Are they diluting the stock? The only way I can see them making money by keeping it low is to keep creating shares and selling them at a very small profit and then dropping the stock.
This would make money and keep them well below the $ 5 radar that would kick them up to the big board.
It is funny that two years ago this ran up to $ 7 and with better news and partnerships they are hovering around 35 cents.
Please advise if anyone sees anything in the numbers.
Thanks, Jim
Everything in the Q10 shows CNBX being 4 to 6 times as lucrative as it was a year ago. Every cost is down due to having paid off expenses.
If this Q10 doesn't see us go positive, then nothing will. A company that in over a year has went from 3 million to 18 million on hand, had a $500,000 royalty payment since the last quarterly report, with more where that came from, new income streams on the horizon, and again, 3 to 6 times positive in every category while reducing negative balances or eliminating them in every category.... what more does a company have to do before its stockholders see a return? Before its stock stops sliding?
Again, hopefully, this Q10 turns things around, because if numbers like this don't help a company, nothing will. You simply cannot perform this well and continue to slide.
The only other time I ever saw this was when I was invested in Marathon Oil and they had record-breaking year after record-breaking year while stockholders took heavy losses... and Marathon ended up getting investigated over it by the SEC and people lost jobs and the company had to pay a huge fine over it. Not saying that is happening here, but if numbers like this do not reap dividends, then we appear to be in a similar boat.
Take care, Jim
We are due a Quarterly 10Q around mid-April, since the last was mid-January.
Not sure what it is going to matter, but it is due.
Jim
It's sad when you are happy to see your stock go down just to show that the stock isn't completely inactive!!! We had been at .36 for so many days that I was beginning to worry!
Thanks for the positive reply! I'd love something good to happen that soon! I've been on the rollercoaster since early 2015 and it would be nice to stop the slide.
Take care, Jim
Another day closes at .36? What is that, at least 3 or 4 days in a row at that price?
What is going on?
Jim
Am I correct that we haven't moved in stock price for a couple of days now? I believe it was grey on Friday and when I logged on today, it was still grey (for no activity).
Thanks, Jim
In reading the ups and downs of the posts, I would like everyone's opinion on something:
If CNBX is keeping the price down for basically 2 years now, why?
It is understandable if they want to avoid having to go to the big board and face tougher scrutiny ($ 5 and above), but keeping it this low?
How much time do they need to "let their friends in" before they let it jump from 34 cents to $ 3.40?
Does anyone have any opinions or DD on what benefits them to keep the price extremely low? So low that they are driving investors away?
I started researching them in 2014, bought in in 2015, so most of my shares are .03 to .15 pps. June 2016 was the sweet spot because you could get in at 3 cents and by September/October you were at dollars and by February 2017 you were at $ 7.43.
Then, it came down and is back to about twice my main buy-in back in 2015. Why would they hold their price down for 2+ years? Again, how long do you need to get your friends in on the deal before you can let it run, even if staying below $ 5 and avoiding the big board?
I accept legit DD and even conspiracy theories, but if you reference something, I prefer links. I always do my best to provide links any time I post news, etc.
Thank you for your time, Jim
Ahh, that seems almost tricky. Thank you, good sir, for the explanation.
Take care, Jim
Has anyone done DD on why WIZP has dropped like a stone in the past months/years? This is a stock that was worth over $ 100 years back and now is less than a buck.
Why has this company dropped?
Thanks for any info anyone has.

CNBX gets WISE - Trading 2-1/2 CNBX shares to 1 WISE shares, CNBX picked up 900,000 shares of WISE, which was worth $ 4 at the end of August but closed Monday at 84 cents.
So while we kind of evened out based on WISE being worth more than twice what CNBX closed at on Monday (.39 cents PPS), the value of the trade will be in how well WISE does going forward, and how well the Joint Venture does.
We will know in the next few weeks (around March 7th) if the venture has been approved.
While Spring might be interesting based on JV approval, it seems CNBX is continually held down in spite of last years news, the deal in Columbia, this JV, etc.
One tidbit that hasn't hit national news yet but is of interest is that banks (keep in mind that the F in FDIC stands for Federal) have started loaning money to dispensaries in our area. Two have opened in our town in the past month with federal loans.
While MMJ is not yet federally legal, banks would not be loaning federal money if they hadn't received clearance to do so. In short, while it hasn't become law, the federal government is loaning money for MMJ in Ohio and other states. That is a very good sign, as money is the number one way to let voters legalize something and then smother it to death by not allowing money to flow. The money is a flowin'!!!
This past week, Israel got even stronger legal footing to send MMJ internationally, Canada and the US are basically federally legalizing, and CNBX keeps making new strides in the MMJ industry. Hopefully, at some point, this pans out to CNBX and its investors making money!!

