Ah. Ty. Right. So sad.
It’s a Pulitzer Prize for the right investigative journalist. One motivated, primarily, to do good. YOLO.
Maybe this one:
https://www.ft.com/joe-miller
Posner, too, I believe, is motivated primarily to do good. As is LP, and LL.
Best.
Not to be dismissive of other, illegal, acts, if. Like ‘naked’ shorts. If. Which would explain the illegal spoofing. Imo. Right. Discovery… investigative journalism… .fed investigators… This manipulation of the markets has to end. Innovation is gleefully destroyed. Lives lost resultant. A big story here.
Nicely packaged post. … “and who knows what other tools of the trade”… Exactly. Machinations, legal or illegal, in concert with the illegal spoofing, in furtherance.
And, other ‘tools of the trade’ don’t even have to be illegal. Just overt acts in furtherance. … I’m talking conspiracy, if. But, discovery, anyone?
….Conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 371 for conspiracy to commit a substantive offense requires proof that one of the conspirators committed an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. The overt act need not be the substantive crime which is the object of the conspiracy, an element of that offense, or even a crime in its own right….
I took the above off the internet somewhere. Federal conspiracy law.
Thinking out loud. Not a lawyer.
“IMO” not a free pass, imo. lol.
Antihama, FT Weekend edition is ALWAYS good reading! Again, I am a HUGE fan of the Financial Times Weekend edition! And not just for the financial news. Not even for the financial news! (Although this weeks was a winner, and will bring serious eyes to NWBO. And credibility. And, maybe, as you say, some further investigative journalism from this side of the pond).
But! FT Weekend! The Life and Arts, House and Home, Weekend Magazines, etc. First thing I do, every Saturday, is head to the local market, where I buy my coveted FT Weekend Edition. Life and Arts (!) with some good coffee and pancakes! …. Simply Soul Stirring.
But, yes. Great story…. https://www.ft.com/joe-miller
FT Weekend…Subscribe! But make sure you include the Weekend Edition. I prefer paper. Best!

Emails accepted. ??. For those who may have missed the Whistleblower opportunities. #secondchancestodtherightthing
Wait a minute! Hmmm….Let’s see. A company, call them NWBO, over years and all odds, develops a Cancer Vaccine. Yet, it seems, there are financial “entities” determined to prevent that Cancer Vaccine from getting to market. These entities appear to be, determined, to prevent the cancer vaccine from being delivered to cancer patients. Could this be? To include, possibly, various coordinated illegal machinations. Possibly. Could this be??Hmmm. A story there? You betcha.
Does anyone know a good investigative journalist, maybe a background as a legal correspondent, who understands Vaccines, White Collar Crime, and, perhaps, likes a good David Vs Goliath (right vs wrong) story? Who can investigate. And write. A book even? Seriously, a foreseeable Pulitzer Prize, given this saga.
Anyone with that skill set? ??

BTW, ex, did I tell you I love the Financial Times Weekend! …. Great story placement!!! … This will get serious eyes on NWBO! …. Btw, I am a HUGE fan of the Financial Times Weekend edition! And not for the financial news. The Life and Arts, House and Home, Weekend Magazines, etc. First thing I do, every Saturday, is head to the local market, where I buy my coveted FT Weekend Edition. Life and Arts (!) with some good coffee and pancakes! …. Simply Soul Stirring.
Great story…. https://www.ft.com/joe-miller
Morning (?) ex. The cat is out of the bag. Try as you may. Have a great week!
Also, great article. Thanks… Pull the curtain back! … A company working on delivering a cancer treatment! …. I am waiting for Dr. Ken G, with Drs ex, lc, ig, ts, JC, af, legnd, et al, to pen a rebuttal, @#brazen.
FT. Great story placement!!! … This will get serious eyes on… Btw, I am a HUGE fan of the Financial Times Weekend edition! … then… A few minutes later, usually, LC, makes his first daily NWBO iHub “posting” appearance. Lol! Clockwork! Best, Hbpainter!
Awesome! Thanks, Hbpainter! (I was just about to look for your prior post re same! What timing…) . Thanks!
Thanks Lykiri.
Thanks AEK.
Thanks DD.
Nice post. AI is on top of things.
Further, I’d like to take this (quiet Saturday of no trading) opportunity to THANK those that DO respond to those (we affectionately refer to as) FUDsters.
Thanks, Flip, Senti, Doc, Bio, et al, that do respond to the non-stop 24/7 purposeful spread of disinformation directed against NWBO. These, and other such posters, are very talented, intelligent, and knowledgeable, and they take their time and effort to respond to the disinformation.
There is immense value for all investors, old and new, in their knowledge and wisdom, shared via their rebuttals to the “FUD”.
Thank you…
Jester: you said, “They are all over the board BECAUSE people keep responding to them”…. That’s not why they are here. They will clutter up the board, and talk to themselves and/or no one and/or, yes, anyone that does in fact reply to them.
