I really expected some discussion
around February 27, 2024 NOTICE OF ACTION BY WRITTEN CONSENT OF STOCKHOLDERS AND INFORMATION STATEMENT.
either a gasp good, gasp bad, or even a shrug of indifference.
I remember, and this is not a happy memory, of the price per share being so low ie less than a penny, that it was not even worth selling. THEN the change happened and my shares got up to an unbelievable 40K with an uplist making everyone hope for even better.
NOW, I'm back back to that to those old days and expect delisting shortly.
Is there any better legitimate opinion out there about what the company will do now?
Nowadays I wonder if we are heading towards a split to stay in the big boys ballpark.
I believe RFB has already made his thoughts clear on that.
What I wonder is how surprised and what actions are planned from the owners at this point.
Is Edgar clear as it seems to be?
If you've been using shares by the millions to buy companies right and left I guess 3 BILLION isn't unreasonable but Sheesshh!
Perhaps someone can provide more clarity or even say what is, if I have misinterpreted the whole thing.

I understand and agree to it all.
But TODAY, the opportunity arose and I bought a little more.
Is there any broker left out there that doesn't Default to Limit Order? Once in a while I see someone putting the ASK to $ 0.50.
I can't be the only one who for the last several weeks [months?] been trying to get cheap [cheapER] shares while it can still make a difference.
It just won't be the same trading 200 shares as opposed to a thousand shares. Yes yes, even though it will be the same.
Been at the almost 28 cents more than once lately. That number seems a bridge too far.
I have learned that my broker will handle shorts. I think it's time I jumped in to that pool and start a whole new round of them.
RE: 1142 and 1143
Not taking sides here. Just hoping for the best and fearing the worst. My tongue lives permanently in my cheek.
Along the lines of trust BUT verify, everybody on every Exchange, especially OTC must be considered as worthy as their last independent audit. Companies everywhere have proved that over and over again.
Shame there is not a column for Audit Date in displayable stock market statistics.
Anyway, my takeaways from recent posts:
This company now using the ONOV symbol has more verifiability and future than the previous;
Mark's pr hopefully true as gold is still PR;
ONOV may still be 'the absolute best security over here' on the OTC, but it's subject to the realities of the OTC;
ANY EXCHANGE's member is only trust-able as far as it's last audit;
A N D we are all here putting our money where our best expectations are.
I should never have doubted.
When seeing 'it depends' my inner ocd wants specifics so I did what you said and maybe should have done instantly, i.e., asked my broker.
UNBELIEVABLE. The Support line non Margins specific person I got told me the period of the Short payback is RANDOM, and could be for a long time.
I believed there had to be some criteria that affected this such as my account size or time as a customer that proved I could be trusted.
I may still find what if any modifying factors exist when I call the direct number to the Margins people who handle Shorting. For now, my curiosity is satisfied with the still firm belief that it will continue to be beyond my comfort level.
Thanks RFB. Just knowing those two mentioned is a floorer for me.
If the $ were at hand I would be buying at 20 nowadays, that 18 is a surprise I would have grabbed at instantly.
I think I understand the definition of shorting a stock. I am also NOT savvy enough, or brave enough to ever do it. My loss.
Aside:
I do buy as much ONOV as I can but I am certain it is tiny amounts compared to others here. I started when I believed the Coffee Rust treatment product was real and had an honest booming future. Later it wasn't even worth selling when the stock value dropped so much and stayed so low. Then, the company was sold. The new people's history and present numbers look good but admittedly it still comes down to faith that they will ultimately do what they said. But, here I am.
Now: Forgive my ignorance, which is abundant.
I thought it required a broker that was willing to loan a quantity of stock for a specific limited SHORT amount of time, before the borrower was required to pay that stock back to the broker. That borrowed stock would be sold. The price of the stock goes down and the borrower buys the now cheaper stock and pays it back to the broker, thus pocketing the difference.
I do see that this is a way to make money when a stock price actually goes down instead of up. It all hinges on being able to sell stock for real, that you didn't really have to pay for; at the time you sold it anyway.
If the above is basically correct, I have two big questions.
There are Brokers who will do this for OTC stocks?
and
I thought those 'time limits' for the borrow were really short such as 2-3 weeks top. Comments here suggest it can be significantly longer.
I can see where super confident brave souls would live dangerously and do this. It scares the willies out of me though.
I still hope for an answer to those 2 big questions.
A big fish in a small pond
can make the same splash as a REALLY big fish makes in the ocean.
I read a nicely explanatory article that was mostly about activities around GAMESTOP stock but also dealt with past actions of the pretty much untouchable players involved.
My take away was that the OTC stock market was essentially the same; ie those with the money and ability will do what is possible even though not proper. The key being it takes less money to do so.
I appreciate the recent discussion and teaching moments of those on this board. It was a little deeper than what I thought I knew. Also thanks for posting all that single share trade activity. That was a totally new technique to me which seems to only have one purpose.
I hope someone elaborates on that.
Tiny buy/sells affect price? Wondering.
Comparatively, my holdings in Castellum are minuscule. Any buys I make (haven't sold yet) can't help but be really small scale.
