Thank you for your candor Todd1975! I know you have been one of VDRM's biggest critics, so to get advice to "hold" from you is definitely more support than I expected and does make me think that I will wait till closer to Christmas and if all else fails dump it for a tax break on the loss.
Thank you, Jim
Thank you for the advice! Do you have a pps you see it going to and if so, when?
Thanks again, Jim
Another day broke even! We have had 2 in the last week or so as the pps has continued to bleed off.
I have a measly 100,000 shares left. Do you guys recommend I take my $ 300 (an $ 1,800 investment) or is there hope just around the corner?
#SOON.
Thanks, Jim

Kinda big news Sept. 5th, 2018: Cannabics Pharmaceuticals Granted Patent in Israel for Its Core Technology for Personalized Cannabinoid Based Medicine
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cannabics-pharmaceuticals-granted-patent-israel-133000836.html
I see your point! I wrote an article a few years back about why we have to have two incomes today. It is because a Mustang costs 2 to 3 times what a house used to and 15 times what a Mustang used to. And to insure that Mustang costs 10% of what was a yearly income not long ago.
Health insurance, medication, doctor appointments, car service, cars themselves, everything has gone absolutely through the roof while most jobs fall in the $ 20,000 to $ 40,000 range, which is not a lot more than people were making in the 1970's when you do the math.
1978 $10,556.03 1979 $11,479.46 1980 $12,513.46
So while our required costs have gone through the roof, our income has not, and you are right, companies like this are just raising the bar higher and higher.
Hi Schlumpy, Based on people buying and loving the product, I agree that it sounds great. I also agree with your comment that it seems Otiko cannot run this.
Three times now he has announced major sales... to himself.
I am getting to a point that I: A. Want advise from longtime investors on what they see in the near future (6 months or so) and B. Want to shame companies that are doing piss poor press and piss poor investor relations in to doing a better job.
Thank you for your reply and have a great weekend! Jim
Here is what you might find: They will make you part of a "study" if you agree to daily Q&A via email. They, in turn, will give a break on the cost.
So yes, some insurance companies will be paying the huge price (or part of it), some people will get a discount by participating.
Just one of my allergy shots is over $ 1,000 a month (Xolair), but I do not pay the first $ 10,000 a year because I agreed to over 6 hours of interviews, emails, etc.
So I might pay around $ 2,000 across 12 months instead of over $ 12K.
Just a thought of what may happen. Still outrageous!!
Take care, Jim
So do we just continue to bleed off or does someone truly see something in the near future to boost VDRM?
Coming up on 2 years invested in this and the "soon", "know what you own", and every deal being with a company that turns out to be at least partly owned by Otiko bs is wearing pretty thin.
Please advise if there is a reason not to dump at this point.
Thank you, Jim
"Until CNBX comes up with their extended release pill or spray CNBX will flounder. They need infusion of capital but more importantly a partnership with a big company that will take that process to completion".
Hi bigfred1,
They do have their extended release pill in market and it currently sells under the name Wana Caps https://www.wanacaps.com/home and have had them in market since around 2014.
But from there, what you are saying is exactly what I have been saying: They have the product (actually numerous products), and instead of finding a partner to help make them the next GW, they keep kicking other ideas around.
Here is where CNBX/Wana Caps has GW and everyone else beat: Their long release pill is the ONLY product that is Human Resources friendly. Medical Marijuana is legal where I live (Ohio) but there was just a front-page article letting employers know that just because MM is legal does not mean companies have to let it on their property.
GW makes a 4 hour spray. Sprays spill in purses, leak on desks, etc. Best case scenario: GW has to be taken every 4 hours. One of my degrees is in Human Resources and over the course of my time in HR, I have seen where legal products have been banned from the workplace. GW would definitely fall under that.
I have said since 2014 that Human Resources is the next battleground after legalization, and CNBX already has the battle won if they could just find a major distributor/big pharma to distribute them. Take the pill before work, take it 12 hours later after work, and you never had to take it on company property.
They have had the product for coming up on five years, they just need to freaking sell it better!!!!
I love that they are doing the fast throughput, allowing doctors to send biopsies, etc, but what made me invest was the pill that will beat all others in the HR battle, and that is where they need to be fighting.
This company should be worth at least half of what GW is. CNBX has the better product. Yet GW sells at $ 135 a share and CNBX is under $ 1. ??????
I completely agree with you and hope more people start to take them to task for not promoting what they were founded on: the long release pill.
Take care, Jim
Hopefully it means we are getting there!!
Thank you for the clarification!
Jim
FDA approving MM should be 1 month out if the article timeline is accurate.
The article was dated July 5th, almost 2 months ago, so we are 2 months into the 3-month estimate pasted below:
"DEA rescheduling, expected within about three months, could remove regulatory barriers for researching new cannabis-derived treatments".
https://hempindustrydaily.com/open-up-the-floodgates-fda-approval-signals-further-cbd-investment/
Please post if anyone finds any other articles about this that update the progress!!!
Thank you, Jim
Have there been any reports regarding sales from the various deals announced since 2017 to now?
If anyone can provide links to PR's, etc, that would be much appreciated.
Thank you, Jim
YAII PN deal was made back on May 2nd. It allows YAII PN to buy up to 10 million dollars worth of shares at a 2% discount below market value over the next 36 months.
The 74 cent sale this week was part of that deal and the price was the 2% below market value price. This had all gone through the regulatory scrutiny of a sale of this type months before the Seedo deal but may have made the Seedo deal more alluring to both parties and helped make it possible.
The amount of money CNBX is having thrown at it over the past months makes a lot of things more possible for them and CNBX more alluring to investors. Investors like to invest where they see others heading... the classic Fear Of Missing Out model of investing.
We are not seeing these dollars in the PPS because of the way they are accepting the money, but when a single investment is ten million, suffice it to say big investors are taking notice of CNBX and trying to get in before the PPS takes off.
The link to the May 2nd release about the sale is below.

