So many applications. Blue bell ice cream and a supplier company are still having problems with listeria. The only way to sterilize their production facility is with a device like AS. AS may be received as well outside Healthcare as inside.
Hard to know how the market will react to this change. If you don't read the messages on this board you might think a change in ceo is a destabilizing event in the short term and stock price goes down. Still need AS to do something out in the world.
Can this stock recover? It seems like needed science.
I understand the silence and inactivity make the stock price trickle down, but what makes it go up a little during the trading day?
I don't understand how a low stock price helps those with the most shares or helps anyone?
I have tried to buy shares between the bid and ask for 4 days in a row. No takers.
Wow! Volume of 2k today.
I am new to medizone. How does the company have a $40 million market cap value? Besides AS what else does the company have or produce? What has there been in the past? Is the company valuation based on AS speculation?
How about bill gates comments at an international meeting telling the world that bio-terrorism could kill millions in the years to come. Better get AS out there!
Thanks Gordon.
There would be lots of fame if AS changed the health of the world for the positive. Doing nothing seems the strangest of the options.
If he is in it for the money, wouldn't he make a lot more with a higher stock price and more sales revenue? Unless AS is a sham.
I agree but nothing about this process makes sense. Management getting stock options but then not doing what is needed to make those options profitable. The product (if legitimate) will almost sell itself. Needs just a little push.
Lot of volume today. Somebody know something or are the people that bought at .05 years ago finally giving up at .10? Double their money and go since the next medizone bump may be far away?
Is it the lack of news that causes the price to drop in this instance or is it concerns about management? This technology is going to make someone a lot of money one day and help a lot of people one day.
Looking at the price and the sell-offs I think some people have had enough.
Even if AS didn't work someone should have tried it by now. Plenty of things that don't work get sold on high volumes all the time. Sham-wow!
Another way to look at it may be a rewarding of stock options ahead of the release of some meaningful news.
Good point. Seems odd if AS is a real technology.
If management in California get 1 million shares at 10 cents a share as a compensation and sell them immediately for $100,000 dollars and pay at least 50% tax [fed and state], that leaves 50k. Not as much money in California as in other places. With a little work and price goes to $1 per share well now we are at $500k post taxes. That is real compensation for management.
Unless the AS technolgy is a sham, it is really irresponsible for the company leadership not to really push AS to market as quickly as possible. This technology can save lives. Unless it is a sham. At least performance for management is somehow tied to stock prices that way when the price goes down they feel some of the pain.
What are ppl shares?
I don't understand the trials that are being performed for US hospitals. If there is peer reviewed research available on the AS device both in the lab and in Canadian hospitals that should be enough data for the hospitals to review and decide if they want the product or not. Hospitals may live test how the AS works in their buildings but they would not normally expect a new technology to reproduce its results live for them.
Stock price is almost back where it was on 11/20/16.
I am not spreading the news about AS just to see the stock price increase. I want to see the technology implemented. Infections and their complications are making caring for patients very difficult. If any infections can be avoided by using technology that works then we must begin now. Hospitals are already spending lots of money on cleaning techniques that don't work (hours of wipe-downs with carcinogens, etc.), they only need to redirect money already being spent to techniques that work.
The revenue would not be only in the machine sales but in the disposable H2O2/ozone cartridge that you must have each time you use the device. The pressure washer buys the machine but continues to purchase the cleaning fluid, etc from the company that sold him the washer. Medical equipment companies do this all the time, they almost give you the equipment to implant the device but charge a healthy sum for the implant. The revenue comes with the selling of the "extras" like the cartridges, tape, etc. The real investment should be in the company that makes the cartridges.
There aren't lawsuits over infections from public toilets but there have been several in the nfl over mrsa infection from the locker room.
What?
I have been contacting colleagues in other towns to look into medizone. Told them to call the company. This device will be great for sterilizing locker rooms. High schools, colleges, and professional teams may be interested at the same time hospitals are. MRSA is a big deal in locker rooms. I have contacted one nfl team trainer/doc and plan to call others. More likely that someone will buy 2-3 machines ( ie start a "sterilizing" company) and offer a service to come in and clean your locker rooms or other rooms for a fee (like pressure washing a house). Hospitals will want their own machines but non hospital groups would probably contract with a group to come in and clean their facilities. Stock holders may need to drive this effort.
If the trials go well are there board members who can motivate company leadership to get a move on?
AS is a great technology. It will be big at some point. Of course that time may be after the technology is sold to another company for a nice profit and the next company makes mega-profits. Individual investors may need to call the infection control administrator at their local hospital and recommend the hospital check out AS. I am doing that. Don't be fooled, hospitals and doctors are very worried about infection and potential lawsuits and will love the AS technology.
