Yeah! they are all squeaky clean just like all government entities
are! LOL
Also, what are you doing here if not trying to make money?
Selling short or whatever?

I am sure this project going forward will be under extreme
scrutiny by the EPA to prevent disasters that have happened in the
past by other mining operations.
That is not good enough for the naysayer's out there but
want an end to the project or the state to take over.
Both ideas suck as stated before on any state take over of a
natural resource or halting the project to give China and Russia
a huge advantage on natural resource production.
Globalist don't care because in their mind the USA should be in
the control of a strong central global government.
Elite's like George Soros, the Clinton's and Obama's and many others
that support this radical idea including a few Republicans.
If the left ever gets their way, there goes our constitution and
our liberties.
Global climate change is one of their main stay's for this huge
redistribution of wealth and a global government.
The problem is most Americans are not privy to what is going on
and what was behind the overreach in the first place.
I just updated my sell order from 5.00 too 10.00 on nak.
Lock in your shares guys.
Don't let the shorts use them!
Still a lot of after hours trading going on, even at this hour.
What will tomorrow bring?
I saw some talk on this board about the state of Alaska should
take over the pebble mine.
Not a good idea.
Any time the Federal or State government gets
involved in a private entity with a huge financial potential
it will be open to corruption.
Just look at Venezuela as an example.
Even some of our city government's are rife with corruption and
that has been going on for years and they are still getting away
with it.
Just my humble opinion.
Good on gold but don't agree with his politics in his claim
that Iran is not the problem but the US,Israel and Saudi Arabia
are. A Liberal, I'm sure. Recall a little history, the hostage
crisis in the lateearly 70's and 80's and too this day.
Iran hostage crisis
1983 Beirut barracks bombings.
1983 United States embassy bombing in Beirut.
Responsable for countless terrorist attacks in Iraq,Afghanistan and
Israel and many other counties. All the while huge crowds of people
in Iran led by the Mulla's chanting death to the US and Israel.
Sure this country has made mistakes in the past and will probably
make more in the future but nothing that raises to the level
of atrocities committed by Iran.
Where do these people come from?
The problem is, these tree hugger's are hanging on so tight they
are getting bark burn. This makes them even more angry.
Go Nak$$$$$
just let it get back to .03 where I bought it back in Sept.
Like a lot of MJ stocks this one is highly speculative but who
really knows a scams and the real thing.
Hopefully it is the latter.
All these penny MJ are a risk. You just have to pick the right
one. Sometime all the DD you do doesn't mean diddly.
Good luck to all longs.
These MJ pinkie pennies don't make any sense.
Here is a company with real income and the potential
to really take off but is tanking.
The shorties are cleaning up on this one. That is the only reason
this stock is tanking
I bought in @ .16 in Sept. 2018.
Another one I bought in @ .03 (IDVV) in Sept. 2018, a much more
speculative play and is also tanking but now it is surging in the
last few days on no news at all. More than likely a pump and dump.
Just waiting for some financial letter guys to push this for a
classic pump and dump.
Watch IDVV sometime next week for the inevitable dump.
This is really unethical behavior.
Welcome all new comers to the pinkie stock market.
This is what NAK and other natural resource companies that are
of US interest are fighting with the NRDC, a commie loving
organization, trying to stop the US, with China's help, from developing its resources in the name of the environment and
global climate change.

I thought shareholders are a part of the team but apparently not.
I like to know what IDM mining got out of this deal.
Now to add insult to injury this newly acquired stock is tanking.
Screwed again!!
No buyout please.
My reason.
There was just recently a buyout of IDM mining (IDMMF) and
the buyer Ascot (AOTVF).
The shareholders of IDM really got screwed.
I was already down about 65% on IDM and then the buyout where
I receive 200 Ascot shares for my 3000 IDM shares.
Basically no gain. Still 65% down on my original investment.
IDM owned the Red mountain project in Canada. It had decent
resources.
I am sure IDM made out like bandits where the shareholders got screwed.
So how can you trust any of these companies including MJ pennies?
At this point I agree with you on a joint venture over a buyout
where the payoff in the long term will put an initial buyout
to shame.
Basically these companies are more concerned with their own interest
and not the shareholders when it comes to a buyout.
I am not saying NAK would pull this in a buyout but who really
knows.
I hope for a partner instead of a buyout.

