agreement, FDA approval, and a completed product with a current inventory of $1,500,000. It baffles me to see the price at this level. I’ve seen large biotech companies release efficacy results of 30% and go up 3000% in a week.
CHART:
I noticed this a while back and have done further research on the accumulation/distribution line. Even in periods of price decline, the accum./distribution line has increase. Which means people are buying and holding. When we run, we could have a massive short squeeze and go much higher than expected.

That was from September. The shares outstanding don’t get updated on a daily basis!
Dilution occurred in the month of September, which the company disclosed to shareholders may happen several months prior, I believe it was May. If dilution were to happen again, we would know about it months in advance.
This might be the daily average. I’m not arguing with people who just jumped on this stock yesterday for a flip. You’ve done no research.
Because it only hit marketwired yesterday and TD Ameritrade today.
There is such little volume. If there was huge volume and it was going down then yes maybe but this isn’t the case today.
Not enough exposure yet. Wait until it spreads this weekend. Next week will be an uptrend
You are literally basing your facts off of assumptions. You don’t know what kind of distribution and manufacturing deals are in place. You don’t even know how much the product costs.
Ok excuse me. $50 per bottle at the least and if it’s wholesale they will be selling a lot more than 15,000 units
The 15,000 initial production run is $1,500,000 in revenue! From a FIRST RUN
Hahahahahahahgaha
They’ve been saying that for “1 month” not months
Do you have proof or know if any specific bills he’s paying? Probably not
What patch???? You haven’t even named one product correctly! Canada is going to legalize marijuana by July 2018. America is not. Canadian company has the resources and storefronts already in place.
Moved to Canada? You have literally no clue what you’re talking about.
You’re right. Startups are known for meeting deadlines especially when they create new products.
Why? Because the stock is going up 50% a day like you planned? And news isn’t presented to you on a platter once a week?
"Confirmed through iHub" havabahahahahhaa im sure it's accurate since its through iHub. Dilution is over and it was confirmed by the company that it look place months ago to get cash for manufacturing.
It's actually just Keough who is suing. It's Keough vs about 11 parties on Otiko's side.
We’re about to hit a milestone this month
They were right on time for FDA approval and I see you keep referring to the Philippines because that’s the only example of VDRM not “following through” with something but what really is happening there is VDRM is getting approved to sell Viabecline in the Philippines. We were given no due date on the Philippines. As for everything else, VDRM has followed through and done everything they’ve released in a PR. I expect sales to be announced in the next week.
It’s always so strange that when good news comes to fruition you disappear for weeks because you’ve been proven wrong by the company.
Concerning the lawsuit. No new submissions have been uploaded to the website since September 6. None of the submission state anything about halting sales. The lawsuit hasn’t been taken to trial yet and more than likely won’t because its a frivolous lawsuit. Keough will lose and that will be the end of that
It’s about 3 days past the 45 day mark and we already know there is a 1-1.5 week delay based on the emails sent out to buyers from biognx.
The ones without patience aren't longs and some don't even hold stock here.
People don’t understand that there are possibilities of delays and not everything goes smoothly as planned. Sales will be announced
Production is going on as scheduled and we should be updated rather quickly. It is 12 parties vs Keogh. So I believe we have the upper hand.
You have no clue.
you show me a startup that has a business plan that involves creating a new product and meets every single deadline they have. You’ll never find one
