I was contacted by the Guinness book of world records, they wanted to verify Kona Gold Beverage was
the company that took the longest in OTC history to change its name since announcing so. They are also considering Kona
for the most times telling their shareholders they were moving forward and in a new direction without actually
moving anywhere in a noticable direction.
Waiting on that nationwide teleconference to update the shareholders. Last PR says " after " the reverse merger completed.
You would think they would want to capitalize on a profitable quarter.
You guys are funny, playing the doom and gloom of Kona Gold. All while everyone will be getting a small dividend from Bemax
and Bemax will be helping Kona Gold realize its full potential. Read the article about Kroger and Bemax.
Don't forget to read this part. "This initiative, which has brought JPMorgan Chase to partner with LISC, will further provide Bemax with increased exposure to capital and community networking among American businesses, especially potential major grocery store buyers of our private label brands, says Taiwo Aimasiko, CEO, Bemax Inc. We continue to work to expand our distribution network, increase sales, and establish long relationships that present potential, beneficial partnerships.

This may help some understand. Sounds like Bemax will have a new subsidiary , they may change the name, but it will stay
a beverage company with all of Bemax's distribution channels and hopefully funding to make it work.

Was waiting for notice of late filing for 2nd quarter,
apparently , yesterday it was filed.
Should be some filings to tell all, they also need a record date.
Very strange we see this with a 8/12 date and another PR on 8/12 saying they were
making a decision between two companies for a reverse merger. They said PART of
the agreement for Bemax , I want to know the rest of the agreement.
As part of the acquisition agreement, Bemax Inc. will issue Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) in Restricted Common Shares of Bemax, Inc. (OTC Pink: BMXC) to be paid to Kona Gold Beverage, Inc. (OTC Pink: KGKG) shareholders in the form of a dividend. This arrangement reflects Bemax's commitment to providing tangible value to the shareholders of both companies, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome from this transaction.

Seems odd that you can still go onto Amazon , search for Ooh la lemin, buy it
if you like and it says over to the right . Sells and ships by Kona Gold. Someone
is still making money.
Dated July 17th 2024
Kona Gold Beverages is pleased to announce the successful initiation of a production run for its HighDrate drinks. The initial production runs were smooth, with the cans boasting a striking appearance and the taste receiving positive feedback. However, subsequent to these runs, the manufacturer has been unresponsive and has proven unable to meet Kona Gold's large order demands. Consequently, Kona Gold Beverages is actively collaborating with several other manufacturers to ensure the timely and efficient production of HighDrate drinks, aiming to bring them back on track and to market as soon as possible.
Bemax got an invite from Kroger on 7/10 for a suppliers diversity supplier.
Covert which Kona Gold bought and still owns has a unique Consumer packaging unit, Wow so does Bemax, maybe a nice addition
Surge Dist or old Gold leaf Dist will probably be bought by Bemax to add to their distribution. You can never have too many distribution channels
Lots of posibilities in my opinion, I also think the 15th should bring news or a filing. No one has seen the 2nd quarter and I would think any buyer
would be very interested in what Covert revenue is.
My opinion , I think the debt holders are calling the shots, they could probably call in the loans and take the company.
Bemax has got to be the tool they are using to acquire us. Personally , I think the name KONA GOLD
is probably worth more to a company than whatever they are selling out of Melbourne, FL. at this time.
What gets me is they never came out with a 8K about one of the Ooh La Lemin flavors that became
a tainted batch. Then the maker buys ooh la lemin, then silence , then football player Ceo's, then name
change, Now this. Getting rid of debt would be great. The only problem is WE still don't have any
Kona Gold Hemp Energy to drink , I'm crossing fingers that the Apple Rush deal is still on and we all get
to drink Kona by Christmas. Call me an optimist.
I will say however, that I had a friend who did well in funeral stocks , because people are always dying.
So , I would guess the diaper and tampon biz is similar.
My very first thought when I read the news " Being bought by a tampon maker will bleed us all dry "
Then I noticed they were trading at 7x our price.
Just a guess, maybe the buying company is owned by some of the people we owe money to and there is
no need to buy some of Kona twice. So details must be worked out. Didn't I just mention a soap opera yesterday ?
the plot thickens.
More believable link from the OTC
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BMXC/news/Bemax-Inc-Signs-Letter-of-Intent-to-Acquire-Kona-Gold-LLC?id=449137
No one going to try and guess who we might reverse merger with ? Lets see, could be Loud Beverage, could be Apple Rush
could be the original maker of ooh la lemin. Daytime soap opera's have nothing on the OTC
The Companies go well together, once debt settlements/agreements are made, they finally put a new name on the holding company and get production
runs for Highdrate D9 and Kona hemp energy we will already have distribution channels. As far as shelf space, Neither Amazon or Walmart have deleted
Kona from showing up as a out of stock item. If Covert and Surge can each bring about 5 million annually, maybe the lack of launch during the drink season
won't hurt as bad as we think. Again, I'm waiting to see what the 2nd quarter looks like, won't the 15th be deadline ?
At least the company still has income while they figure this out. Maybe the next quarterly report will give us an idea.
Covert llc has multiple sites.
The Company, boasting multiple facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, has consistently generated annual sales of over $5 Million Dollars for multiple years, with ambitions to reach $1 Million a month in sales this year. With a presence in 18 states and ambitious plans to double this reach, Covert LLC has consistently demonstrated its potential for exponential growth. The acquisition is set to enhance Kona Gold's product portfolio, market presence, and financial performance, positioning the company to set a new standard for growth and operational efficiency in the industry.

