Nice post, agree
Absolutely correct.
Unfortunately some people just look for negativity and then fail to connect the dots. Vyst may not be perfect, no company is, but it looks like a great one to me when one adds everything up. I will keep adding as able to.
Also not all new filings of all new asset companies are in yet.
A lot more to come.
I got rid of my blinders a long time ago.
All toxic Dilution has ended
Did not know that, but a great point
I do agree there is a lot of pumping that can be misleading. But my point is just because a company is in the otc, does not make it a pos. That is also unfair.
There is a difference between being pragmatic, (which it seems you are trying to do), and becoming too negative. IMO, not all otc stocks are crap, and in this case, VYST does have a real chance of success. And yes it could still fail, just does not look like that too me. Obviously you feel very differently.
Why do you say sales are non existent?
Lol, you are so right
Yes, but that is not what you said, you said Amazon never had those problems and they did. So many good companies start out like pos otc companies and rise up from the bottom. Too many good things here to just take a negative outlook on one filing and not having all the whys in from of you.
Anyone can be critical, not everyone can build something. Criticism is easy, building is tough.
For now I will give them the benefit of the doubt.
Boy oh boy did you miss something
Vyst is in good shape
Your opinion is good for you.
Mine says vyst is in fine shape
That is a boiler plate warning. If that really trully bothers you, maybe the otc is not good for anyone seeking that type of security.
Vyst is solvent enough if you are an otc trader to make most happy.
If that is what is important to you fine. I am not jealous of the family, just worried about viability of company and from my point of view that looks great right now.
Vyst is on its way.
Good points.
No its not. The stockholders of Amazon complained about management for years not making a profit and the management said we are building a company first. Then shareholders who were fed up after many years forced management to work for shareholders and increase profits.
All good companies work on.building a business as first priority and later on worry about shareholders. Only in the otc do impatient shareholders demand impractical results.
That is a miscarriage of the numbers. You need to know much more on exactly what the reasons are for the cost of sales. can't assume if you now increase the sales you will.necessarily keep increasing the cost of sales at the same rate.
Must take fixed overhead into consideration plus other factors.
I guess they were all correct, each and everyone
Put a fork in them, they are done.
Too bad, without excessive dilution they could be a great company.
Fully agree.
This is a great opportunity for those that see it. Unfortunately probably many ithers see it but may not be patient enough to stick around for the reward.
I know you and others will be here with me till this blossoms and beyond.
I will assume they will once everything is done. On this filing, and possibly the next, that may not happen.
Down the road I will agree with you wholeheartedly, but for now patience is needed.
Yes, all the time with established companies, but not all the time in situations like this.
Patience is needed here. Complaining won't make it happen any faster. It will happen when all the appropriate info is gathered. Not a minute before.
Whether we like the time line or not, that is how it will work.
Those with the most patience usually win. Not always, but usually true.
Nice points.
I get it. Hope many others will too.
Great opportunity
Yes but if they can do 30 million plus in a lousy town like Worcester, then think what can happen when they sell to rest of USA and beyond.
Good points
"File on time" is easy to say but in the real business world on a deal like this between two companies it rarely ever happens.
Even Microsoft in its very early public days had numerous problems.
Agree 100 percent.
These things take time.
I do understand some of the frustration out there, but not everything is supposed to work the way stock holders want.
Real businesses have to do what is correct for the company, not the stockholders. If the company does well then stockholders benefit.
Remember they are running the company we are not.
Thanks
Was that on April 11th?
Which management are you referring too, old or the new ceo / current management?
Agree, front loading is not the same as investing. And VYST IS AN INVESTMENT. Not a flip.
Excellent post.
Thanks, more good insight and info.
Very much appreciated
More like dollars, and it will get there, as I have no doubt in that.
So am I.
And plan on having a good percentage of my shares when it gets to dollars.
Long term investment here for sure.
Could not agree more,
FNHI is a winner.
Agree it can get there again
Fully agree
Yey, 10 cents sounds good. Maybe not today, but Hopefully soon
Agreed, good idea for anyone with powder