I'm not bright enough to understand all the subtleties of the evil MM's actions but have seen enough repetition of trades, prices, and clarifying comments on this board to have some inkling of those basics.
I cannot create large rumors, or have resources to support even pretend intentions to buy or sell large amounts of ONOV. I believe any of my $1000 to $5000 trades would be below reaction comment.
Here comes the stupid question/statement part.
Based on any actions of mine being insignificant and months of ONOV trade behavior, coupled with the understanding and acceptance that I could just lose every time;
every few weeks(maybe months) buying at twenty-something low and selling at twenty-something high seems worth doing for a couple of thousand dollars profit or just to buy more Castellum). At least until the up listing.
Is this too naive?
Reply to JJJ24, RFBs reply to post# 10640
I understand and totally agree with both replies. Why would prices fall RE: Corona AND Don't invest what you can't lose.
I've had ONOV for a few years now. ANY stock or ANY exchange can rise and fall irrationally. Listening to events and watching the NASDAQ falling on Corona concerns seemed as likely as anything else in this world to also affect ONOV.
I won't say it was tongue and cheek or even moral concerns; but buying more stock to benefit myself where the cause stems from large scale suffering couldn't help but give me a moments pause and I felt it was worth mentioning.
Yes I did wait to see if there was an ONOV dip so my few hundred would buy me an extra share or two.
Will Corona virus concerns affect ONOV like NASDAQ?
On top of concerns money managers or whatever the proper term is for those manipulate OTC stocks, now it is seen the larger markets are finally being affected by World wide concerns over Corvid 19. Is it wrong for me to hold the very few hundred I have to invest in ONOV back to see what happens before buying a few meager more shares?
Coulda shoulda woulda at 0.01 yeah right
I never bought when it was at 0.01 and I wonder who among us did. Been here for a few years now (not that many) and have bought at 0.13 (at my very beginning), 0.07, 0.05, and now 0.095.
Like many I imagine, I am not a $ 10K or $ 5K purchaser. Even now I believe this 'new' ONOV is worth the risk and that I should buy when possible.
If my belief is borne out then it will climb - hopefully soon - and be beyond the means my mind can justify.
This is not greed; just hope and trust. When, not if, the stock reaches a solid plateau of 0.25 I will be so glad I did what I could when I could.
I learned to avoid reading what I considered repetitive inflammatory speech only recently. I was bothered enough to state how I felt about people offering only invective.
It is good to read posts and see how the Post # jumps higher 1,2 or 3 at any time to get past those set as ignored. I regret that I didn't know I could set that months and months ago.
About what is currently happening to the stock price; it lifts my spirits a large amount. I had gotten to the point where having bought at .13 and then .05 I had just given up when it went to less than a penny and considered the stock too low to even bother selling.
So I am immensely happy over the current ride up, and believe that current focus of this new company is true as stated.
I have read here those commenting on the techniques of how some bid and posts are only to frighten or manipulate.
My naivete is probably too great to ever properly buy penny stocks but I'm still here and I think there must be many like me who probably just support the efforts of those who really know what they are doing.
I regret CR-10 and the good the product could do is no longer in the picture.
I think I am beginning finally from this board learning what and how to pay attention for future penny stock opportunities.
My less than 100,000 shares which still cost to me a not inconsequential amount are trying to hold on for a brighter future.
Over the last couple of weeks this stock has held steady. That is very atypical behavior. That is especially noticeable considering the general turbulence of late. I hope it bodes well for the future of ONOV. If I had any more "penny stock" investment capital left I'd buy more. YES, I do realize using investment capital and "penny stock" in the same sentence is oxymoronic.
I appreciate good news of any sort and I would like the value of my shares to increase so that I am no longer losing money on ONOV.
However this is bittersweet as it stands this moment.
The reason I bought in the first place is because a respected source (who also lost money) liked the idea and the product. Coffee and it's people are huge in my mind.
Does anyone know if the product CR-10 is truly real and if so what will happen to it?
I believe Tom has said, "This is my final post." three hundred and twenty seven times. If not for him and his general ranting posts, there would hardly be any movement of posted numbers at all. Consider him a way to help track TIME. You can't can't track content though because that never changes.
Funny how I believe in the BioNovelus product, and thereby the stock. I live in Hawaii, the ONLY growing place - so I hear - that DOESN'T have coffee rust.
At barely a penny a share (currently) I see no earthly reason to sell. What I wonder is why one person (maybe more but I have only seen one name consistently) is so ALL CAPS fired up to bad mouth the company and or the ONOV show runner.
Does this company have a REAL product? If so does it actually work?
I sure hopes so because that is why I bought shares in the first place.
Despite COFFEE being such a massive industry in all its forms andand the apparent all pervasiveness of coffee rust being such a huge impact; the CR-10 product seems to be virtually unheard of on a global scale. Why is that? It's a rhetorical question I know but like most of those you really hope someone who knows will pipe up and answer.
I live in Hawaii where coffee production is an incredibly passionate subject even though our presence on the world stage of coffee is barely a drop in the ocean. Hawaii also happens to be so I hear the only growing area without the invasion of coffee rust. Speakers in the state have relished that absence though some are of the opinion that the coming of rust is inevitable. That possibility is another reason why I support BioNovelus.