An article about the new partnership with a little more detail and some quotes I had not seen in the other articles:

I was out of the loop 8 weeks, hosted and attended some Christmas parties, and I started my next gig the 26th, so I have not had time to be on or do my normal DD.
Has CNBX done anything as far as liquidating shares, adding shares, anything like that that would keep the price this low?
Thanks, Jim
I haven't had time but will ask a favor of anyone that does: Can someone do a quick report over the past 6 months to a year and see if CNBX has added shares, etc?
Any odd trends in the stock numbers? (Other than the obvious fact that the stock has gotten great press and continued to slide into oblivion).
I used to do this regularly for the board but haven't had time as of late.
Thank you for any DD you can provide!!

Something good must be happening on the Federal Level regarding marijuana.
There have been numerous stories in the past week in our area (Northwest Ohio) of how mega farms are getting their loans approved and are moving forward and dispensaries are getting their funding and are suddenly looking for locations so that they can open.
For loans to be being approved by FDIC insured banks, they have to have received some kind of sign/clearance from the federal government that there will not be issues down the road because the main reason they have not been lending or approving loans to MJ based businesses is because of the threat that they will be closed down.
I haven't heard anything regarding clearance but definitely seeing signs of it on the local news.

I don't think we will see much activity until after December 31st because everyone that has sold off to capture the losses on their taxes is staying out to avoid a "white sale".
I think we will see a bump the first days of January or whenever people are past their 30-day point and can buy back in and still capture their 2018 losses on taxes. There are years I do this and it works out pretty well. Just a thought on why were are in drop mode.
With Seedo and the other recent news knocking considerable ramp-up time off of the biopsy side of the business, there is too much good news for this not to go higher as temperatures get warmer.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!!! Jim

You are correct, pills and capsules are different. Where confusion may have occurred is that they sell both.
The long release capsule lasts 12 hours.
The 5 mg pill is as directed.
There has also been confusion as to why the mg is so low at 5 mg. It is so physicians can prescribe in 5 mg increments. So a physician may prescribe 20 mg, etc.
I have seen these issues in the past regarding confusion and I think it is in part because they are developing so many products at the same time.

What happened to the big news/big surge by the middle of November?
Was there something that happened to derail that?
What are you using to forecast mid-January compared to what you used for mid-November?
Not giving you crap about your mid-November forecast but wanting to know what you feel happened and what has changed that January will be different?
One thing that benefits all stocks like this in January/February is that everyone that sold off to capture losses in December will buy in after the 30-day mark to get back in low.
Other than that, what other news is there?
Thanks, Jim
Eyal has gotten some serious interview training in the last couple months.
He has lost the tick where he closed his eyes and stuttered "Uh" numerous times and did a fantastic job representing CNBX in this interview.
Extremely smart people typically have communication ticks (they bounce a bit in their seat when they get excited, they play with their hands a lot, they say "Uh" way more than average, etc).
So I am glad to see he has worked on that and is a much better face for CNBX 2019!!!
For a famous example of a genius trying to do an interview, skip to the 1:43 mark in the video below and watch Jonathan Demme, director of "The Silence of the Lambs" accept his Oscar. Does this not sound like Eyal just a few months ago? Fantastic job of becoming a better speaker in a relatively short time!
Does anybody see this doing a post new years/tax write off bounce?
Are any of you here waiting for the new year to buy back in?
With so much going for it, I am trying to figure out if this end of year slump is for tax purposes or what.
Thank you for your time and candor, Jim
What are they doing, you ask? Allow me to answer for them:
We are attending two or three conventions a month, but while we do the bare minimum to announce this, we will do absolutely no follow up. No PR's stating who we met with, how it went, photos, artists renderings, etc.
We have a number of budding (pun intended) partnerships but basically, none of them are going to bolster our stock price, even though they are supposedly each a really big deal.
We have had fantastic, life-changing results in our clinical trials, but we shall do the very minimum in sharing that information.
No, what we are doing is making sure that, if anyone does wish to purchase part or all of our company, that they get a rock bottom price.
And in the meantime, we will lead all of our investors to ask: "Should I like, move my money?".
That, dear investors, is what they are doing.
I am coming up on 5 years of being invested in CNBX and this is the worst I have seen the company plummet since 2015.
Happy Thanksgiving!! Jim
I take it you are talking about the high throughput biopsy side of the business. Is that correct? I am talking about CNBX products already on the market.
For example, Cannabics has had numerous products, including its groundbreaking long release pill that lasts 12 hours on the market since 2015.
GW has had its 4-hour spray on the market about the same amount of time and today closed at $ 137.87 per share or 265 times the value of CNBX.
GW: A spray that spills in purses, lacks the convenience and easier sell to the elderly, etc. That you cannot take before and after work due to its short duration of treatment, is worth 265 times the long release pill?
The products I invested in that shot to over $ 7 in February 2017 are the pills, etc. The studies are great and should add value later on, but if GW is worth 265 times CNBX with a lesser product, something is wrong in my opinion.
Here is where you can see the story of just one of CNBX's partnerships that should have its pps higher.

