If my memory serves me right, the acquisitions were addressed many months ago in a press release.... we Have NOHO that's all we need.
Sorry, but you seem to have incorrect facts about the product, BargainSquad has confirmed product is being produced currently, new expiry dates, new product. The old product sold out luckily so they had to make more... sounds like a clear winner. We also have confirmation it tastes pretty good, and it also helps prevent hangovers...
This is actually 100% Incorrect, the product produced by Jad Grdina has expired, and we have confirmed via BargainSquad new product is being produced and sold on Amazon... In regards to the swill comment, we have evidence that it works/Doesn't taste bad. It comes from a Shareholder who has no bias, so more incorrect information posted.
Thank you.
Absolutely correct, he’s too busy working behind the scenes! Isn’t it obvious?
Where was it ever said about "people shorting millions of shares at $.0001. Tying up $2,000 in collateral to make a potential $100 profit." No one has ever said people shorted the stock at 0001. an MM who can sell at below market value may have done so, but people in general? Nope, it's never been mentioned in that way... ever... lol
Updating investors with current factual information is not pumping.
Fact: Amazon is selling 6, 12, and 24 packs of NoHo, they sold out, and have re-stocked.
Fact: An investor with NoHo has tried the product and communicated it tastes pretty good, and it worked.
Fact: The more product sold, the more the word will get out about the product.
Fact: There has been no Reverse Split, as promised.
If Mersky was going to do a R/S he would have carried it out long ago, he wouldn't be busy dumping small amounts of shares here and there. And as we can see, he's stayed true to his word, NO R/S, Product on Amazon, and he's gone even further, we have newly manufactured product on Amazon, even making Amazon's choice.
Product being manufactured, distributed, and sold... I would say he's doing plenty LOL, stock price will follow with continues sales, SMH, that's business 101.
Mersky already mentioned product on Amazon, what would the update be? New product with new expiration dates? Yeah.... nothing really worthy of a media release... wait for some sales before dropping that one.
Facts? Is there new product? How about when it was said there will be no more product, it was just a few cases in a garage, once it's gone this scam will die, Mersky will leave when the product sells out on Amazon... Oops, Product is on amazon, sold out, restocked, long term expiry... Next thing we'll hear is, wait till 2021, once those expiry dates hit, then Mersky will be gone, and this scam will be over.... LOLOL.
David Mersky gone? Interesting, he's still listed as the CEO of NoHo on his Linkedin, I would think if he was gone, he would want all evidence of his involvement removed, maybe transfer the company to someone else? Some things just don't make sense. Like how the product materialized out of thin air apparently? I guess there's Gremlins running NoHo?
What's funny about about Noho being sold out, and restocked on Amazon? We know Bargain Squad does not own the rights, but is rather a distributor for NOHO, as stated by Bargain Squad, and if Mersky sold the company to someone else, we would definitely have heard about it from the new owners by now. I'm going to base my thoughts on facts, not on non factually backed up assumptions lol!!
Actions speak louder than words? I would much rather have a silent CEO working tirelessly to get the train back on the rails, than a CEO who drops update after update with nothing to show... At least product is consistently being restocked in all formats at this point. I think the rest of the investors would agree that sales speak for themselves lol!!!!It's not difficult to understand how business works... Product is produced, Product put on the shelves, consumers purchase the products, revenue flows into the company. The more that happens, and the longer, the more we will end up benefiting.
Well the fact that the product is still owned in whole by Noho Inc, the packaging also shows Noho Inc, so it's logical to think, this is still directly tied to Noho Inc. Also if Bargain Squad had taken over the rights, they would have stated themselves as an owner, and not just an extended rights distributor... SMH
Well obviously Mersky is at work, unless product just magically manufactures itself? Lol
We have no idea what Mersky has done? Well we can all clearly see on the Amazon.com website that the product sold out, and has now been restocked in all formats, 6, 12, and 24 packs... We see that the product is newly manufactured, with new expiry dates. We see people have purchased the product confirming it is NoHo Inc that is selling the product itself... And since Mersky is the CEO of NOHO, we can simply and safely assume that Mersky is the one behind this all... Does more really need to be said? nope.
