Actually I won that battle - what we all want to do is win the next two battles - one at 10 cents and the next at 25 cents and then we should all march on to win the WAR which is OVER 50 cents and up!
I bought another 150,000 at .0385 a good deal. May buy more tomorrow if it stays down.
That's a little bit of the cause but a lot has to do with all the pumpers (most of which have left for now) of that conference a few weeks back causing the pps to surge too much and then come way back. People now want all the facts after getting burned last time before it will take off.
Unfortunately they damage a stock, albeit temporarily, and move on.
We all know that this is a great company it will just take some time for it to move fast forward.
And you are correct it does take some time for other investors to get the news and it may slowly climb for awhile.
Good luck
That may be partially correct but he usually does stocks that soar and because of that the tendency would be for them to dip whether he puts up a chart or not.
The question is will it go up all the way or just a little ?
Yes but divided by the number of shares it rounds very close to zero.
Also that was probably from sold shares which is "other" income but not from earnings. It can count in earnings but is considered a one time event.
Most likely earnings on his evaluation will be based mostly likely on stock sold over the last week or two.
Then he will need tp secure the main financing needed for everything else.
I agree
Even if tgey got bought out It shouldn't raise the p/e ration until after sale is finished and then only to buying co.
There is no way that they have any positive p/e ratio. Be reasonable here they are not making money the only income is selling off hanks stock and that doesn't mean anything.
Based on what information ?
Remember it doesn't have to be a scam, maybe the truth is that it is a very very long shot which has only a chance of happening vs what many on this board have portrayed as being virtually a done deal.
That's good for today but this should be trading over 10 Cents considering everything. That day will come but it should have come already.
Hopefully next sec filing will make others see
Some are panic selling but to say 100 false is tough as hanks has been selling many of the days as you can see by the bar chart and more importantly he says in the 10q that he needs to sell shares to make ends meet
And this has nothing to do with the supposedly locked 7 billion shares - don't forget that he owns 70% of mmex before any of this and is allowed to sell that at anytime
Maybe they have money however, this is from 10q filed on march 7th

Future Financing Needs
As we attempt to expand exploration activities and develop our international operations, we expect to continue to experience net negative cash flows from operations in amounts not now determinable, and will be required to obtain additional financing to fund operations through common stock offerings, preferred stock offerings, and debt borrowings to the extent necessary to provide working capital. We have and expect to continue to have substantial capital expenditure and working capital needs. We recently completed a private placement We do not now have funds sufficient to fund our operations at their current level for the next twelve months. We need to raise additional cash to fund our operations and implement our business plan. We expect that the additional financing will (if available) take the form of a private placement of equity, although we may be constrained to obtain additional debt financing in lieu thereof. We are maintaining an on-going effort to locate sources of additional funding, without which we will not be able to remain a viable entity. No financing arrangements are currently under contract, and there are no assurances that we will be able to obtain adequate financing. If we are able to obtain the financing required to remain in business, eventually achieving operating profits will require commencement of operations to generate revenues or drastically reducing expenses from their current levels or both. If we are able to obtain the required financing to remain in business, future operating results depend upon a number of factors that are outside of our control.
We all know news is coming at some point but is it coming today or by eow?
And what news is it?
Thanks
Yes but usually it means insiders are selling - not always but it is a sign that is happening.
No it's not that easy but it does happen sometimes when everyone including political people get sucked in too. Not saying that this is the case here but it really does happen
Great post and I agree for the most part but also all new investors remember this is otc and there are no 100% guarantees. This refinery should be built but it is not guaranteed.
That traded over $2 a couple of years ago and .44 this past year with a lot of changes coming and new products. Can easily exceed .44 by end of year.
Thanks
Please list them
Don't disagree but we have been doing a lot of consolidating recently - time to move up
Where is the news please post
I have a question about the q1 report being so good and that is given the fact that they were running out of money towards the end of last year and had to get financing to stay alive, which they did but it is only $500,000 which they only got $50,000 up front and can't access the rest until cse listed, how much cash did they have to replenish inventory? Especially with all the costs associated with uplisting and in running an existing company.