I agree! Based on where GW has been the last 3 years, this should be at least at $ 30 pps. More human resource friendly products (12-hour release = before and after work). The high throughput testing and results. The results of the 5mg tablet. It makes no sense that this is below $ 1.
It is odd that the one time it breaks out above $ 7 that Alan Brochstein and Cannabics both immediately released PR's that did not promote the company attaining that level and it has never gotten near that level since.
For all of their talk, it makes me question if they want to stay low so as not to have to change to a board with more scrutiny. I hate to say it, but their actions and press play right into that theory.
When asked if there was any pressure or scrutiny, the OTC Board replied those releases had nothing to do with them and that they did not operate that way.
Things that make you say "Hmmmmm?".

Trump campaigned as pro-MMJ and Sessions wouldn't adhere to that.
Let's hope Trump realizes the fact that the U.S. needs the agricultural and processing jobs and keeps his promise.
A company has built a greenhouse the size of a football stadium about an hour from my house. The lights from it can be seen for miles. As of now, it is raising various crops, but the builders made it known when building it that it was to take advantage of Ohio's legalization a couple years ago.

Doctors in the US are already doing this for issues as simple as allergies.
You give a sample, they make a serum, and you get shots each week to treat your symptoms.
It may not sound like much, but to be able to diagnose and treat via biopsies is a pretty big deal when up till now treatments have consisted of chemo blitzkriegs.
They have the 12-hour long release pills for various issues, they have the 5mg pill for various issues, and they can specially make via biopsies and have proven this works for every type of cancer.
The only thing I cannot answer for is the pps when lesser companies are worth more.
Take care, Jim
Can you share some details? In a sea of negativity, I would like to hear from someone that has talked to IR and has a better take on things.
Thank you, Jim
The pps should be at least $ 30 on this and actually more.
They have had product in market since 2014/2015 and have added to both their product line and their services.
They have partnered with leaders in the industry.
And yet a 4 hour spray that Human Resources wouldn't let on the property is selling for $ 131 a share and CNBX with a 12 hour long release pill and other options is literally pennies.
I cannot figure it out.
I agree with both of your posts!!!
Take care, Jim
I have found no support for this statement. Can you provide where you saw this information?
Thank you, Jim
LOL!! Yeah, what you said! It seems like this company was on track to do great things and was in 2015, peaked in early 2017, and now, whether it is doing good things or not, doesn't really know how to advertise itself.
Things changed when Itamar left the CEO position (and in the months prior as he was on his way out and transitioning UH in) and so it is frustrating after 5 years to be so far out instead of at a much higher pps, which they could have been.
Uh well, such is life.
Take care, Jim
Not CNBX's taxes. The company buying CNBX could write the cost of buying out CNBX off of their taxes.
Just like we as investors try to capture as much "loss" as we can at the end of the year so as to help with our taxes, large companies make major expenditures at the end of the year to help with theirs because the money spent reduces their taxes.
Take care, Jim
I had thought of tax season but even that doesn't cover this drastic low pps.
If it is a tax thing, at this low of a price, a company should buy them to write the expense off of their taxes!!!
Take care, Jim
CNBX attends 2 conventions a month but never has a press release about attending to provide follow up momentum.
CNBX says they have hired a wealth of new leaders in the MMJ field, but our new spokesman is a mumbling CEO. If we went up a penny per "Uh" the pps would be triple what it is now.
Sorry if I am starting to seem negative, but a company I have spent 5 years studying and 4 years invested in is not performing per what is being reported, but we'll be at another convention this week, so just watch it plummet, all is well.
Take care, Jim
Hi ChuckG1, There are no stupid questions, so always feel free to ask. That is what the forums are for in my opinion. A conglomerate of DD.
They are waiting for a partner (someone to really take them to the next level, like a Merck) but they are not hurting for money. When I got involved with them, they had a little over $ 8,000 to work with. 8 Grand!
They now have millions and are probably good for a couple years on operating costs.
For the most part, there is no way for them to ask the "mm.s" (I figure you mean the medical marijuana market) to keep the stock low. There is really no way I know of to control the whole market. Their main control is to control their price through the flow of positive news, or lack thereof, etc.
As far as how to dilute stock and whether diluting a stock makes it go up (or down): A company can dilute their stock by "creating" new shares and flooding their holdings with these new shares. For example:
If a company worth $ 100 million initially issued 1 million shares of stock, then each share is worth $100 and 100 shares would be worth $10,000.
If the company then dilutes their stock by creating ten times as many shares with the same company valuation of $ 100 million, the company has now issued 10 million shares of stock, and each share is now worth $10 instead of $100, and 100 shares would be worth $1,000 instead of $ 10,000. (A pretty quick drop in your holdings value!!).
Such dilution or creation of shares is often done in small companies so that they have more shares to sell, and in turn, their pps drops. CNBX has not been doing this that we know of, so I cannot figure out why their pps continues to drop in the face of great news and partnering.
Take care, Jim