Interesting... millions and millions of shares have been sold on a weekly basis for the last few years... when this takes off, it's going to really take off! Go Mersky!
Mersky is obviously working behind the scenes, it's hard to hide in the mountains and setup distribution/manufacturing.
They were out of stock clearly months ago, if they were just re-stamping old product they would have re-stocked. The time frame makes sense with how long it would take to setup production again, just saying.
Bargain Squad has extended distribution rights from NOHO... Confirmed by Bargain Squad many months ago. Wiping the old dates and restamping the bottles? right... lol
Zouvas could own stock in Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, that doesn't mean that they are all in cahoots... Oh and the same with DRNK.
Also as was stated before by BargainSquad, they did have distribution rights... they were extended those rights VIA Mersky...
1.) Hiring someone does not imply a relationship, it implies you are exchanging currency for goods or services rendered.
2.) How does a Lawsuit filed against Luke Zouvas have any relation DRNK? It doesn't... not in any way shape or form. If a lawyer working for a said company is charged with securities fraud not related to the said company, it has NO relation at all...
3.) Bargain squad has said in the past it has extended distribution rights for DRNK, so it doesn't really matter if BNG is doing nothing, Bargain Squad is doing lots.
4.) Bargain Squad has extended distribution rights, and obviously they have been given the go ahead to open up production. I'm sure if Mersky had sold the rights to Bargain Squad previously they wouldn't have bothered to say they were distributors instead of the owner/vendor of the product now.
5.) What's proven? NOHO is in production and being sold through amazon via Bargain Squad who has stated previously they are the distributor, and look to have been given manufacturing rights. I see nothing bad about this...
It would be easy for them to be doing production and distribution on behalf of NOHO, I guess we'll see what the response is.
Bargain Squad stated where the product is being produced, not that they are producing the product LOL! It looks like important questions were not asked such as:
Does Bargain Squad now own the rights to the NOHO shot?
Is Bargain Squad "Still" acting as a distributor on behalf of NOHO?
As none of these questions were asked, we know everything that has been said is still pure speculation lol!
In no where does does Bargainsquad claim to own the rights to the product in these statements. "Seems" is pure speculative, along with "May have". They have extended distribution rights, and it says a GMPc manufacturing facility in AZ, where is NoHo head office? Also in AZ... It makes more sense that Mersky has sourced manufacturing for the NOHO shot, things are looking great here.
Haha exactly, any phone calls to Amazon regarding NOHO being bought and sold by the same person...? Amazon doesn't care who's buying... It's not an illegal product... It's not even worth Amazon's time to blink an eye at those claims lol!!!
LOLOL I never said they made 100's of thousands of bottles, and if they did, it can easily be replenished, simply waiting for more stock is all that has to happen.
And from what i've heard there are those who have seen it recently in Bevmo, I think I know who I'll believe on this topic. CEO is busy working obviously, new product doesn't just materialize out of thin air... There's a lot of work that goes into making a product.
Interesting, If I go to Amazon, it is being sold by Bargain Squad... Bargain Squad being a reseller would need to ensure the product they are selling is not expired. There's many reasons it might not be replenished, they haven't received the new product yet?...
Interesting, I don't see anything anywhere about Mersky and Zouvas being friends... I guess we can make up anything now?
Lol, so bargain squad, a reputable business is putting product on Amazon only to buy the product from themselves and pay fee's to Amazon in order to create an illusion for Mersky? That sounds like a very logical explanation as to what's going on LOL!!!!!!
This would be impossible to do as it would require a bottling plant and packaging process. Is it odd that the CEO would not be in direct contact with share holders on a quarterly basis? Not really, we know what's going on in the background, and actions speak much louder than words, putting new product on Amazon speaks volumes all by itself thank you.
Mersky being the CEO of SNNC - I'm reading the SNNC board, what's interesting is there were 0 attempts to pump that stock, not a single one... lol... There were multiple attempts to shut down a pump that never existed?
