A partner base upon what!
Agreed, pretty much spot on!
You failed to address the point in this matter, institutions that had a position in ADXS have now sold it! And sure any institution that would be looking for a position will hold off because because of certain aspects of the stock, So really what was mentioned by you doesn't really hold water.
Agree!
Can't argue with Bourbons statement, pretty much right on money or"lack of"
Exactly!!LOL
Adjusting, New cusip # perhaps with new pricing at about $5.75-$5.80?
Just clicked onto Adxs
through e-trade. It did not recognize the symbol. Any ideas?
Wow, quite frankly blue there is a lot more even keeled remarks coming from Ig, than most people on this adxs post site.
In my opinion 5 billion is not out of the realm at all, that could actually happen very easily, all though, it's all based upon the science and the results. If the science isn't there, as far as expected results, then a much lower number will be at play, and will come into view. If the results are stellar, IMO you could see well above 5 billion dollars. Good luck to all Long's.
there are all kinds of agreements that could be outlined in regards to their treatment by companies, the fact is any company can be sued at any given time. It allows an individual the right to choose.
I agree.
All I was saying is that you have "ONE'S RIGHT TO CHOOSE MEDICAL TREATMENT" of course your bad companies that tend to push things and the results end up turning out bad, but then again you have companies out there that have great track records but still have to go through the slow process of getting things done.
Understand your points. But, have you ever worked at a company that takes shortcuts or doesn't follow all of its procedures? Trust me. You don't want that to happen with medicines or medical treatments.
True, but have you ever seen a company that has the right stuff, has gone about in the right way as far as efficacy and yet still fighting system and bureaucracy! hmmmm here's one for the books "ADXS". The companies are out there, it just a matter of doing ones home work.
well put!
i agree fully, I'm just saying when most avenues have been tried and there is little to no results, do you stop at that point and just give up or look for other alternatives. of course do your due diligence.I my self would not sit back and allow an entity to decide on the final outcome off my life
House of Representatives passed a bill Tuesday that would allow those with deadly diseases to try experimental treatments and bypass the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
Actually I think it's a great idea, with perhaps some basic outline in place. But in regards to personal life and death, decisions being made by the FDA, in my opinion they need to step aside, when it comes down to life threatening circumstances especially when treatments have shown little or no results in regards to what is available at that time. The FDA being lethargic at times and really not capable of making crucial decisions within a timely period, probably due to the fact that they are completely removed from;Life evaluation,(are you thriving, struggling, or suffering?). FDA and other agencies and corporations are not structured for the immediate results and not to mention all the bureaucratic b.s.(politics) that seem to plague so many government agencies these days.FDA is set up to find a solution to an overall recurring problem which is based on efficacy, which typically takes a very long time in most cases, but when it hits home, at that point it becomes very personal, and if most avenues have been taken in regards to mainstream medicine, with little or no results, then decisions should be decided by family and individuals that have been stricken and not by government bureaucrats !!
just my 2 cents worth. GLTAL's
seems to be a lot said with very little . corroboration, authentication, confirmation, certification, documentation,or validation.
No evidence for your statement, price dropped after offering.
The reason for drop is quite simple, because of hold, prior too hold stock was actually creeping north
Making your statement as fact.
You really need to look into the mirror when making a comment like that!
agreed, secrets tend to be leaked prematurely, especially when there's a lot at stake and Certian people are privy to that info, which is passed to others that benefit.
Why would they wait to report the hold lift? I don’t see it.
IMO there would be only one reason and that would be that there would be another positive PR released in the very, very near future which would probably help in regards to a nice bump up in SP.
Though i doubt that would be the case because if they truly have the goods(regards to science) which I believe they have, then management would not really be paying attention to "adxs" stock price.
actually 90% conjecture being broadcasted on this board. very little in regards to fact. In "fact" no pun intended
but this statement could be considered conjecture!
The BOD, as well as upper management reminds me allot of what you see in a typical government agency.Unlimited funds to work with, hiring more people to do less work, and most of all" NO ACCOUNTABILITY"in regards to their actions or lack there of!!
just appointed new CEO to BOD. as the sixth board member
I believe the problem with David Sadransky is that he's allowed his ego, to get in the way, and as a result we have been getting subjective decisions being made as opposed to objective decisions.Bottom line is HE NEEDS TO GO!!BYE BYE.
It just goes to show that some individuals may be highly qualified in their medical field, but does not necessarily mean that they know how to run a corporate business. Leave it to those with experience and that have business backgrounds
re:Agree - but a 10 month timeline? And an interim CEO to boot who's pedigree is M&A. I think this company is having a very difficult time executing on anything they believe they can accomplish. I'm not sure where the disconnect is, but things aren't going as planned.
The blame lies SOLELY with BOD,and the sooner they resign the better the company will be as a whole.
Absolutely no idea in regards to running a company. (Sid.) needs to stick to his medical career and resign from BOD, elect new RUNNING members with a CORPORATE business background as well as a couple BOD members with a medical background. GLTAL
re:And they have given new CEO several PR’s to work with:
I agree James, basically had to give the company a new face lift, sparked by numerous PR events in order to get the ball rolling.
I’ve always found it interesting that for some reason certain people believe that if we discuss a very low buyout number, this somehow makes a buyout more likely to occur. It irks them when anyone challenges their low number, as if doing this poses a threat to the chances of a buyout. Set the bar really low to make sure that someone jumps over it, seems to be the implication.
AGREED!!
absolutely agree James. it was quite clear from simple Steve as far as what was conversed between himself and Noel.
your meaning lacks clarification. can you elaborate please.
No matter what Bonstein needs to go, ties to DO to close
true, but a great way to determine where Advaxis lies.
Mazo, do you assume that management has not tried everything possible to avoid the offering.
If they had, they would have mentioned something in regards to freezing salaries and stock options with some type of outlay. That in its self would have comforted a large number of stock holders.
And yes I do believe they had other options in place, but again to little to late.
A lot of what I've seen lately to me seems as though the thinking has been from hindsight as opposed to foresight in regards to planning .
There's no communication from management, or very little there of. So now they expect stockholders to divy out 30M shares based upon past performance.
My vote is in, but may change to a no across the board. Time will tell!
Actually it isn't about punishing management, but not allowing management to take advantage of share holders. They've basically dug this hole and expect shareholders to bail them out. The greed factor is of the chart and if it wasn't, what would have occurred is it would have been written in the proxy where management and BOD would for go any type of benefit from the company until Certian guidelines were met.
And because there was no mentioned of such, management has created this debate as to how these shares are going to be disbursed.
If you take a look at my next post(57037) it kind of gives you an outline on what this company does in regards to companies like Advaxis who hire this firm or one like it, in order perhaps to collect information amongst other agendas.
