Yes, shareholders are idiots. Why out of the blue does the stock have heavy volume --- Answer: Cause insiders are accumulating.
Why would they want to take controlling interest in a shell? Maybe to use the shell for another company that may be worth something. So all the people that held shares forever probably buying them above .05Cents are now panicking after all these years and dumping the shares for cheap. Just maybe you want to HOLD and see the reason that people were buying for in the last few days.
Rich get richer, Poor get poorer
Looks likes someone is accumulating to take a partial ownership position, if everyone wasn't so much of pussies and not given up their shares so cheaply we could of driven price up higher and made these accumulaters pay more of a premium.
COO and he was worthless
Sorry, I am losing faith in mgmt. Hasn't given an update on the marijuana stock in 45 days to their investors.
yea, rumor is April timeframe for Advantamed go public, after this mgmt may have more time and money to try and fix ACNV
ACNV IN DEFAULT OF FILING DEADLING AGAIN. I GUESS ITS BACK TO PINK SHEETS. WITH NO REVENUE, YOU WOULD THINK FILING REPORTS WOULD BE EASY.
The best thing we can do is to hold the float. The more we hold without "trading" the more we can make it more expensive for people to enter. I don't think this is tied to advantameds except that once Advantameds goes public, mgmt. team and investors like Wellington Shield will have lots of funds to invest for ACNV acquisition. I hold 1.2M shares and not trading until over .5 or above.
They traditional file 48 days after due date. Which would mean around 2/18
My opinion is that ACNV will not be part of the advantamed plan to go public but what I think will happen is that since the CEO and most large shareholders will make a lot of money on Advantameds that they will now have funds to make ACNV grow.
CEO just came out with an update yesterday to all of the Advantameds holders. Things are looking really good and should be public in 4-6 weeks (my estimate)
Doing research, do you know his other expertise.... Real Estate.... ACNV owning Advantameds real estate?
he is referring to his 3rd company -- Synergistic
My guess based on pattern; 8K will be delivered around 2/18

for the record, I am betting on the homerun and for full disclosure I have 100K of shares of advantameds also.
My thoughts. As is, ACNV is a nothing stock. Has no business model and probably wouldn't stay solvent as is. However most of the shareholders on ACNV including the CEO who is the majority shareholder are also the majority shareholders of Advantameds. Advantameds is a can't miss. Will go PUBLIC on NYSE probably in next month or two. All mgmt. focus imo is on getting this public with Wellington Sheilds. Once this goes public, everyone associated with Advantameds will have a ton of equity/worth. At this point getting funding to make ACNV whole will be a lot easier and by making ACNV whole the MGMT team makes even more money. These are SMART guys. They will try to make money on both stocks. They are also creative and I bet they will try to tie the two companies together somehow. So I personally don't care about technical analysis or whatever. This stock is about news. Either we will get news and this is a homerun or we won't and stock will stay in a trading range for awhile.
what do you mean by "they told him to say such things" what does that mean. From my experience Rich really isn't connected to the insiders of the mgmt team and really doesn't know the game plan.
This may sound stupid but I hope not. Once the news comes out that either ACNV will be the real estate holder for the Advantameds cultivation sites or that there will be a reverse merger with Advantameds the stock will go crazy. I still would like to accumulate some more shares at .001 before the news.
Here is how it is connected. Yes the companies right now are only connected by CEO, but they are also connected by the original investors. Most original investors are friends of friends of the CEO's inner circle and we invested in both ACNV and Advantameds. The original investors in ACNV got in at $2 and some at $4. So while it does look like Advantamed will go public in a few months and make some shareholder whole there is still a bunch that need the CEO to help recoup their investments. So yes if you want all of your friends to hate you forever you would just let ACNV die. I don't believe that is his character. Once the MGMT team gets funds from the Advantameds bond sale and the go public sale, I believe the mgmt team will invest in ACNV.
I know when I bought my shares through Scottrade the trades went through NITE
I am not trading at all. I am seriously holding until dollars. I think the goal on both stocks may be to have then as dividend paying stocks eventually.
I'm holding 1.2M shares
Thanks, remember Advantameds is only temporarily private. IT has received approval to go onto NYSE. First ever marajuna company to get approval to sell on NYSE. Will be public by end of March.
As mentioned before; I own 1.2M shares and I am on lockdown. I am not a trader. I am just someone familiar with mgmt team and really feel they are committed to make ACNV a real company. I am holding the stock is over $1. I am also an original subscription buyer of Advantamed.
Remember the original investors bought at $2 and some at $4 with the promise of stock price of $7. officers of company were given shares based on assumption of $7. So CEO has obligation to make these "friends" and family whole. Mgmt is committed to this stock but spending most of their time on Advantamed. Once they become wealthy on the Advantamed go public, they will prop up ACNV. I expect we are seeing no news on purpose. They want all weak hands gone before announcing news.
Angel is on the right track; Advantameds will go public probably in the next 60 days. Somehow the mgmt team will try to link these 2 stocks together.
Unfortunately some of my purchases were at $2. But I fully believe that the mgmt team will "fix" acnv. My guess is that they are purposely not releasing any news since they want to shake the trees and have insiders get the stock now at historic lows and get rid of the non believers. Once all the insiders have the shares then they will implement their get well plan by adding more acquisitions or tying this company some how to advantameds.

yea, my breakeven is around 4.5 cents
I personally own 1.2M shares and I am not moving any of them anytime soon
Remember the original subscription buyers for this stock bought in at $2.00 (Including me). A lot of these buyers were friends and families of the CEO and his network. So CEO needs to make ACNV whole in order to take care of these purchasers. These same purchasers also bought Advantamed. I think the plan is to get Advantamed public to get the original buyers some value and then when the team has money to make ACNV whole buy making additional acquisitions. I think the whole mgmt team spending all time and effort on advantameds now.
Absolutely agree. All mgmt time is being spent on getting Advantamed public which last update, CEO said in a month or two. I also believe Wellington Shields which is helping with Advantameds is also behind some of the big purchases
Time to start thinking that the 7M suggested float is wrong. No way that all of these shares traded in last few months with only a 7M float.
F'N PUMP AND DUMP
IMO here is the deal. Same ownership of ACNV and Advantameds. Once Advantameds goes public(next month or so), then ownership will have plenty of money to start funding acquistions for ACNV