Yes, longs can put them on ignore.
Sometimes the rebuttal’s from longs hurt their cause, which is to dissuade any investor interest/ buying, and to encourage any selling, if they can. Rebuttals from true longs hurt their cause, which is also why you see, some (not all) tell longs not to talk to them.
Anyway. It is likely a good sign, for longs, that they are obsessed here.
But, I get your point. Put them on ignore, if you wish. Me too, I guess. I’m sure it clears up the board, for many, so, there’s that. But, they won’t go away. Yet. Best.
That’s hysterical. (Ex, I’d ask for clarification, but, I’m doing…my best…to stay in the background).
Will do. Best…
Ah. I get ya. …. Have a great weekend. Best.
I appreciate your responses, I’ve re read them all. You are here to dissuade retail buyers from buying, so retail investors don’t lose money. That’s your case. Relying on, your day in day out opinion that the company is a “scam”. Got it. That’s your case. Thanks.
Why would anybody, let’s say you, spend so much time and energy 24/7 trying to dissuade and discourage retail investment in a company they have no financial interest in?
Thanks. So, you Are saying you do not have any financial interest in NWBO, long short, or otherwise.
And. For clarity, you Are saying that your posting efforts here, is to dissuade retail investment.
Right.
IGggy, you can add Wayne Rothbaum, to IOVA. A “whale”, yes? Did you note his large, sagacious, purchase last fall (IOVA). Sorry, if you missed it, I guess you were paying too much attention to NWBO, not IOVA.
Which, again, begs the question, why are you posting here (NWBO) again?
Thanks. So, for clarity, you are saying you do not have any financial interest in NWBO, long short, or otherwise?
And. For clarity, you are saying that your posting efforts here, to dissuade retail investment, is only because you don’t want to see retail investors lose their money to a “scam”?
Do I have it right?
Thanks. So, for clarity, are you saying you do not have any financial interest in NWBO, long short, or otherwise?
And. For clarity, are you saying that your posting efforts here, to dissuade retail investment, is only because you don’t want to see retail investors lose their money to a “scam”?
Do I have it right?
Congratulations on your, purchase, I guess, in IOVA. Boy, the shares there really got hit hard, until they didn’t, I guess.
So, you think NWBO is a “scam”? Can you elaborate?
Of course you don’t need shares to post here. But, with the frequency and intensity of your, and other handles, posts, folks here become curious as to your motivation (s). Context is everything. So, can you elaborate on this? Why, the nature and intensity of your posts? Why?
Legend, in your case, when you say you are “invested” in NWBO, how do you mean? Long? Short? Something else?
….You said… “Should I say that to all the shorts in apple, Tesla, atnm and other stocks I’m invested in?? I’m invested in NWBO and don’t give any cares to if someone shorts, spoofs, talks bad etc.”
For clarity, if needed, I am referring to “theorysuit”.
Bio, fwiw, and I could be wrong, I believe he is talking about being long IOVA. I should let him speak for himself, but, whatever. All that being said, he has a strong interest here, NWBO, that much is obvious. Best.
Do you think Citadel et al want discovery?
Ex, can you tell me the difference (s) between information, misinformation, and disinformation?
You seem interested. Why?
Why are you posting?
Can you elaborate? Thanks.
Right. Tangibilizing the ‘Paper’ (shares) (if you will). From ChatGPT: “The prevalence of stock swaps, cash deals, or a combination of both in buyout transactions can vary depending on several factors including the financial health of the acquiring company, market conditions, regulatory considerations, and the negotiation dynamics between the parties involved. Generally, stock swaps are more common in transactions where both companies see strategic value in combining forces and believe in the long-term growth potential of the merged entity. Cash deals might be favored in cases where the acquiring company has significant cash reserves or wants to quickly integrate the acquired company without diluting its own shareholders' ownership. Mixed deals, combining both cash and stock, are also common and can offer a balance of immediate liquidity and ongoing participation in the merged company's success. Ultimately, the structure of the deal is determined through negotiations and due diligence between the companies involved.”
You all can take a much needed break! It appears I’m the only person left paying any attention. All others have you on ignore.
Good stuff, Lykiri… Ty…
A study? Well, I think you’re onto something. Yes. A study, LC. A study of WHY there is such a, coordinated, effort to suppress a stock price. That’s a great idea, LC. A “study”, of a sort, into the who’s, what’s, when, where, how’s and why’s. All of it.
What a great idea. Wish I had thought of that.
Again, why do you (all) post here, like you do, 24/7? Correct, you don’t have to tell the truth, here.
Ex, Meow?
They are working on a getting a treatment for cancer to patients. “LOL”??? Really?
LC, thanks. I like to think that I should use my head for logic and my heart for compassion. Appreciate the compliment.