Seedo ending pre-sales, shipping starts Sept. 12th!! Yahoo Finance, Gurufocus, and PRNEWSWIRE all announced Wednesday 8/22/18 that pre-sales end September 12th and the product is to begin shipping in the coming weeks.
What was thought to be a "down the road" revenue stream is to start providing revenue sooner than expected.
Links to several of the PR's are below. All basically carrying the same message but it's a nice PR rollout so I thought I'd share some of the various articles.
Thanks to Midnight Matt for the heads up on this news!!

Didn't the YAII PN at .74 pps come before the SEEDO deal? I believe that has been a standing deal for a month or more.
Thanks, Jim
Thank you Scuba2!!
Finally, some art with the articles!!!! Let's hope they do some more PR than just this little pic and blurb.
We should have PR's regarding study results, conferences/conventions attended, and all should start including photos with the articles.
Thank you for posting Scuba2!! Jim
Thank you Scuba2!!
Let's see what this interview does for us with pps. Somehow we dropped even lower the last two days after this news broke on the 14th.
We REALLY need to start seeing PR's about studies, and about conventions with photos of the team attending and networking.
I greatly appreciate you sharing this good sir.
Take care, Jim

Please provide a link to the interview if you find one or provide the name of the interviewer so I can search by that.
I used Cannabics, Eyal Barad, etc in combination with Bloomberg TV and none of them came up in any of my searches.
A link will be much appreciated.
Thank you, Jim
Hi Scuba2,
I am trying to find it on Bloomberg but nothing coming up on Google or Alexa.
Can you advise who did the interview so I can search via interviewer?
Thank you, Jim
Hi ChuckG1,
Ah, I see what you were referring to.
I have asked that myself: Why would companies that want to own a million shares in CNBX agree to pay $ 2 a share when they could pick it up for seventy cents a share today? This is the second or third deal they have cut where the partners in the deal would be paying considerably more to be part of the deal than if they cut no deal and just bought shares.
Now, this is not what the deal was, but if the deal was that, for partnering with CNBX, they be given a million shares, that I could understand.
But I see no reason for these companies to pay 2 to 3 times the going pps just to get a million shares as part of a deal.
Again, where is the news regarding study results? Where are the press releases regarding the conferences/conventions they attended this summer?
This company is not working to keep investors happy in any way.
I am pro-CNBX all the way and I do not mean to be negative, but after 4 years of piss poor press, it's about time to call a spade a spade.
My negativity is not a ploy. I do not plan to buy more shares in a company that runs to $ 7.60 and then seems to be working as hard as it can to stay below a dollar. If this is the company they appear to be, claim to be, then they should be at at least $ 30 pps.
#TiredOfPissPoorPress
Take care, Jim
Hi st007,
I buy through Etrade, so I will follow your instructions and go check it out.
I had started noticing that most pages (Google, Yahoo Finance, etc) had been showing an all time high of around $ 4, so I appreciate you letting me know that there is somewhere still showing how high it went.
I cannot figure out why all of the pages do not show the legitimate high. It is not like they have split their stock since that time and we would be seeing an adjusted high like with stocks that have split (for example, Netflix).
Thanks again for sharing!! Jim
Hi ChuckG1,
The only think I can think of mentioning that would have been close to the wording "20x" would be when I mentioned my returns are still 5 to 25 times my initial investments.
I bought in over the course of 2015 and 2016 and my pps ranges from 3 cents to 15 cents a share. So the 75 cents we were at was 5 to 25 times my investments. I was not mentioning that to brag but to point out that even at 75 cents CNBX was showing good returns depending on when buyers bought in.
If it was something else that I said, please paste the quote and I will review it.
Thank you and take care, Jim
Hi Surfgreen,
Thank you for your kind words!! I completely agree that CNBX is a company worth investing in. It jumped out at me in 2014 before everyone was going crazy about MMJ and I still feel it is a true leader among a lot of companies founded during a boom time for MMJ.
They are supposedly making big changes that will be for the better. I am at the point that I am happy to start "shaming" them to get them there. Their lack of PR's regarding conventions, study results, etc is becoming a bit of a joke.
Thanks again, Jim