I am sure it was not that cheep for what they actually
paid the company (IDM) and how they (IDM) screwed the shareholders of IDM with this deal.
This makes me cynical of the whole process because I own other
mining stock that has a huge buyout potential.
This gets out, and I am going to put it out, it will drive
investors away from these unsavary mining stocks.
A very upset investor about to sell all my mining stock.
I paid .13 awhile back for IDM on 3000 shares.
It has dropped to less then .05 and drops my holdings to about 200
Ascot shares.
What a stinking buyout for the IDM shareholders.
I thought buyouts were good for share holders but apparently not.
I bet IDM made out a lot better then its shareholders.
Why don't they report that unless I am missing something?
It really sucks.
Yeh, good news but it keeps on tanking. I guess it is
the shorties that is the problem.
This is a horrible buyout deal for the shareholders.
Only a fraction of a cent higher and cutting my number of shares
from 3000 down too 200 Ascot shares.
The potential for 3000 shares is much greater then 200.
I bet the company (IDM) got a much better deal.
So corrupt.
New press release.
Ascot Resources Ltd. (TSX.V:AOT, OTCQX:AOTVF) ("Ascot") and IDM Mining Ltd. ("IDM"), announce that they have completed their previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), pursuant to which Ascot acquired all the issued and outstanding common shares of IDM (each, an "IDM Share"), and, in exchange, shareholders of IDM received 0.0675 of a common share of Ascot for each IDM Share held (the "Transaction"). The Arrangement consolidates Ascot's Premier gold project ("Premier") and IDM's Red Mountain gold project ("Red Mountain"), creating the leading high-grade gold and silver development and exploration company in northwestern British Columbia's Golden Triangle.
I know that but how will it effect the shareholders?
Not sure what they are saying when the offer for shareholders
is .067 for each IDM share converted to Ascot shares.
Ascot is about .66 now so my 3000 shares of IDM would be reduced
too about 300 in Ascot shares. Not so good.
This is the way I interpet it from the press release but I
could be wrong.
Spot on!
I received 4 separate e-mails promoting a run on this stock.
Classic pump and dump.
Did we get screwed on this deal?

I am optimistic that this has bottomed out and has only
one way to go and that is up!
What is disturbing about this group is their connection with
the Chinese communist government.
Thanks Notrich for that positive podcast about NAK.
Are flippers playing with fire?
Things could change in a matter of minutes if a buyout occurs.
Making it to late to buyback.
I would kick myself in the axx if I ever flipped this stock and
then missed out on a huge buyout.
No but CA. should drop their huge tax on MJ to a more reasonable
level to give the legal industry in CA. a better chance of
survival.
California has to restructure its' tax on MJ.
The cartels are undercutting the price because the state is
so greedy with its 41% tax on MJ which will greatly
curtail the use of legal MJ in the State.
100 million has already been lost to illegal MJ in 2018 alone
in CA.
The last after hour is back to 1.05
So it is holding its own.
The shorties are having a ball with this stock.
Over 50% per day for the last 5 out of 6 days.
Some are making money but not me as a long.

When I was watching this back in August it was running
around 12 bucks.
I wish I had the bucks in September to invest but didn't.
A 66% gain in less than 4 months.
The problem is, where is this market going?
All kinds of dire warnings out there but really who knows
what is around the corner.
All mining companies go through this BS as I hold shares also
in IDM mining.
They keep getting delays by the the different government agencies.
So we just have to hang in there.
All this is great, but when does first pour take place?
My sentiments exactly!
The argument,in what I am hearing here, is that the grow
space is too small but my argument is it depends on how
many units you wish to either rent or outright purchase.
Also the possibilities of so many other in the field uses.
Just my rebuttal to the negative posts.
I have no experience growing weed but cigarette tobacco on
a very small scale where supplying friends with dried tobacco
leaves to process with a pasta maker to roll their own.
With a pack of cigarettes going for about 10 bucks a pack
the cigarette tubes to make our own costs way more then the
tobacco put in them. Probably with my cost and labor raising
and drying the tobacco on my open field a pack probably is
reduced too about 2 bucks which includes the cigarette tubes.
Don't tell anybody but I could be arrested for not paying any
State or federal tax on the tobacco I did not even sell.
That is how stupid our laws are.
Just my humble opinion.
You are right.
As far as a BO Nak will not sell unless a good deal is made.
So don't look for a BO anytime soon unless there is
a significant uptick in the metals market.
That would change the whole ball game with big players making
offers of a BO or partnership.
Then watch how fast the mine infrastructure gets built.
It all depends on which way the the metals go long term.
Just my humble opinion.
What is too old?
You know stamina and activity can dictate your age.
I am in my mid 80's but still do the same hard work I did
years ago to the present.
Nak will be around for a long time,if no BO, and hopefully
I will be around long enough to see some of that time.
I have plans of passing this account on to my descendants so
at least they will hopefully benefit.
I am an old codger hanging on to this stock.
Have taken some wild rides with this stock up and down.
Now down about 50% from my last buy-in.
Hopefully hanging on for that big payday to make it all
worth while for my descendants.
A nice legacy to leave but still a gamble.
Like the old adage -- Nothing in life is sure but for only
death and taxes.
Go Nak!!