I know that since they are a working company that they do have some cash flow coming in but was it enough to allow them to make q1 all that good?
I personally don't put all that much weight on q1 results, (given what I said above), as once they are uplisted, start having access to the remaining $450,000 and finish developing the new top end covers, they will be golden.
I am interested in if you agree or really feel q1 is still going to be great anyway as I may have missed something.
Thanks
I would say that I agree to some point except I don't think it will take that long to get to $3+, maybe even 5. After that it should continually rise slowly over time.
Plus at the 3$ range many will have such large profits they will exit at that point slowing down some growth but after that it will move again.
Overall I understand your point and agree that most of the ridiculous hype is gone and real investors (as opposed to flippers) will start taking over and greatly add needed stability.
Thanks for your sober insight.
We may hit 100 one day but remember that is equal to gwp+ being over 500. We have more than 5 to 1 outstanding shares compared to them. So even if we double them in revenue and profits, everything else being equal and they trading at 100 we would be at around 40 pps. If we were equal to them we would be at 20.
Obviously we don't have to stay in step with them, but just trying to put some prospective to that $100 number.
Agreed but this is different than the other post.
My guess from reading the last sec filing is that it came from the sale of stock which he clearly states he will have to do to keep the company going. Which is alright in my book as they have to function before they obtain the much needed funds to build the refinery.
It also can be somewhat confirmed as it appeared by the number of shares sold on friday that he was selling some of the original mmex shares which he had. This has absolutely nothing to do with the 7 billion shares that he claims will not hit the market at this time.
Don't forget he owns 100% of maple and I think something like 70% of mmex before any of this went down.
First of all the original post brought up the subject as an incorrect pump. And since you used the word closed - where is the info I must have missed it or has the evaluation been released ?
I also am having trouble understanding how the deal can close without the permits which are 6 to 9 months away - the land can close but that is not anywhere near the 450 million.
But if you were the lender of either part of the deal why would you put your money up before you knew it was going through for sure -especially 450 millon combined. Maybe I am wrong but it doesn't make good business sense.
Not now, but eventually they will eat tremendously into dividends which money managers, hedge funds, pension funds all look for. Mmex has more shares than exon/mobile.
Plus those big players USUALLY will not buy anything under 5 dollars and if you base it on 7 billion to 10 billion shares thats a market cap 35 to 50 billion - gm is at 54 b and ford is at 45 billion.
This may become a great company but lets not get carried away - one 55,000 barrel a day oil refinery is not going to even come close to that when 175,000 barrel per day refineries can't do that.
Keep your enthusiasm but just be realistic.
I am not saying he can't get some large investors to come on but most hedge funds, pension funds etc won't touch anything under 5 dollars - their rules not mine
It was $311 - I think he thinks the numbers are multiplied by a 1000 which they usually are but in this case it is just $311 according to the link that HE SUPPLIED
Actually it's 78.57% increase to hit 5 cents
Along with the evaluation comes the other part of the 7 billion shares being given to maple - so whenever that happens 5.5 billion shares will be added
Although everyone already knows this is happening so it is sort of built in at this point.
You are correct right now but along with evaluation comes the 5.5 billion more shares. And he the stock to be over $5 a share to get big money managers to invest - that can't be done without a r/s.
If it doesn't sniff to get the information then how does it get that info?
How accurate is the dx1?
Has the company talked about cancer detection being available or coming out?
I can't find anything on that
Your enthusiasm is appreciated but just don't get too carried away as your mention of 7 pps would give us a market cap of 49 billion to 70 billion (depending on final share count). Ford is around 45 billion and gm is around 54 billion.
One 55,000 barrel a day oil refinery won't even come close to those two fortune 500 companies. Even $1 pps is a stretch although possible without a reverse split it is not likely.
I do believe that mmxc will trade above $5, maybe even way above $5 someday, but not without a major stock reverse split.
Keep your enthusiasm, just curb it a little bit as this company doesn't need extra pushing as long as it gets all approvals that are needed it will soar.
Good luck
Good news but stock hasn't moved as much as has been suggested - I guess the late filing offset the website?