Hi St007,
I had used Google, Yahoo Finance, and over the past months other stock graphs.
Do the ones you are looking at show it above $ 7? I believe it's February 2017 high was $ 7.60 and had at least 2 days over $ 7, but I have not been seeing this when I pull up stock graphs.
Thank you for your kind words. Please advise if seeing above $ 7 and thanks!! Jim
FYI: Post 3348 has information/points of interest and questions I've compiled over the past couple years that I'd like anyone that has been following CNBX to look over and give their input on regarding why the stock does not show ever going over $ 4, etc.
I am happy with some recent developments, but all in all, it is time for some real information, and I'd like those that have been here awhile to read over my notes and weigh in.
Thank you, Jim
Hi Surfgreen,
There has been at least one study that has came and went this summer without fanfare and more are on the way.
This is among a number of things that I have started to "shame" the company about, and while I doubt I am in any way to credit for it, we are starting to see some changes.
1. The website was not being updated. I mentioned this and Scuba2 said he had a chance to speak to the CEO about our concerns in San Diego, and sure enough, within a week or so, a whole new website.
2. "Art with articles". I am tired of hearing about CNBX attending conventions and not seeing any photos from the convention. Once again, Scuba2 is to credit for providing a photo of new CEO Eyal Barad at the convention. While I give a hats off to Scuba2, this is a major convention that CNBX attended, and while they announced in advance that they would be there, they have yet to follow up with an article about the convention.
Again, I not only want articles, I want "art" with the articles, and that means I want to see photos of CNBX executives interacting with convention participants. This company has always been big on missing promotion opportunities, and their excuse has always been that they are doctors, not publicists. Well, they are a major enough company that they can buy a $ 200 camera, and they are a company that is asking us to trust them while they trade at seventy five cents a share when lesser companies are $ 135 pps.
With the products CNBX has in market and the studies, we should have a lot higher pps. But who is around to argue that when they cannot even put out press about attending conventions or study results? Barad said a lot of news and good things are coming when Scuba2 met with him, but I have bought stock in companies whose ticker might as well have been "SOON" before, and they need to do a few things to boost their image, their news output, their pps, etc.
3. Studies. They have done, well, basically a horrible job of spreading news about study results. One of the excuses on that was the change in CEO from Itamar Borochov to Eyal Barad. Both were co-founders of CNBX, so it is not like Barad is a brand new face. Barad has promised that this type of news flow will change as well. Well, change it, and soon, as we can sure use a boost in our pps.
We are all aware of the recent "Letter to Shareholders". It was a great read. But it is about 12 months or more late, and a band aid on a head wound. I started researching CNBX in 2014, bought in in 2015, and still hold a nice set of shares. In that time, I have watched this company miss opportunity after opportunity while lesser companies put out BS news and see a rise in their pps. I remember when GW was trading in the $ 30 range... and I have watched them add $ 100 to their pps. In the interim, CNBX has fallen below $ 1.
4. While venting, I have a question: Has anyone else looked at CNBX on an "All Time" or "Max" pps scale and noticed that the $ 7.60 of February 2017 does not show up? I just pulled up Yahoo Finance as well as searching the stock in Google, and both had the February 2017/all time max being around $ 4. $ 4 is of course below the $ 5 mark where stocks typically move to the bigger boards.
Is there a reason why a person researching CNBX in 2018 across numerous sites would find $ 4.29 to be the highest pps provided for CNBX when we all know around Feb. 23rd 2017 that the stock hit $ 7.60?
And if you recall, one of the main reasons CNBX tumbled from that lofty price was the announcement that the quick rise in price had drawn "OTC Scrutiny". This was mostly covered in an article by Alan Brochstein that I have posted many times before and provided to the OTC: https://www.newcannabisventures.com/cannabics-pharmaceuticals-triggers-regulatory-scrutiny-after-parabolic-spike/
I have a reply to Mr. Brochstein's article directly from OTC. Why didn't CNBX post such a reply????
Here is what OTC had to say about the "Scrutiny" Mr. Brochstein:

I can get a quick and meaningful answer to an obvious "take-down" ploy by a CFA that hadn't included CNBX in his customer's portfolios, but CNBX does not choose to do so?
Here is another question? Does CNBX specifically not want to go over $ 5 because they do not want to move to a bigger board and face a higher level of scrutiny? Did OTC err when they said Brochstein's article was from CNBX, or was Alan Brochstein's article, as OTC said, an article from CNBX themselves to deflate their sudden pps issue when they jumped above $ 7? Yes, that is a dark question, but I keep being told that OTC is the "Wild, Wild West" of trading, and it makes me wonder if CNBX does not want to leave the comforts of less regulation. They sure haven't done much to prove otherwise.
I have held back asking that question, but it is time for put up or shut up. As my recent hashtag states: #TiredOfPissPoorPress As a person who has studied CNBX and stayed with them, I wonder what pps they expect us to accept year after year.
Are there any studies coming out soon you ask? Is there anything of value coming from them at all I counter.
This is not coming from a disgruntled investor that bought in last week and is unhappy with a temporary slump. I am coming up on 5 years of having researched this company. Some of my shares are worth 25 times what I paid for them right now. All are worth at least 5 times what I paid. But I am tired of researching a company that doesn't seem to care whether their stock rises or falls.
Please, CNBX, prove me wrong. It would be great to go to $ 30 pps or $ 100 pps. But at least do some press and some relaying of information that doesn't make me question if you are happier staying below $ 5 than going over it.
Thank you to all, Jim
Thank you for the photo and the news Scuba2!!! Very glad to start to see some art (and hope to in their articles)!!!
Again, why is this stock below $ 1 ??? So much press and so little movement in pps.
Thanks again!! Jim
Both of my MMJ stocks closed green today. A trend across the sector perhaps?!?

Was there a new letter to shareholders this morning?
I received an email at 10:13 am 8/6/18 that had a link titled "Letter to Shareholders" but each time I have tried to open it, it opens to a blank page.
I figure it is an email regarding last week's letter, but here is the title:

Dear Fellow Shareholders,
I am pleased to announce that we have entered the second half of 2018 with strong momentum. Now that we have officially moved into our new state-of-the-art Cancer Screening Laboratory located in Rehovot, Israel we are poised for symbiotic scientific partnerships.
Both the company and our new Laboratory are broadly licensed by the Ministry of Health in Israel specifically for R&D on Cannabis. We see great potential in scientific collaborations with like-minded companies that are engaged in cannabinoid medicines and diagnostics. Currently, we are in the final stages of finalizing our agreement with a company engaged in ophthalmic disorders to develop a product to compete with Steroids in the ocular disease market.
Our team of scientists are diligently working to develop and expand our intellectual property portfolio. As such we are waiting for numerous approvals from various national level registrations on our Cannabinoid -- Cancer screening patents.
The company is anticipating the final report from Prof. Gil Bar-Sela of Rambam Hospital from its clinical trial on cancer patients of our SR capsule for Cachexia and Anorexia, which is expected to be presented in the coming weeks/months. Dr. Bar-Sela is the Deputy Director of the Division of Oncology at Rambam Health Care Campus, Head of the Palliative and Supportive Oncology Unit, and Head of the service for Melanoma and Sarcoma patients.
Our Marketing PR/IR Team is in the process of rolling out new updated informational materials to give the public more insight into our current activities. An essential part of this effort is the process of revamping our website with much more detailed content and information alongside an extensive Investor Relations section. Some of these changes have already taken effect and we expect more to follow suit shortly. We are making a concerted effort to bring our message to light and tell our story to the world, as we are passionate about what we do, and want to spread that passion.

Hello Jim,
Thank you for your email. I hope this message finds you well.
We are aware of the website being down - it is temporary only; we are working hard to have it back online as soon as possible.
Hopefully you shall see it coming back online very soon.
We would also like to thank you for your note regarding the PR releases. Adding pictures from the shows we go to is difficult in the context of the announcement about going to the conference itself. We are considering other ways to share our experiences in these events with the investing community.
Thanks again

Very cool! Thanks for the intel and post a pic if you can!!

Please tell me you got photos of them attending and that you can post them!!! I'd be willing to write a PR for free about their attending the conference if I have a pic or pics.
Did you get a selfie with the CEO?!?