Surge distribution is at the Melbourne, FL site.
Surge Distribution LLC, renowned for its dynamic presence in the distribution sector, is already on course to achieve an impressive $5 million in annual revenue in 2024. With this landmark acquisition, Surge Distribution seamlessly transitions into the fold of Kona Gold Beverages, Inc., operating as a wholly owned subsidiary. This move exemplifies Kona Gold's unwavering dedication to broadening its product reach and delivering unparalleled distribution services to its discerning clientele.

I know that the Joint Venture was announced back then , what I'm saying is, Kona Gold says they got a production run and then no response from the manufacturer. BUT THE MANUFACTURER IS SAYING THEY ARE GOING TO BOOST PRODUCTION BY 5X from there PR just a few days ago.
So either they took on much more business from someone else or Kona is pulling our leg about the reason for delays in production.
The joint venture with Kona Gold and Apple Rush must be in tact, they are gearing up for 5x production, this news out yesterday from them.

News Out several topics, CEO should go back to ALKM for highdrate production, Unless the old CEO burned that bridge.

Daily list for FINRA effective 7/1 VIBEF
https://otce.finra.org/otce/dailyList?viewType=Symbol%2FName%20Changes
The only association was ALKM, that Kona used to make some of their drinks. I know because
I bought shares of ALKM, but it does not reflect on the business of KONA, only that ALKM
appears not to be the maker of drinks for us anymore.
How were THOSE companies associated with RC and Kona ?
Because that was a joint venture called Farmersville that failed before it ever got off the ground.
Here is good link for that info:
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/pura-publishes-farmersville-hemp-brand-133900219.html
Nice to see the Yield sign gone. Three weeks left in the second quarter.
Say, wasn't there a launch of products scheduled for the second quarter ?
The company being talked about is the FINRA posting of the change of status of VIBEF to VIBED, Weather or not it
is the same company that Kona Gold is changing to is a different story, because we have no actual news to tell us.
But I have NOT seen a filing for a name change from KGKG to VIBE or anything like it. So I am Just asking the question
Could a Foreign company named VIBEF, have something to do with the name change of Kona without a filing . IF VIBE were to buy
KGKG, it would be in effect a name change without the filing. ITS JUST A QUESTION.
I know they are the same company, Im saying their status is changing
go to link, scroll down read about 5th letter Ticker meaning for NYSE, NASDAQ and OTC
https://support.quotemedia.com/support/solutions/articles/13000074165-symbol-suffixes-behind-the-dot-and-fifth-letter-extensions
I would like to add, that I have been unable to find an official filing for the name
change from KGKG to VIBE . Does this mean the name change will be done by
being acquired by a foreign company ? Just looking for answers here don't
shoot me for looking stuff up and trying to make sense of the silence.
I show this list with an effective date of 6/3/24 when I looked up Ticker changing from VIBEF to VIBED , it was on the daily list of FINRA MAY 31st
Those sneaky little CEO's. So if F is foreign and D is a new issue , 5th letter of ticker change. We should see some action soon.

Kona should be setting up for a huge launch for Memorial Day weekend.
Production of at least one drink starts tomorrow and the drink season is not going to
wait around . I WANT MY KONA GOLD ! , Tell the CEO pro football player. THIS TEAM NEEDS A WATER BOY
Im actually more upset about not having Kona Gold Hemp Energy to drink than I am losing any money or the company failing.
My heart saddened when they said they were going to change the recipe, I'm still waiting to try the rebranded, re-canned, re-mixed and re-distributed version.
How did I get something, this was a post not a trade, I think your a little paranoid.
This is interesting : QUOTE The decision to rebrand reflects NuVibe's strategic evolution into a diversified holding company, positioning itself for substantial growth and success across multiple sectors. This change marks a significant milestone for the company as it aims to reshape its identity and distance itself from prior associations and outdated affiliations.
Yet an ammended annual report and attorney letter were filed on 4/30/24 ( see otc disclosure )specifically stating they are NOT a shell company. It makes you wonder why the company KGKG gets butchered, then no one wants to make Kona hemp energy, Ive heard about the seltzer but not hemp energy production run or canning, no one wants to have name Kona Gold, IE name change. Did the drink or the brand get sold ? or maybe both ?
I think we need to get all the old investors of Kona Gold together to build the complete story of this fading company.
I think it might make a really good mini-series.
I wonder how much they will make selling the brand name " Kona Gold " to someone else ? Or who will produce any
drink with the name Kona Gold ? or if anyone will ever see a hemp energy drink as good as Kona Gold again. ? We hear
of every production run EXCEPT Kona, We hear of launch dates, EXCEPT Kona, We even have drinks to sell , EXCEPT Kona
So Loud Beverage was a company owned by the same people that ran Kona Gold and Gold Leaf Distribution , then they leave
and the new CEO of Kona Gold , pays off the OLD CEO and members of Kona Gold with the purchase of a regurgitated distribution company called Surge ? Did I get that right ?
While we wait for Kona Gold to be manufactured. Here is some reading material on functional beverages.
In AP today, I read the article to see if by chance we got a mention, but I don't remember any mention of hemp or a hint of sugar free Kona Gold. See Link below