Also another shocker... it's been said everything Mersky touches will go to a 0 Bid, but how long has he been CEO of SNNC? price is still at 0.055
Let's review
Who said anything about "New" product being sold? Verification would have been done VIA BNG and Bargain Squad prior to selling a consumable, selling a product that has expired could potentially have health risks and be lethal, so I'm not too worried.
Mersky has done nothing that rises to the level of providing an update. Nothing is right. In the past year he's done what? In the past year he's put product on Amazon, which has sold out, we now have NEWLY manufactured product. Updates? Why provide an update before you've worked out the kinks, no one wants to hear "Lots of work to be done before we have something concrete". LOL
Mersky had his ass handed to him by the courts. So now since he lost you change your mind that it is no longer important. What's very telling is that after the suit was filed, He and his attorney did absolutely nothing - never responded to a single judges request - Lets review this, as everyone knows and Mersky included, it's not worth his time to sue a company that's worth nothing. 50% of a 0 dollar share value is still 0 lol...
Tail wagging the dog with this latest found product on Amazon to take the focus away from the failed lawsuit. ** It was not Mersky's intent to take away from a 'Failed Lawsuit'... If this was the case we would have heard a big news release telling us all that the new product was on Amazon, but obviously this isn't the case, Mersky is working in the background, testing the market, refining the business and cleaning things up before climbing back out of the shadows, that's the only way it makes sense....
Mersky is a loser. Has taken investors money and has disappeared. Billions of shares outstanding with zero profitability. Revenue from the few 6 packs supposedly sold doesn't cover Amazons fees, distributors fees, nor bargainsquads fees. ** Interestingly enough if Mersky disappeared we would not have new product showing up on Amazon, there's nothing to pump, nothing. Only thing that makes sense here is Mersky working tirelessly in behind the scenes to create a successful business using a Genius product, which in my mind has better branding, and product potential than all the other hangover cure drinks out there... Have you seen the packaging on 5 hour energy? It's pretty bad in my opinion.
Product has NEVER been profitable. Never, there has not been one quarter in company history that has ever provided any value to shareholders. - Product has never been profitable? That seems a little questionable... If we look at Noho and Noho Gold i'm sure it was very profitable in previous years. It just needs a full scale revival to go global.
Everything here looks 100% speculative...
I guess we'll see if this climbs into the spotlight.
Unfortunately we aren't able to purchase the product in Canada at this time, but I've heard a lot more people say it taste great and it works than I have heard say it tastes bad... actually not more than one person has said it tastes bad.
Interesting, so it tastes like crap? I've heard it tastes really good... the only way to tell how it tastes is to actually purchase the product and see.
If this is just a pump, where’s the multiple PR’s drawing people in? There aren’t any, this is obviously hard work being done in the background to really get things in check before it takes off
Interesting, create 500 bottles? Lol!! We’re back to this are we? If you look at 5 hour energy, you will see their quantity is also in that 30 range, I can guarantee there are 100’s of thousands more available. Just like NOHO, there will be many more where that came from. Especially with a new expiration date? Long shelf life!
Would a scam go to the expense to create a manufacturing deal, create new product and start lining up distribution? I think not... BevMo, Amazon, BNG, bargain squad must all be in on the scam too, because they are either selling or distributing the product lol!!!
We have someone stating they do... also, Mersky is clearly still running the company, and from the looks of things he is pulling everything together in the background lol...
Interesting, I guess if the quantity of product is fluctuating it means they are being sold? Amazon, and possibly BevMo included? Great news people, we have NEW product with a LONG shelf life and it’s selling, it’s not a pump, it’s common sense, if you own the rights to a product, have raw product available to be bottled, and are able to secure manufacturing and product distribution rights with making a profit, then why would you pump? You can make your money legitimately... it’s simple.
GO DRNK, all we have to do is click on Amazon.com and search for Noho, and boom! it's Amazon's choice... So since Amazon doesn't sell expired product, and the old product expired awhile again, it would only make sense that the product is new, with a LONG shelf life.
I smell pennies.
