This is at least as believable as the other bot sites putting LWLG analyst target at $2.71 for so long. BTW, who IS that analyst, anyway. They were never named...

How to value pre-revenue companies. Look forward 5 years (or more) and calculate your best guess for the earnings estimate. Also calculate earnings for year 4. Compare the growth between year 4 and 5 and calculate the percentage. Consider using that as your PE ratio. Adjust upward or downward depending on what other stocks in that sector are valued at. Good luck!!!

Graduation weekend is here for many, bringing to mind the iconic scene from The Graduate in which Mr. McGuire takes Benjamin aside and says, "I just want to say one word to you. Polymers..... There's a great future in polymers."
Maybe Blackrock (and other institutions) at work here. They need shares for their iShares Micro-Cap ETF (IWC) which tracks the Russell Microcap Index. Reconstitution day is toward the end of June. LWLG has just been added.

[quote“Foundry is a service business,” Gelsinger said in an interview. “That isn’t the culture that Intel’s had.”][/quote] I can sense that Lightwave Logic has also become a service business in dealing with multiple foundries.

Proto, are you remembering the Russell Microcap Reconstitution? MM's may be under tremendous pressure to create even more LWLG shares out of thin air between now and June 23, 2023 to have available for the Index Funds Reconstitution Day, so shorts could be digging an even deeper hole for themselves in the short term, and sending their minions squawking even louder on iHub. Should be interesting, so grab some popcorn and watch the show!

Reverse splits and/or dilution are deadly to the stock price. Why would Thom do that and risk his own significant holdings in WDDD?
ME: What about the dollar amounts?
BARD: The dollar amounts are not publicly available. The agreement is confidential, and the parties have not disclosed the financial terms.
However, we can make some inferences based on the information that is available. The agreement is for a period of five years, with an option for Lumentum to renew for an additional five years. This suggests that the parties believe that the agreement has the potential to be profitable.
In addition, the agreement is with a global leader in optical communications components and modules. This suggests that Lumentum is a credible partner, and that the agreement is likely to be successful.
Based on this information, we can infer that the dollar amounts involved in the agreement are significant. However, we cannot know for sure without access to the confidential financial terms.
Bard said the deal was with Lumentum. However, please don't ask it who the CEO of LWLG is. Just for the fun of it...
ME: LWLG just announced a commercial deal with a company. Who was that company, and what were the terms of the agreement?
BARD: LWLG, or Lightwave Logic Inc., is a company that develops and commercializes photonic integrated circuits. On May 25, 2023, LWLG announced a commercial deal with Lumentum Holdings Inc., a company that manufactures components and modules for fiber-optic communications networks. The terms of the agreement are as follows:
LWLG will supply Lumentum with its photonic integrated circuits for use in Lumentum's optical transceivers.
Lumentum will pay LWLG a royalty on each optical transceiver that it sells that uses LWLG's photonic integrated circuits.
The agreement is for a period of five years, with an option for Lumentum to renew for an additional five years.
This deal is a significant milestone for LWLG, as it is the first commercial deal for the company's photonic integrated circuits. The deal is also a significant win for Lumentum, as it gives the company access to LWLG's leading-edge technology.
The terms of the agreement are favorable to both parties. LWLG will receive a royalty on each optical transceiver that Lumentum sells, which will provide the company with a steady stream of revenue. Lumentum will gain access to LWLG's leading-edge technology, which will help the company to stay ahead of the competition.
This deal is a positive sign for the future of LWLG. The company has a strong technology, and it is now gaining traction in the market. With this deal in place, LWLG is well-positioned to continue to grow and succeed.
Vein changed the setting on his chart to weekly and will check back with us Friday.

Q. What date did LWLG sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TSMC to jointly develop OICs for high-speed data center applications?
A. On January 24, 2023, Lightwave Logic, Inc. (LWLG) and TSMC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop optical interconnect circuits (OICs) for high-speed data center applications. The MOU outlines a collaboration between the two companies to develop OICs based on LWLG's silicon photonics technology. The OICs will be designed to meet the needs of high-speed data center applications, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.
The MOU is a significant step forward for LWLG's efforts to commercialize its silicon photonics technology. TSMC is a leading semiconductor foundry with a strong track record of developing and manufacturing high-performance chips. The collaboration with TSMC will give LWLG access to TSMC's manufacturing expertise and resources, which will be essential for the commercialization of LWLG's OICs.
The MOU is also a significant step forward for the development of silicon photonics technology. Silicon photonics is a promising technology that has the potential to revolutionize the way data is transmitted and processed. The collaboration between LWLG and TSMC will help to accelerate the development of silicon photonics technology and make it more widely available.
Q. Is that under a NDA?
A. I am not sure if the MOU between LWLG and TSMC is under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). However, it is likely that the MOU contains some confidential information that is not publicly known. If the MOU is under an NDA, then it is important to respect the confidentiality of the information and not share it with anyone who is not authorized to receive it.
