From your video: "Tesla makes it own chips". And we previously have know about $LWLG being an alleged supplier to Tesla.

Almost 3 year old TED talk discussing renewables vs nuclear power.
I stand corrected on the shelf. Both you and X pointed this out. I confused the LPC offering with the total amount. I am in agreement it is unlikely that the volume spike is from the shelf.
The shelf had 30 million remaining. If all were used at $17.79, that would account for roughly 1.7 million shares. If options expiration accounted for 1/4 million or even 1 million, we are still far short of the volume spike.
Could it be as X-ter is fond of saying "games will be played". If you wanted to trade large blocks of shares incognito, what better time to jump in than during options expiration. We're still looking at each other wondering what happened.
Good point pit. My broker thinks it's triple witching as well. We never had an option expiration before. Our volume is nothing compared to other stocks last minutes.
About that shelf... it's 33 million dollars. https://s3.amazonaws.com/b2icontent.irpass.cc/2586/rl102956.pdf If you look at Meghan's screenshot https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=167171137 there is one sell of 4,687,517 shares and one question mark (neither buy nor sell) of 4,687,517 shares. One side of that trade would equal $83 million, over double the size of the shelf. So most likely dark pool reporting, and management may not even know who the buyer (or seller) is. We may have to wait for the 13D filing. Up to 10 long days. And that's if the total went over the 5% threshold.
Let's see, 4,687,517 shares at $17.79 = $83,390,927.43. Just a little out of my league.
Nah. I'm sure it's just retail lol. By far our biggest volume day. Around 5% of outstanding shares.
Thank you! That makes a bit more sense. But here we are again with 610,203 at $17.61 just after at the close. And that volume isn't showing on my Schwab StreetSmart Edge charts that I can tell.
So there were two at-the-close purchases of over 600,000 shares each totaling nearly $23,000,000? (jaw drop) All while bashers "randomly" showed up in full force yesterday?
Gapping up. Stupid gap lol! Groundhog day.
30% might apply here, or maybe not. The June run had about 3 legs up of 5 or more days and was about 1000%. Unbelievable. Time that!

Gapping up... stupid gap lol.
Good point. Theories floated today regarding increased price and volume activity include "someone knows something", institutions buying, "we know what we've got", and this one - momentum buying on new highs. I don't remember this being yet mentioned today.
NASDAQ - 52 Week Hi/Low
The New 52-Week High/Low indicates a stock is trading at its highest or lowest price in the past 52 weeks. This is an important indicator for many investors in determining the current value of a stock or predicting a trend in a stock’s performance. One popular strategy employed by stock traders is to purchase companies hitting new highs. Hover over symbols below for additional index information, including quotes, news, and charts.

Any idea how many multi-million dollar posters are here on this board? Just curious.
F2, I'm directing this message to me. Some were looking into other investments. Here's an investment worth following. I need to invest more in FMLY. Just sayin'. I know you'll do the right thing.
"Deworsification," a term coined by legendary investor Peter Lynch, comes to mind.
46 Institutional investors? That's jaw dropping. And to think that's new old news, meaning holders as of 9/30/2021. There appears to be a massive wave (sorry the pun) of institutions that we won't see reported until next quarter. Showing 1.41% ownership. 108 million shares. 21 million dollars worth.
Didn't you see the 3 share signal right before the open?
Did someone take out the 48,000 share wall near 13 or did it crumble as we approached? Sorry if this has already been addressed, I've been tied up at work.
Digital WORLD Acquisition Corp. They've got some money. What would merger news do for both WDDD and DWAC shareholders? C'mon man. Who better to take on big tech!!!
And from Worlds website:
Worlds is the pioneering platform in 3D virtual communities and rich immersive environments. Launching in 1994, Worlds leverages its patented proprietary technology in partnership with brand leaders in specific market segments to offer members multi-user environments that have interactive Avatars, rich media graphics, text chat, voice-to-voice chat, video and e-commerce.
The 3D communities allow visitors to interact with each other, teleport throughout the Worlds environment as well as participate in shared experiences. Besides partnering with existing content providers that have strong brands and an existing following, Worlds also encourages individuals to create their own virtual spaces, communities and unique Avatars with easy-to-use tools. Worlds was and remains true “social networking” well before the term became mainstream.

Time to update the website:
Worlds was and remains true "metaverse" well before the term became mainstream.
Also time to monetize!!! My understanding is that there are still social media platforms attempting to become established. (DWAC) Get busy. Consider the mergers and acquisitions game. Thom are you listening?
This 29-year-old book predicted the ‘metaverse’ — (Kidron invented it 2 years later) and some of Facebook’s plans are eerily similar.

Hey, now we're up to 15 'tutes. Sorry, didn't see Cathie's name on there yet.

Good for you!!! I didn't start playing until it was 62 cents. Cost basis now at $1.88 & I'm in big for me. As you say, ride the wave!
I'm sure you can remember when this could go for hours without a trade. Gone are the days!
Institutional ownership data can also be found on the NASDAQ website. We now have 12 on the list so far.
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/lwlg/institutional-holdings
Just broke through resistance at 11
Healthy last second buys.
True that. In comparison I'm not a big holder but would be 3rd on the list in holdings as an institution.

So number of institutions has doubled and holdings have more than doubled.
Welcome new institutional investors. As of 9/30/2021 we have a total of 8 institutional holders. The new investors are:
ENVESTNET ASSET MANAGEMENT INC
HOLLENCREST CAPITAL MANAGEMENT
IFP ADVISORS, INC
FOCUSED WEALTH MANAGEMENT, INC
I believe that institutions have 45 days after the end of the quarter to report, so there may be more showing up soon.

Great find! This needs to be brought to the attention of Thom in case it has been overlooked.
