Whistle Blower club rules! Lol.
Lol. Hardly paranoid. Best, OJ.
Exactly.
Hmmm. But you’re right in that Sky had a very good post. Good luck.
A very good post. Thanks for all.
Exactly.
I bet Laura P has read Jonathon Harr’s A Civil Action!!! Wait a minute! Yes, he is the perfect non fiction writer to take this on, and expose the wrongdoers. !! The perfect non fiction novel. … Be another big award winning piece for him. With purpose!!! Anyone know Mr. Harr????
Nice article. … “Somebody has some explaining to do! KG? Really??? Who would want his $$$, political support , if tied to this kind of activity. Unclean $$$$. Yucky.
Laura Posner stated: “It’s already underhanded to engage in market manipulation, but to do so at the expense of cancer patients, some of whom have no other treatments to place their hopes on, is unconscionable.”
Citadel is pretty big! SO BIG. Could they pull a Ronin? Or worse? … nah. … so, so big….. Thanks for the bike path, but, don’t try to steal someone’s bike.
They made a big mistake. It happens. Happened to Ronin. (Whoever took their position?? Oh, Citadel, rumor. ) people make mistakes. Get greedy. Arrogant. Etc. It happens.
Golly, what could be the reason for “spoofing”? …. That’s the problem. For some.
Right. And the choice not of their choice. Fingers crossed. I’m a fan of the movie, (??), the documentary, kinda with a Shawshank theme at the end.
Exactly.
An award winning movie producer has agreed to a documentary movie.
Interesting. …
IC, while we wait every day, until 2030, for nothing to happen, I have a riddle for you:
Your trapped in a box and there is no escape. There's no windows, no doors, no cracks in the walls. The box is made from an unbreakable material and it's sealed on all edges. The only thing in there with you is a saw and a table. How do you escape?
I wonder if that’s the volcano ex was once taking about…. (Long time ago, ds. Ex will recall).
Gave up on Chat. They don’t seem to know. Still searching. Large colorful bird….? Went back to basics. But, hmmm, still don’t see anything, obvious. Bird, birds, …. https://www.merckvetmanual.com/exotic-and-laboratory-animals/pet-birds/overview-of-pet-birds
Lotta nonstop interest in the company lately from lotta people expecting nothing. Weird.
Have to leave DC for a few. I’ll be back. Best, PM.
PM, it’s been quiet here without you. Just the usual suspects, chatting, in reverse. No surprises, expected. Hey, ChatAI? Large colorful birds?
Blue-and-yellow Macau
Rainbow lorikeet
Mandarin duck
Gouldian finch
Northern cardinal
Resplendent quetzal
Painted bunting
Kingfisher
Indian peafowl
Wilson's bird-of-paradise
American purple gallinule
Paradise tanager
Hmmm….. Somethings missing, but I can’t put my finger on it. Dang, AI….
Ah. Formerly, BB. Formerly. Sometimes I just pop in, and say hello. Fingers crossed to all, however.
Afternoon, LC.
Morning, Ex.
For what? Your post?
Back to my Fox hole…. Best.
Lol. Will do. I can understand that…
I liked this part: … “Second, if the immune response has been consistently universal and strong, for example, all the patients had pseudoprogression which can be detected by new imagining technology, then it is common sense the results are going to be good.”
Right. The immune response was/is a GOOD thing. Not sarcasm. The “progression” wasn’t. The appearance of “progression” (pseudo) was/is actually a good thing. Right. Efficacy. Agreed. I think it’s worth repeating once or twice. Thanks.
Lol. I wasn’t being being sarcastic!! I liked your post!
Anyway, I’m seldom clever enough. Best, dstock….
Nice post.
I like the part about pseudoprogression being a good thing. Right. It is. It (always) was. Everyone (now) knows. That’s how it goes. Sounds like a Leonard Cohen song. Or another one, like, So Long, Marianne (Citadel)… It’s time we began….
Up late. Or early. It’s quiet lately in DC.
Lol. Dunno.
And, weird, too.
The only certainty is that the wired helicopters over DC are gone. We can all sleep better. Finally. (Well, those of us in the area. … )
Lol lol
A motive is the cause that moves people to induce a certain action.[1] In criminal law, motive in itself is not an element of any given crime; however, the legal system typically allows motive to be proven to make plausible the accused's reasons for committing a crime, at least when those motives may be obscure or hard to identify with. However, a motive is not required to reach a verdict.[2] Motives are also used in other aspects of a specific case, for instance, when police are initially investigating.[2]
The law technically distinguishes between motive and intent. "Intent" in criminal law is synonymous with Mens rea, which means the mental state shows liability which is enforced by law as an element of a crime.[3] "Motive" describes instead the reasons in the accused's background and station in life that are supposed to have induced the crime. Motives are often broken down into three categories; biological, social and personal.[4]
Wow. How interesting from you.
WAS up against. Imo. Best.
….”It also puts to bed the notion that spoofing is in anyway a poor excuse for mismanagement.”
Not only that, but, by TAKING ON the criminals, they demonstrates exceptional management at NWBO. They could have done nothing, put their hands up, taken their monies, sold their shares, and said, oh well, the powers against us are too great..bye. They could have all just walked away, much wealthier. They didn’t.
Instead, they continued with the primary mission (cancer treatment/all solid tumors/JAMA/approvals (likely), get to patients).
AND…they safeguarded their mission with, at a minimum, Cohen Milstein/Laura Posner. All of whom have connections to the SEC, DOJ. They, NWBO, TOOK ACTION, to safeguard the mission, and , in doing so, also, retail investors. Very few would or could do this.
This isn’t a knee jerk non thinking defense of management. It’s an eyes open clear and, honest, assessment. Honest. Sheesh. Look at what this company has/is up against.
Look at what LP has accomplished! Too include, getting “retail” here, too. Good grief. I wish I was more articulate.
