Anyone hear anything at all on this???
TenKay, so what would Hitor do moving forward from here? They will need to file financials going back as far as 4 years from what I understand. How long to do this and what else would they need to accomplish to be in full compliance? I ask this because the only reason I can see for them getting into compliance at this point is if they actually have some things in the works.
I don't believe it is over. They will need to redo their financials and submit along with appropriate paperwork and get MM to trade their stock. I would give it 3 or 4 months and if we see nothing then I will be taking a much different stance.

Ok so the next question: is there anything they can do to avoid delisting? Also let's assume we se a complete delisting what do they need to do to get relisted aside from filing financials and how much would a relisting cost in general?
Well I think it is safe to say no matter what you believe about the future of this company, there will be no news announcement for many weeks to come (If there ever was one to begin with). Disappointing...
WOW... What else is there to say... Frustrating
If there were news in the pipeline this would be busting out to the upside with major volume... Nothing at this point.
Very disappointing day. Nothing else to say.
Randy, I don't expect the financials to be good at all. BUT they need them to get their financials and listing in order with the SEC. This would be the logical 1st step prior to any business/contract announcements. I am not saying anything is coming, just saying that would be the logical next step IF IF IF anything is getting close...
Well in the penny world there is always major buying on solid rumors. We have not seen that at this point. I have said several times we will see 7, 8, 10 million shares or more traded on a serious rumor. At this point I would fully expect new financials to come out before any news.
LOL ok I understand the MMJ lingo now. Let's hope it does take off. Volume nothing very special but good price move. Something up for sure if we see a penny. I would expect to see new financials before anything else. Of course just new financials may put this at couple of pennies.
Tumulusus it is very strange that these new people have said absolutely nothing concerning Hitor. Bunch of people saying nothing. So not sure what to make if things. Little bit of volume and up 300%. Time will tell.
What is all the chatter about marijuana stocks??? This has nothing to do with Hitor. I got the feeling they were getting close with various technologies on their website.
Randy this run is acting differently. If u still own shares why not give it a week to 10 days to play out some more and see what happens.
I cannot PM reply
Volume is way too low for anything to be going on. We got 5 new board members yesterday and now a 226% jump... something is up when we have 7 or 8 million shares and more each day for several days. GLTA
I don't believe it is the end yet. Of course this is just my opinion... GLTA
Looks like our new friends DJPennyTrader and Unlimited OTC have already skipped town and are on to other adventures... Interesting to see these new people pop up when there is a slight jump in trading... GLTA
Have to wonder what, if anything, is going on... Doesn't look like at this point they have any takers on any of the technologies they support...
I agree if there was anything going on we would have blown by these prices and probably would have millions if not tens of millions of shares traded. This doesn't mean they aren't still working on things. Hitor has never promoted themselves as having ownership of any technology so that doesn't concern me. Supposedly Martin has many contacts all over the world and some quite powerful. My concern is that no one is signing up for any of these products/projects. My other concern is that they need to get their financials in order. They are supposedly working on this BUT that work and negotiations have been going on for many, many months with nothing to show for the efforts. Now, all of this changes with just ONE contract. Can Martin pull this off??? Many here say "No"... I am not so sure. Most penny companies fail so if Hitor Fails it shouldn't be surprising to anyone. But lets hope that doesn't happen... GLTA Remember 9/11
I agree that if Hitor posts financials that will be a very positive sign. Most likely they would have worked a deal out with their previous auditor to get revised, accurate accounting submitted. If submitted, that would most likely mean they will have the funds to pay for future financial audits. How do you pay??? Contracts and business/money flow. I guess it is sit back and see what develops.
tumulusus, I said if the Bid and Ask tighten up and little or no volume that would not be positive. The Bid and Ask still have a HUGE spread. Again this discourages trading. Those wanting to sell have a low price and those wanting to buy have a high price. Sometimes this can mean the market Makers are seeing some irregular trade requests come in and they are trying to figure out what to do so they widen the bid and ask greatly to see what happens. Could mean there are massive amount of sells in system but sellers are trying to sell at or near the Ask OR there are plenty of buys but buyers do not want to pay the .0029 and have limit orders in well below that lets say .0018 or so. Until the bid and ask tighten up and trades start to occur you really cant tell which direction this is headed. At this point it is not about volume but rather what will happen when the market makers tighten everything up. Right now it is a "wait and see" situation. Good luck all...
BIG spread between bid and ask. Shuts down trading. Sometimes means they are trying to figure out what to do. Sometimes... If bid and ask tighten up with no or low volume. Not good... or should I say not positive...
The few times over the years where Hitor had a good volume day it has never been followed up with nice volume in the next couple of trading days. If anything is going on in a positive manner there will be volume today and for the foreseeable future. Certainly more than 6 million shares. The stock went up 138% on a nice start of over 6 million shares. Anything going on this will just be the start. Watch today and Friday and see what happens.
You don't invest??? Well thank you for hanging out here and gracing us with your presence... Most people on these boards have a vested interest in the stock boards they follow.
Well I hope you have not invested here based on people telling you not to. Could prove to be bad for your investment account... Or maybe that fortune cookie you opened will prove to be a home run... Time will tell as it always does...
The question Ronin_Trader is WHY? Why you would come here and sit and watch this stock baffles me unless you are talking to company officials... We are up 10% on followers in last 2 weeks. WHY??? This stock has been dead for years... I know they are still working to make something happen so one must make assumptions...
Interesting we just picked up couple new followers... Why?
Nice to see a little life. I won't get too enthused until we see volume in the 10 million range and 100 to 200 percent price rise. Until then you can rest assured there are no upcoming contracts or announcements, just new blood trying to push a small rally to make a couple of bucks. I still have hope HITR can get something going but only time will tell...
I agree Hitor does need a deal robe come legitimate. New technologies with no deals or contracts just will not help or move this stock.
I agree but volume means something. Good, bad, or some long term accumulation. Yes something positive that is close volume of no less than 10 million. Minimum and price rise...
Interesting we have had almost 7 million shares traded in the last 8 days. Slight uptick... You would think something is up good or bad... Shares are moving...
Has anyone else noticed Hitor has updated most of its website and has removed Dyno Rev and added a Wind Turbine section. New partners etc. Maybe they are moving slightly on something. Makes no sense to update just for the sake of it...
Anyone hearing anything?
A rebound is possible but HIGHLY unlikely. Very rare with companies like this who have never entered into a contract nor produced a single product.
Love watching the grass grow...
My understanding is that they are still in the "Trying to get financing" stage and there are interested parties. However this stage has been going on for many months. One must assume that they do not have anyone signed up for a project thus no clear plan to present to potential financial supporters. Unless Martin has a billionaire for a friend who is willing to take a risk, Hitor needs to get some contracts in line to get their financing... Again, going off of volume and price I would say they are no closer to a deal then they were 2 or 3 years ago. I wish I saw something different but I just don't... GLTA
Anyone hearing anything???
As I said in a previous post and it appears they are having a VERY difficult time coming up with financing. For a company which has never done anything and is in debt, they would have to present a clear plan and most likely prove they either have, or can get contracts. Now if they have a clear plan and contracts waiting in the wings, volume and price would certainly jump. Since we have not seen this, I would assume we are still where we have been for several years, scouring the world looking for someone who will sign a deal with Hitor. Then financing should be relatively easy...
